Convenient location and cool concept

We were exhausted from traveling when we got in, and after we got unpacked and settled- the toilet broke. We ended up having to switch rooms the next morning which was rather inconvenient

The location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed like we were family. The kind-sized bed was heavenly comfortable.

The room was basically clean, but hadn't been deep cleaned in a while. There was fairly thick dust on the window sills. The shower leaked onto the floor in a couple places.

Comfortable bed, great sheets, and an ideal location! Saratoga Springs is a fun city to visit, you can walk everywhere.

The common area is a bit noisy.

Absolute perfect location! Right in the middle of town on the main thoroughfare of Broadway. Steps to all the action. Easy check in and parking. The room was minimalist but well designed and thought out with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The Bluebird was a really nice surprise.

Location and nitro coffee

just don't think we could have known how bad the acoustics were and that we can hear people outside our door constantly, doors slamming all night, plumbing pipes banging and everyone coming and going at all hours. I don't think we realized for the price of the room - we were sleeping in the actual lobby. No one cares about “quiet hours” . We would never have stayed the night if we could have found another hotel. That was the worst nights of sleep we have ever had.

The location can't be beat-right in the center of all the action! The rooms, with their minimal aesthetic, have all that you need and are always clean and comfortable. We love the communal foyer area! It is our go-to accommodations every year!

not enough communication about entering for the first time. you must call for access , I downloaded app that I never used or needed and that had me running around in the cold trying to enter on my own when I could not

We have stayed @ Spa City several times since it Opened & we will not stay anywhere else when we stay in Saratoga! The Location is Great as ity is right in the Heart of Downtown Saratoga. But what really makes this Hotel are the Staff! They're the True Asset of this Place. Robert @ the front desk is Always a Pleasure & Ultra Professional. The Cleaning Staff do an Excellent Job of keeping the Common Areas Spotless!

I really loved the coffee bar. The coffee was superb. I also love the location (great location and lots of great places to eat). The toiletries the room provided were eco-friendly and the quality was excellent (didn’t dry out my hair).

I did not like the parking. parking nearby was very limited and the parking garage you technically can park in (in the evening and earlier morning only due to time limits within certain hours) was in a sketchy area with lots of homeless people and dark allies. My husband dropped me off in the lobby with our things because he didnt feel safe walking the street with me and our belongings. Also, the toilet paper hook thing was in a very awkward place when sitting down (practically behind the toilet bowl) so youd have to turn your body back to reach it.
