Very nice property. Our kids (9 and 10) enjoyed the play area down by the river and we enjoyed the peaceful setting and views. We were able to fish and kayak and rest in-between activities. It is close proximity to downtown and all Chattanooga events. The Walmart in 5 min away. The house was comfortable and well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary getaway. The location was great with access to hiking, the River, and downtown. The room was perfect for us and clean. The property could use a little maintenance, but we greatly enjoyed our stay!

We came this way for our son’s wedding and needed a place close to Chattanooga and Crossroads Tennessee. This just fit the bill for us. It was away from city noise but close enough to drive in for shopping , activities and restaurants! The condo could use a little sprucing up in the porch/ balcony but we still enjoyed sitting out there. There was a smoke smell when we first entered. You could tell the place has been smoked in. The owners have tried to use air purifiers to help. Honestly after we were there for about 12 hours we didn’t smell it at all. The space inside was decorated nicely , clean and furniture and beds very comfortable!! We liked the spacious bedroom with plenty of places to store our things. We had lots of room to get ready for the wedding. Thoughtful touches of local info, coffee, toiletries was great! We walked down to the dock are and enjoyed sitting with our coffee one morning We had too much going on to kayak but maybe next time.

Location and cleanliness of place is superb. Just 8 mins away Food City and Walmart. Britney checked us a few times too. Very happy with our stay. The only thing that we were looking for was a kettle- we normally drink tea at night. Tho, coffee maker was provided. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Loved staying here - it was the perfect location and had great views. Host was super responsive and kind. The only downside was that the unit had a slight smoke smell!

Clean and great condo that was easy to get to downtown for Ironman. It was relaxing sitting in the patio seeing the river. Highly recommend and would come back

We had a lovely stay. Property was cute, relaxing, clean. Did a little kayaking on the creek, view of the creek from the porch was lovely. Great location for our weekend plans.

Overall the stay was great. Being on the water was very enjoyable and the view was great. The pull out couch bed is a little sketchy though. Probably would book again in the future!!

This was a beautiful property right on the Tennessee River. We came to relax and enjoy nature and were not disappointed. I must say that this was the cleanest property that I have ever stayed in. Would definitely come back!

This place was super cute and right on the Tennessee River which was gorgeous! The parking is tight but super convenient to the condo, literally right in front of the door. I feel like the grounds need some up keep but that’s no fault of this owner. Communication was awesome & the condo was easy to find. Perfect for our weekend trip.

The property was great! It is very quiet and relaxing. And if you need to go to downtown Chattanooga it is only a short 10 min drive. Amazing view from the balcony! Would highly recommend!!

The property is even better than the pictures!! We stayed in I and it was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The host is super friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this place it was far enough out of town to be on river, but just took 10/15min to get back to Downtown Chattanooga, our lodging was clean, had everything we needed for our stay, I messed up on my dates, but they were very accommodating. Just wish I had booked for a week! Also had canoes and kayak on site to use for free! Enjoyed out stay and would stay again if opportunities come up!

This was our second time visiting….stayed in unit I…lovely view of the river from the porch. Such a great casual environment, peaceful and fun for the whole family.

This was a great unit especially because we were able to play with the dog on the lawn area which is enclosed. The unit is very clean and nice and the patio is great too.

Kayaks available & nice spot on the TN River. ( We stayed the last wk of Dec so water fun was out of the question). Kinda far into the city but that’s what we were looking for. Parking for the apt is quite close Yo the roadWould definitely stay again.

This was a great spot. Close to the city, but far enough to be very quiet and peaceful. We were within a short drive of many hikes with which to fill our trip. The space was clean and everything we needed.

We stayed here while in town for NYE and it was everything we were looking for in a VRBO. Very clean, close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go.
