Please let me tell you about Sea Glass in New Smyrna Beach. It was more than described in the listing; if there was a 10 or more, I would rate that. The condo is beautiful. Everything we needed was provided and let me tell you about the king size bed; heaven in a bed. The view is spectacular right from your condo and the pool is warm. I could have stayed there forever and been very happy. Unfortunately, I left some clothes there and the owner sent them back to me. Who does that!! AND, you are close to town. If one has an occasion to stay in NSB, please consider this condo. It is heaven in a building. Thank you Jan for allowing us to rent this condo and providing us with the best memories. Barb Salvia

Our family loves this condo. It is very clean and there are so many things that were supplied for our stay at our fingertips. The pool and the surrounding areas are kept exceptionally clean. Jan is an absolute delight to deal with.

I can only say wonderful things about our stay. The condo was beautiful inside. Decorated beautifully, very homey and comfortable. Jan provided everything we needed and then some. She had everything organized, clean and easy to find. We had beautiful views of the ocean and the pools and the property was so well kept. Our week went much to quickly, but we had a wonderful, relaxing, much needed stay at our favorite beach. Jan was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Great well appointed condo. Jan has thought about everything and was easy to communicate with. Great modern contemporary style and super comfy master bed (didn't try the twin room). Great beachside location and two pools (one heated). The Pelican is a nice family friendly property. We visited over Easter, when many guests were family groups with young children. We love New Smyrna Beach and had a great stay in Sea Glass condo.

Our stay at Sea Glass was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We appreciated how clean, organized and well supplied it was. We had everything we needed for wonderful, relaxing month there. Jan’s condo notebook and all her correspondences were so clear and helpful. That sure made moving in a breeze! We loved the big open living space and view out over the pool to the beach and ocean. Sunrises were spectacular. Thank you Jan, for making Sea Glass a very special “home away from home.” So glad we got to meet you and see you next year!

Our property owner host was extremely helpful and available. This is a very nice 3rd floor, 2 bedroom condo. We loved the sunrise water view from the balcony. Unit overlooks the heated pool and ocean beyond. Convenient parking and elevator access. This is a well maintained property.

The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals in. A great view of the ocean from the balcony. The area felt safe.

Jan an Chad have a beautifully appointed and clean condo. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and felt like we were at home which made our 2 week stay that much more enjoyable. We live for the sun, ocean and beach and weren't disappointed. As an all around vacation spot, this is it!

Owner communicated well and even arranged a booster seat for the baby. Any questions were promptly responded to.

We have stayed at the Pelican multiple times and this is by far, the best unit with the best host. The unit is fully updated with and open view out to the balcony from the kitchen and entire living room to the see beautiful pools and ocean. The owner was the best host. She reached out a week ahead of time to confirm we didn’t have any questions and provide all needed information. She was readily available via text or email if we had any questions or concerns throughout the stay. The decor and furnishings of the condo are beautiful and the beds are very good quality and comfortable for a week long stay. She had done a fabulous job making the unit a true home away from home. The unit comes fully stocked along with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for kids. We didn’t come across anything she had not thought of to provide. We will definitely be renting this unit again! Thank you for such great hospitality and an amazing family vacation.

This condo is just perfect. It has everything we need to enjoy our beach vacation. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with an amazing view. We love it and will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at SeaGlass! Jan was very good at communicating and had plenty of amenities to use in her condo. It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views! The pool was a great amenity.

This was a perfect condo. Joan had thought of everything you would need. We had one problem, couldn’t get the television on in the living room. We weren’t that concerned because who wants to watch tv when you have a beautiful beach in front of you!!

This is a lovely property. Not only was it beautiful and clean, but Jan was so thoughtful in all that she provided for guests. I can't imagine what you would need that she hadn't already thought of. It was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and so nice to use, the bathrooms were clean and stocked with the necessities, the living space was comfortable and spacious. Jan also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The entire Pelican complex was nice and well kept and if we return, we will definitely be hoping to rent this unit. Jan was kind and helpful through the whole process. She even left a hand written note welcoming us to the property! So sweet! Future visitors: you will not regret staying in this beautiful unit!

Sea Glass might be the best condo we've stayed in. Jan thought about everything. If you need it in the kitchen, it is there. Towels, check. Laundry detergent, check. Forget your soap or shampoo, no worries, it was provided. The little touches to the decorating that most condo owners don't think about are there as well. She put time and a lot of thought into her property and it shows.

This condo has absolutely everything you need. It’s very clean and well stocked. Location on the beach could not be more perfect. Jan was great at responding to any questions and dropped off a larger cooler with ice packs the day after we arrived. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

My family has owned at the pelican condos since it opened, so every year we all get together and rent about 5-8 different condos and SEAGLASS has by far been one of the top units that we have rented. The attention to detail that Jan puts in is incredible. You can tell how she values her guests. Beautifully decorated/ renovated! The unit had all the things we needed and more! Also not to mention the beds are really comfortable! Thank you so much for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great first stay here. With a family of five a two bedroom, two bath is a necessity. This one did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated, great location with a view of the pools and the ocean. The owners stocked their home with towels, beach chairs, toiletries, everything one needs for their stay. We had a great time at Seaglass! Jan was great with communications and the place was fully stocked with all the essentials. She clearly cares about her property and it shows in the small details, and that makes all the difference. Very cozy and quiet! 😎 The pools were very clean and the beach was never crowded. From the moment we arrived until the last day we had such a great time here. Everyone so nice, lots of fun things to do, not to mention we never wanted to leave the condo. Bed was so comfortable, love the openess, the breath taking veiw. Jan was very kind , making sure we had everything we desired and was comfortable. Look forward to going back.

Wow, what an amazing week we had at Seaglass. Our 2019 family vacation could not have been much better. The check-in was great. We were greeted by Courtney (Jan's daughter) and she answered any and all questions we had about the condo, what to do around town, other beaches in Florida, etc. The second we walked in, we were stunned by the breathtaking view from the sliding glass doors. My daughter even walked by Courtney without saying hello to walk out on the balcony to get a better view. LOL. New Smyrna is a beautiful town that feels very personal, none of the beaches were ever too full, and everyone we met was very polite. Back to the condo, the furnishings were SO comfortable, the decor was absolutely perfect for the space, and we all loved the kitchen, making dinner as a family a couple of times throughout our stay. If you plan to stay in New Smyrna Beach, we cannot recommend Seaglass enough. You will not be disappointed. Great price point, great amenities, very polite host, and overall one of our best if not the best experience we had in an ocean front condo. Thank you so much again to Jan. We had an amazing time at Sea Glass. I have been coming to the Pelican since the early 80s and this was by far the cleanest and most well kept condo we have stayed in. The owners take pride in their condo and it shows. They had the parking pass and pool bands ready for us at check in, so we didn't have to stand in the long line in the office. The condo was spotless when we got there. We always bring our beach towels, totes, boogy boards, etc., but you certainly didn't need to, as they had all of this to use. We look forward to staying again next summer!

My family and I had a great week staying at Sea Glass. It was a beautiful home with all you could need. So close to the pools and ocean!:). Gorgeous view to enjoy from the terrace as well!! Would love to do it again!:)
