Lynn was very accommodating. The condo was wonderful and relaxing, just what we all needed. I will definitely consider booking with her in the future.

The condo was perfect for our family gathering. It had everything and more that we needed for the beach and enjoying the city. Super clean and homey. Lynn was very easy to communicate with and helpful when I had questions before our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lynn’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We loved the fact that the kitchen had necessary supplies. We also were able to enjoy the pool. It was an easy walk to the fishing pier, beach and restaurants! Would definitely book again if traveling to St. Augustine!

We had a great time staying for my husband's 40th birthday with our family. The condo was clean, Lynn was very communicative, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and it's right near Saint Augustine Beach (across the street from the pier) and so many things were within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. I will also say the condo complex had a lot of friendly people and was quiet. I really enjoyed that as well. The time on the back deck was a family favorite!

It was an absolutely beautiful condo! Pictures do not do it justice! The decor was perfect, and the amenities wonderful and the location was immensely convenient! My boys and I loved it! We will be back again!

Condo is perfect! We are 3 friends celebrating one's retirement. Set up was great- all bedding was comfortable. Great amenities. Very nicely decorated too. Could not have found a nicer place! Lynn has thought of everything to meet your needs. Great location near beaches, restaurants and close to historic St. Augustine.

Although we were not there to go to the beach, it was steps away. The pictures online depicted the condo almost perfectly. They could not show how warm and inviting it actually was. We can’t wait to book again.

We enjoyed Ms. Lynn's unit so much. We've stayed at other Airbnb places , Lynn's place had absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay!!! There were even batteries!!! The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to the beach and local eateries. We would love to stay again in the future!!

Highly recommended! Owner was amazing to deal with. The condo was so clean and so well maintained in addition to having everything you can imagine. Location was great- close to many shop’s restaurants and so close to the beach. I wish I could give more than 5 stars in every category!

The rental was bigger than we expected, the amenities were great, and lots of food, drink and nightlife, not to mention the beach, within walking distance. The kitchen was well-stocked, plus beach chairs, towels, and toys… everything we needed for a quiet little getaway with friends! The host was very helpful and friendly!

Overall I was very happy with this rental! The location is great, just across the street from beach access and walking distance to several restaurants. The unit was very clean. The pool on the premises was amazing, so nice to have access to it. I didn’t use the gym or any other amenities so I cannot comment on that. Some things to note: -access to the beach from the Pier Park is closed, so use the 16th street access. -the owner has provided beach chairs and towels, which is wonderful. Just be sure to shake them out good before washing! - there is no shampoo or soap for the shower, so be sure to bring your own. This is not a negative, more like FYI - Lynn the owner provided excellent written instructions on how to access the property, guest parking, etc. it really made it much easier to navigate. -read the instruction well! I dragged my luggage up 3 flights of stairs before realizing there was an elevator LOL (my fault!). - the unit is wonderfully equipped with just about anything you will need during your stay. Plenty of towels, coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, mugs, glasses, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the St Augustine area!

Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to hurricane Ian. We wished we could have stayed the fully week to enjoy this beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our 3-day stay in a very well-appointed condominium. Great location, easy access to beach, historic sites and interstate. Hosts communicated well and appropriately. Would definitely return.

Great location and plenty of room nice condo

Had a wonderful time. Our place was beautiful and right across from the beach. Lovely area to visit. Well stocked home provided everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Home close to downtown historic St. Augustine - only used 1/2 tank of gas the whole week! Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect place for my family. Kitchen came equipped with everything. Beds very comfortable. Short walk to beautiful beach. restaurants, etc. Whole condo was very nice. Would rent again.

Great Condo. This was the most equipped condo I have ever visited. From extra beach towels, linens, hair tools (I hate to pack those), to extra spices in the kitchen I truly felt like I was at home! The only thing I had to purchase for a recipe (that wasn’t in condo) was a small bottle of Worcestershire sauce so I decided to leave it to contribute to the cooking stash. Lynn was a SUPERB host. I will definitely visit again!

Exceeded our expectations. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants and easy drive to the historic areas. Would stay again if we make it back to St. Augustine.

We had a wonderful week at Lynn's condo. It was much more spacious than the pictures. The 5 of us had room to spread out. The condo was clean, had lots of kitchen equipment and tons of towels. We appreciated all the beach equipment. There were 3 adult beach chairs and 2 kids (or very petite teen) chairs. The condo was close to the beach and local restaurants. The pool was never overly busy and was always clean. Lynn was a pleasure to work with. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say --5 stars for sure.

Everything was perfect, could not ask for anything more.
