We stay here twice a year . Its convenient and has nice amenities with the pool and working hot tub. Its usually very clean and well kept. Itight be time for some new mattresses though

The staff was amazing. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been too. Only issue I had was the key card didn’t work several times.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Although it is clean and well kept. The hotel is very noisy. There are were people running up and down the hallways and yelling and conversing loudly. There were doors banging and children screaming outside at a very late hour (horseplay screaming not distressed or tired). It was like that both times we’ve stayed the only reason we have stayed twice is because it is located very close to the hospital in which my son is at for an extended period.

Just an average stay. The nicest feature was the hot tub. Breakfast was good. Beds were just ok. Shower pressure was not good. Overall it was pricey for the stay. It wont let me add any photos .......

Loved our stay here. We travel to Ohio almost every year for Lost Lands music festival and this Holiday Inn has been the best one we’ve stayed in yet and amenities are amazing. Cleanest rooms too.

Stayed here for a trip to the Ohio State Fair. It was a fine hotel, nothing fancy. Lots of kids and families so it was a bit loud plus the gave us a room right by the pool so it was extra noisy.

Only problem was we were on the first floor by pool and workout area and the slamming of the doors, including the one leading outside prevented me from sleeping past 6:40 am.

My room had clear signs of wear and tear through the room and in the bathroom. Everything was functional and mostly clean. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was decent.

I was there to attend an event called Flashpoint at a local church. The hotel looks clean and modern. The room, the lobby, the pool area, as well as the breakfast area are all very clean. The food is arranged in an orderly way and there is a good variety. The staff was very friendly with me. I would stay there again.

If I’m ever in Columbus again, this is where I’ll stay. I requested an airport shuttle upon checking in for my mother, who had a late evening flight, the lady at the desk arranged everything. The young man that drove the shuttle, I wish I could remember his name, was very kind and patient with my mother who can be a bit challenging when she’s nervous. He was even kind enough to wait for my friend and I at the airport while we walked my mom in to made sure she got to the correct gate. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options, and the attendant was very friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Everything was good except one employee was rude and doesn’t understand how customer service works. She acted like we were bothering her.

Upon check-in at 8:54 pm, we were advised that the pool closed at 9 pm. The pool is the only reason we chose this hotel so the kids could play after a long day in the car. This is early by all our hotel experiences, and we were told no exceptions could be made. Staff was not helpful and our stay was mediocre. Do not recommend.

The room I booked at this hotel was apparently given away to someone else without notice. I was given conflicting accounts for this situation by the property and by Expedia. I found the explanation offered by the property less credible. Arriving at this hotel after a long 10 hour drive only to find that I didn't have a room despite my confirmation from Expedia was a rude surprise.

It was so nosy from the interstate traffic that we hardly slept all night. The room was dark and dingy, even though it was a sweet it was still very uncomfortable.

My stay was very enjoyable. The pool was a little too cold, but the hot tube was fantastic. Breakfast was great as well. All of the staff that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again if in the area.

The breakfast left a little to be desired compared to some other locations we have stayed at. Other than a few stains in our rooms carpet, everything was clean and tidy.
