This was such a great property! The host called to confirm and answered all questions I had. The kitchen had utensils for us to use and games to play! The view is amazing and I was very happy with our stay! I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday and it was everything I could have asked for

My daughter flew in for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Loved having our breakfast outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Spending time on the beach and coming back into the condo was quick and convenient. Grocery store is a short distance away. I dropped her off Saturday afternoon at the airport and picked up my husband and it was a great little getaway and we can't wait to come back😊

The host was great. they responded very quickly to any questions we had. The view was incredible, the resort had privacy and full access to the ocean. The other guests were friendly but all seemed to respect each other’s space. Definitely a repeat destination. Very clean and well maintained, everything we needed was there!

It was the second time I stayed at Ocean Reef Villas and enjoyed the location right on the beach with a pool. The room has everything you would need and I really enjoy both of my stays.

The views were spectacular and on two sides of the condo, both outside walls. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owners were responsive to our questions, and quick to solve any problems. it was great to be on the beach and have a swimming pool. We walked down to a restaurant in one direction and the other direction you could walk as far as you wanted.

First time staying at this condo and as the title says it was cozy and was equipped with everything imaginable!!! Very close to all the wonderful restaurants and shopping. Ocean view from every room!! I will definitely stay here again .

Unexpectedly it rained 3 out of 4 days we were there, but no worries, the place was so comfy and homey, we were happily entertained with movies and streaming platforms available;) A giant countertop made it possible to assemble giant salads and easily manage our take out foods. The place was slightly older with good bones and thick walls so no one bothered sound-wise but we could hear the ocean as we were positioned on the corner with wrap-around views and the balcony was incredible. With a crack of the window, the ocean sounds are so relaxing.

This property was truly the perfect spot! It was so clean and comfortable! The location was perfect, very close to everything. We did not rent a car and we were in walking distance of everything we needed! The pool and beach area was also very clean and perfect for relaxing. John and Bill provided everything you could possibly need for your beach stay, all we needed was our food and personal belongings! We cannot say thank you enough for having this perfect place to relax for the week! We will definitely be back and will be recommending this property for others to enjoy as well!

Ocean Reef was fanatastic! Location is the best. We had a car but could walk to grocery, pharmacy and 3 great restaurants. Not to mention 47 steps to the beach. More cooking utensils than I have ever seen at any VRBO rental, even a crock pot. All the beach toys to use, kids had a great time and weather was good. Pool was also great. Only tiny thing I would add was reusable plastic cups for the pool. I tried to find some reasonably priced to leave for future guests but only found disposable. We liked it so much we are considering purchasing a condo that is for sale.

This property is lovely and as advertised. The view is amazing! Convenient and comfortable. Everything is provided except food. Would personally have preferred a firmer mattress. Smoke alarms went off frequently for no apparent reason including at night. The last two days the elevator would not work. Made the check out more difficuly.

The property is exactly as described and even better with all of the extra amenities they have in the condo. The owners were extremely pleasant to work with and you can tell they want their renters to be happy. And the facility has many shopping carts to help you bring things to your condo unit without the stress of carrying everything by hand. The owners work hard to get the next renters in early when possible. Overall I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip to New Smyrna Beach for a wedding. First & foremost is the view! Spectacular beach view from a huge balcony. We watched the sunrise every morning. There’s just nothing not to love about this condo. Aside from the amazing view the location is great, parking was great, comfortable bed, great pool, perfect beach access, easy contactless check in & out. It had any & everything you could need like a home away from home, just bring yourselves & clothes. The hosts are amazing, communicative & very kind. We’ll definitely be back again!

This is a cute little condo with amazing views, right on the ocean with a great pool and close to anything you would want or need. The condo itself is cute and comfortable. I was worried about the pull out couch but with the provided memory foam pad it was really comfortable! The king size bed was comfortable as well. The condo was stocked with much more than I expected! Beach chairs and boogie boards and beach towels were really nice to have available! This condo exceeded my expectations!

This was the perfect getaway, away from the crowds, just the surf and sun and a balcony escape for any time of day. I left the screen door open at night to listen to the waves on the shore. In the morning the tiny turtle tracks were in the sand. Beautiful pool, and beach chairs to watch the sunrise. Perfect size place, super comfy bed and open kitchen to see the surf as you prep a meal. Close to great restaurants. The staff is super helpful. Will definitely stay again!
