Perfect location and the condo itself was beautiful. Only thing I wish it had was a vacuum and mop. The floors were dirty from us constantly coming in and out from the beach. But if we plan a trip to Waikiki again, we will definitely stay in this condo.

This place is amazing!
PROS:
-The photos can’t do the view justice. Beach on one side, city on another, and hills on the last
-It’s on the beach and steps from tons of shopping and restaurants
-The huge patio doors open all the way, extending the apt onto the patio so you can enjoy the view and smell of the ocean anytime
-The garage parking is an absolute game changer (parking is very challenging and expensive in Honolulu)
-Comfy king size bed
-Big tv (though we never turned it on)
-Full kitchen (having a dishwasher was awesome) -In-unit laundry
-Great water pressure in the shower
-An amazing bidet
-Provides beach chairs and beach towels
-The beach is vast and beautiful with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head
-There’s also a great pier you can walk down and watch for sea life- we saw a huge turtle!
-NO mosquitos! At first I was disappointed the patio didn’t have screens but you won’t need them
CONS:
-none!
-If I’m being picky, I wish there was a beach umbrella because those are expensive to rent on the beach. But there’s a Target nearby if you want to buy one (probably cheaper than renting for a day).
RECOMMENDATIONS:
-The ocean floor on the beach directly out the building door is very rocky and not great on bare feet so bring water shoes OR walk down the beach 100 yards, it gets sandier.
-Get gelato at IL Gelato Cafe (5 mins walk from apt)
-Try the dessert cafe on Saratoga St (2 mins walk from apt)
-Cage dive with sharks with Hawai’i Shark Encounters

他の宿泊施設に泊まることも考えましたが、やはりラナイから見えるロケーションが忘れられず今回もワイキキショアに泊まりましたが結果正解でした。変わらない景色に快適な室内。もっと滞在したかったです。バケーションレンタルのよいところは、予め泊まる部屋が分かっているので安心して利用できるところです。滞在中特にトラブルもなかったので連絡することはなかったですが、バックアップがある事や、日本語での対応が可能であったことは安心材料になりました。癒しの空間で概ね満足出来る滞在でした。強いて言えばシャワードアが̅

This condo has it all, views and location, location, location. Very clean and well equipped for cooking meals when required. As we stayed for two weeks it was so convenient to have a washer and drier . We loved to set on the lanai and watch the world go buy, not to mention a birds eye view of the fireworks.

A very beautiful condo with exceptional views from the balcony and front door side. Very clean and everything provided so you can cook if you want to. Excellent washer and dryer. Excellent shower. King size bed, very comfortable. The only problem we had was that we were not informed about the planned electricity outage prior to arrival which was very disappointing. 8 hours without electricity was unacceptable. The electricity was also turned off the following day. This meant no aircon, cooking, tv, wifi or lighting. They also turned off the water for 4 hours during the day meaning no toilet or showers. If we had of been informed, we could have stayed elsewhere but we were not given the choice. This situation impacted our holiday quite significantly as we were not able to make contact with our family back in Australia. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

The views from this property are outstanding! The view of Waikiki Beach, the Honolulu night skyline and sunsets from the balcony are worth the price and unforgettable. Garage parking is a great plus. Other guest have commented on the wait for the elevator. We found wait times were short and not an issue. The tile flooring in the unit does need a deep cleaning. Overall a wonderful property, you will love it.

We stayed for 10days in this gorgeous 12th floor condo in Waikiki Shores. The location is within walking distance of most of the restaurants and attractions in Waikiki Beach. From the condo we had a view of the beach, Honolulu and the fireworks on Friday night. Although one elevator was not working we didn’t have to wait very long for the elevator except for one day when someone was moving in. The condo was well stocked with dishes, cookware, towels, etc. The extra large washer/ dryer was very convenient to have although we had to stand up on a chair to see the controls on the huge dryer! Although the condo is on a small strip of beach in order to swim and sit on the beach you have to walk a short distance which was not a problem. The only complaint we had was that the floor was very dirty! My husband’s white socks were black with dirt after a short walk from the bed to the bathroom!

