Perfect

We were a group of 3 families with kids ages 8-18. The house was perfect size, enough beds and bedrooms for everyone. Each room having its own bathroom was great for privacy. The house had plenty of refrigerators for each family. Beautifully decorated and clean! Had plenty of laundry and dishwasher detergents. The house is across the street from the park which has everything you’d want! Bike trails, tennis, baseball field, basketball, pickleball, and playground. Great walking access to the beach one street down! Off a quiet street with a handful of homes. We all enjoyed our vacation! Side note: IF you wanted to play pickleball, there are markings for it at the park basketball court- However you have to bring your own net- we did not know that, and had to go buy one as everywhere we had come across on the island you had to pay to play and reserve times- we brought our paddles and ball but had no net. So keep that in mind!

Very nice house. We had our family for the holidays. (From 2 years old to 72) The house was cozy and kids friendly. It was close to the beach, tennis courts, playground, pickeball. We just needed the car to do groceries and restaurants that were close by. It was cold but the pool and hot tub was perfect. The foosball was very helpful to entertain the kids We would rent this house again.

For Thanksgiving week, we had a total of 14 family members ages from 4-75. The house was perfect for our group as everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of linens and an abundance of beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and having 2 dishwashers came in handy. The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy dinners together. The outdoor screened porch was perfect for quiet (until kids found us) morning coffee. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the nearby park was a plus. We had bikes delivered and it was an easy ride to the beach access point. The owner was over and above cooperative and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay there again.

It is the whole package- size and layout of the home, location to the beach, and an attentive property manager.

This was the PERFECT house for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, and so much space for our extended family of 15. Mackey was an incredible host for all of our families needs. He allowed both early check in and late check out, and was so quick to respond to all of our communications. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 16ppl had a phenomenal stay at Mackie's house. The bedroom layout was perfect for 8 adults and 8 kids (8 - 18y/o). Kitchen was very well equipped and the additional fridge on the main level was extremely helpful. Great quiet neighborhood. It's about a 8 minute walk to the beach but the house has a great wagon and tons of beach chairs & towels. Overall, great stay. In addition, Mackie was EXTREMELY responsive...almost immediately.

Accurate description was given, 3 block walk to the beach. Next to a large outdoor municipal park with tennis courts, children’s jungle gym, trails to walk or bike on. It fulfilled our needs

We were a family of 14, comprised of me and my three adult married children, plus six grandchildren. The five king bed rooms made it easy for all the adults to get a king bed with their own shower. The two bunk beds rooms made it easy for all the grandkids. You don't think about it much when booking a house, but the kitchen table that seats 14 allows everyone to eat together at the same table at the same time. The island bar seating for six was perfect for feeding the kids breakfast. Plenty of TV's inside and out for those times when you need to get out of the sun. A great screened in porch. The grandkids loved the pool after spending the morning at the beach. It was reaching 100 degrees during our trip and the A/C kept up comfortably. We really liked the location too. Barrier Beach Cove is the third road back from the beach. Sandy Beach Trail is the second street. While Sandy Beach is a few steps closer to the beach, it is a through street leading to the Marriott one way and a traffic light at the Exxon the other way. Barrier Beach is a dead end and much less traveled. It's worth the extra one minute walk. While we didn't have any issues with the house while we were there, the property manager was super friendly and communicative prior, during and after our stay. I can highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful and incredibly spacious house. Nicely decorated and everything was in working order. We had everything we could possibly need in great supply. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Overall, a great stay. We all plan to come back soon!

My family and I are definitely going to book again. The home was super clean in every single room. It was beautiful, nice and relaxing, My family enjoyed our time there this week by the pool and at the beach.

We were attending a family wedding and decided to make it a family vacation. There were 20 of us ranging from 8 month to 68. We had an absolutely wonderful week except for some rainy weather that no one had control over.

From the moment we arrived at the house, everyone loved the house. It was a wonderful trip with all our children and their families. 11 grands from 17 to 6 months! The house had great space, short walk to the beach. We are excited to return again this year!

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Very clean, pictures are accurate. We loved the 3 fridges, the hot tub, the screened porch, the big island and stain glass. 10 min walk to the beach on a path with a nice blue mat. This was the right side of the island with many rentals across the busy road! There was a park and mini golf within a half mile. Duck donuts up the road with the donuts made in front of you and so fresh. Alot of construction in the area as everywhere and houses close together but everyone was respectful to their neighbors. I would highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our time spent at HHI! This was a great house with plenty of space and room for multiple families. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the spacious areas to relax and enjoy our time together. Would definately visit again! Thanks for allowing us to visit your beautiful home Mackie!

Vacation Rental was spacious and well equipped. Located close to the beach. About 5 minute walk. Close to grocery stores and Sams. Pool and hot tub were terrific.

This was our best experience renting a home for our family vacation. The home is gorgeous! We got to meet the property managers and they are wonderful people. The home was clean and so thought out! I wish I could have brought the kitchen home 😂 We will definitely be back if schedule permits!

We had an excellent time on our vacation, the location and property were amazing. It made a fantastically relaxing time with beautiful accommodations in a quiet area that had great natural attributes, such as the inlet and park area. We spent some great nights socializing on patio or in the screened in porch. The upstairs was perfect for the all kids with the game area and joint bunk rooms. We for sure would stay again

We were looking for a house that could accommodate our family of 17. Guest House fit the bill perfectly. It’s a beautiful home. So neat and clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The highlight for us was the screened in porch. That is where we spent our evenings having good old fashioned fun just talking and playing games. Hilton Head is a beautiful island and the beaches are incredible. None of us wanted to leave.! Definitely make this home your choice when you visit Hilton Head.

We had a group of 20, 8 adults and 12 kids. The house was just perfect, plenty of room and very well stocked with anything we could need. I especially appreciated the soap and shampoos in each bathroom! Also Mackie was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at HHI.

We had an AMAZING vacation in Hilton Head. The house was huge and accommodated 16 of us easily. Walking distance to the family friendly beach and the kids lived in the pool. Mackie is communicative and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Very thought out property for large group with great amenities like multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, pots/pans, bathrooms, etc. Very spacious.

This property is gorgeous and close to the beach. We had a great vacation and walked to the beach everyday! My family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub since the ocean was so cold we could not stay in it. We Highly recommend this property!
