Beautiful room and inn. Very charming, great location.
Bathroom floor had to be cleaned when we arrived. TV didn’t work and wasn’t fixed during our stay.

The inn is stylish, decorated authentic to the old building. the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Convenient location away from the most busy part of the town.

For the price there were no extras. No bar, no minibar or snacks in the room, not staffed after 11pm.

They kindly gave me an upgrade to a King room which was spacious, tastefully furnished, and well appointed. Just a short walk from the ferry!
Noise travels! I realize the structure is a historic property, but I could hear practically every word of conversations in the reception area. (I had room #3 which was just inside the front door to the right.) The mattress could have also used replacing.

Fabulous decor, super-comfy rooms and the most
wonderful staff who manage to get that mix of
professionalism and friendliness just right - this is our
second stay at a Life House hotel, the other was in
Nantucket and the staff there were wonderful too
Air-con units are very noisy - we didn't use ours but
you could hear the units from other rooms, sorted with
earplugs though

We had such a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Blue Iris! The staff was above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for better service. From calling us taxis to nightly cocktail hour they truly made our trip. The property was recently renovated and the design is to die for! They did such a great job and it had so many perfect little touches. We will undoubtedly be back!

The biggest thing we loved was your staff! So friendly and helpful. They made us feel like family.
I thought the price was a bit high for the stay. I know its an expensive town, but i thought for the hotel itself, the rates could have been reduced.

The rooms were dirty. They never cleaned our rooms and never replaced the towels. The place was extremely disgusting. The staff was sitting around drinking beer. I would NEVER recommend this inn!!

The so-called breakfast was disappointing. Ran out of food. Not a large enough selection.
Cleanliness was an issue and no one to reach after 5:00.