The view from this location/unit was great as was the location. The building only had one working elevator which was inconvenient for many of the guests. Although our unit was clean, it needs updating. Sleeper sofa was quite noisy any time you moved.

This condo was perfect for us. The view from the lanai was spectacular and the perfect place to watch the Friday Night Fireworks. Everything was perfect……comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. And communicating with the property manager was effortless. We highly recommend this place to Waikiki visitors! Aloha

The unit was more spacious than I was expecting, and waking up to this amazing ocean view every morning was so relaxing! The bathroom and kitchen was stocked with everything I needed for my weekend getaway. Loved having delicious food options just downstairs, including Steak Shack, Banan, and Tropical Tribe. And of course, the 1-minute walk to the beach can't be beat. I was worried about the building notice that only 1 of 2 elevators was working, but I never had to wait for more than 2 minutes, so it wasn't bad at all! Will definitely be back.

This rental was well equipped and clean. It was updated as well. The location was close to everything and the building is on the beach with several shops on first floor. Arrangements to meet for keys and parking were super easy as the manager met us when we arrived. There is access to a paved trail all along the beach which was great for walking and running. Really the view and location were so lovely it was hard to leave to do some sightseeing.

This our second time in #1212. We love the spectacular view, location to the beach and downtown. The plate lunch and coffee shop downstairs both are very good. Love the bathroom, washer and dryer, kitchen has everything. Paul met us and explained everything we needed to know. Parking garage was easily accessible.

This was our third time staying in Hawaii, each time a different location. Waikiki Shore took the cake as far as the amazing view our room had, being beach front, and close proximity to the strip! The room came with a free parking spot in the parking garage which was also nice. The only drawback though is the parking spots are super small, and it can be tricky to pull in and out sometimes with all of the vehicle and foot traffic. That is to be expected however when staying in such a busy city.

Prime location and amazing views! Only complaint were the floors were absolutely disgusting. We dropped some water and when we dried it up with a towel, the towel was black. Besides that, the place was perfect.

Good overall experience. The Condo location and views awesome.
Issue that made it only good was next unit all day construction that was banging when we wanted to relax indoors and take naps after time on beach and sun. Could not do that for a few days. Property mgr offered discount for inconvenience.

What a view!
We really loved our stay in this property. The space was clean and well appointed and the view was spectacular! The location worked really well for us and the included parking space was an extra bonus. We will definitely return to this property for future visits to Waikiki.

Perfect location for Waikiki
We stayed for a week and enjoyed every second of this perfect condo. The view was so amazing we hated to leave the room. The location was great as we were In walking distance to everything and the parking spot made daily adventures easy to come and go as we please. It was peaceful and less crowded than further down the beach. We would stay here again if we come back to Oahu.

We spent a month in 1212 Waikiki Shores. It was effortless dealing with Captain Cook rentals. Property manager was responsive and available. Condo was great. Lovely double balcony, overlooking DeRussy park. Our condo came with a parking spot in the building, which was wonderful. A wonderful month in paradise!

Beautiful condo and perfect location
Everything is perfect. The kitchen is fully-stocked, although we didn't really cook much during the week since there are a lot great restaurants in the area. Property manager was super prompt for any questions. We'd love to stay in the condo again if we visit Oahu again.

As described!
Spacious, great view, very comfortable bed. Balcony is longer but shallower than it looks in the pictures, but hard to complain! Little hiccup getting get in (code didn't work, but the manager was responsive and we got it sorted) The only downer is the cookware is awful - ancient, totally thrashed and pretty sparse (there isn't even a pot big enough to make pasta). If I were the owner/manager, I would spend a couple hundred bucks to fix that and then this would be an unqualified A+ property.
