The property is amazing. Beautiful inside and out. Amazing views of the beach and ocean. Love how you can just walk out the back door onto the beach. Great setup for families to base out of. Easy for kids to go in and out! Geoffrey the manager was awesome! Super friendly and helpful, knows everyone on the island and can get you anything or get you anywhere you want to go! We highly recommend and would come back anytime

Perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. The home was beautiful in a dreamlike location. The owner and property manager were always there for us to help make our stay easy and fun.

This is a fantastic place! It starts with being met by Geoffrey who was very helpful throughout the trip. Upon entering the home, your met with the stunning beach and ocean views. The home was very comfortable for our party of 8. There’s also a nice grocery store just up the road which was helpful.

You will not find a cleaner, well furnished unit anywhere out here. The owner has furnished this place as if they lived here day in and out. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking, well decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. Just walk out your back door and you are on the beach. Once you arrive Geoffrey will take care of all your needs. He truly makes this the best vacation, resting spot, he takes care of everything. We have traveled a lot, and no place compares to the "Sea Esta".

Sea Esta was amazing...truly paradise. Ania was WONDERFUL to work with and the home was beautiful! So comfortable. The biggest surprise was Geoffrey, what an amazing and giving person! He treated us like royalty and his passion for his island was contagious! All the memories….from ice cold Kalik at the airport, fresh coconut water by the beach, the rum distillery, the real rum cakes, the citrus conch salad with Tyrone at the fish fry, our private chef, the paradise pad, Atlantis, Sky Juice, the Deveaux Family, Ken, the fish market and most of all Peace and Love!

We had ten people say. The condo was wonderful, the property was clean, the Club was convenient and the sea was warm! How could you beat that? Oh right, Geoffrey! Geoffrey was the cherry on top of an already perfect sundae. I can’t say enough about him. What an incredible person he is. The only negative, if you can even call it that, was that I was under the impression there were three bedrooms PLUS the third floor. There are actually two bedrooms plus the third floor which has a queen and two full beds (with trundles). We made it work and everyone was happy. We all loved SeaEsta and wished we could stay longer!

This is a vacation HOME, with enough room to spread out and enjoy a peaceful alternative to crowded, loud, busy Nassau hotels. It was a vacation dream come true for our family of 5.

Gorgeous property on prime beachfront location. Home was in beautiful condition and with plenty of room for 7 adults and a 2 year old. We spent lots of time relaxing on a perfect beach but also enjoyed island activities and dining. Kitchen is excellent for a vacation home. The Cloud on the Master Bedroom porch was my wife's favorite spot for peacefully watching the waves. Ania was great to work with and very responsive to questions and requests. Geoffrey, the property manager, is a true gentleman who was determined and creative in making sure that our needs were met (Thanks for everything, Geoffrey!!). One of our best vacations ever.

Best beach villa in Bahamas. Immaculate furnishings including “Heaven” the living room couch, and “Cloud” the master bedroom balcony chair which is massive. Beautiful ocean views from master bedroom & living room. Outdoor grill came in handy. Kitchen was well stocked and has everything you will ever need. The waffle maker came in handy each morning. Solomon’s grocery store is just around the corner (almost within walking distance). Be prepared, groceries are expensive. The villa property manager, Jeoffrey, can help with groceries if you wish and says he has better places to shop (you can trust him). We rented a passenger van prior to our arrival. Don’t do this. Let Jeoffrey shuttle you around and pay him instead. He did take us several places during our stay and this makes the trip more relaxing and informative. The beach is awesome but don’t expect to see many tropical fish if you like to snorkel. There are a few small fish around the rocky areas. We did find several star fish. As the tide goes out, collect sea shells. You’ll be shocked what you’ll find. We were a little surprised about additional fees to use the club house pool & bar. Ania (owner) was always kind. We did receive an email from her the night before our departure (7:15 pm CST) asking about transportation, rental equipment, private chef, & beverage orders. Honestly, we wished we would have received this email at least two weeks in advance of our arrival as we could have planned accordingly. Otherwise, as Jeoffrey says, “just relax”. Awesome place!

From the moment we unboarded the plane we were treated like royalty by Geoffrey. We walked into Ania's beautiful home and it was 10 times better than described, pictures do not do this place justice. All the little details of this home, the smell when you walk in, the decor, the entertainment made this family trip one we will never forget. You walk out the back door and your own private beach awaits. Palm Cay is a safe quite gated community, away from the loud, touristy area. We actually rented 3 homes here in Palm Cay for our large group of 21 people, it worked out perfectly. Ania's home Sea Esta was by far the best of those 3. The beds we're so comfortable, the couch, OMG, my family wants to buy one now. My favorite was the cloud on the outside master balcony, I woke up and read there every morning to the sound of the ocean waves. There is a big TV with Netflix and so many movies to choose from, every night our family gathered on the comfy heaven couch to watch a movie together. One thing I have to say that is NOT a complaint in any way, I just wondered this when looking at pictures and reading about the place. The 4th room on the 3rd floor is not really a room, it has a bed but no door, so noise carries up there if someone is trying to go to sleep and others are still watching TV downstairs, it is also the warmest place in the house because of the heat rising to it. Just some info, in case you are trying to figure room configurations for your group. Geoffrey, the property manager was amazing, he became part of our family for the week, he made sure we we're taken care in every way. He helped us with transportation, chef services, (chef Everton was awesome), jet skis, and tours. Thank you Geoffrey and thank you Ania for sharing your beautiful home! We hope to be back soon!

This beachfront/ocean front property is truly paradise, and as our 11 year old great niece described it ‘heaven’. Inside and outside is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked chef’s kitchen, most comfortable couch on the planet, and mattresses that lulled you to sleep. Everything was 5 star right down to the bedding and towels. You really are steps from the ocean and can see it from the master bedroom bed. The owner Ania was lovely to deal with, and responded to each of my inquires right away. Thank you Ania for being so accommodating. My husband and I travelled with our niece, husband and their 3 children (11, 7 and 5). All of us can’t say enough good things about the property manager Jeff. A lovely, kind man. He was there to guide us through all of our activities (deep sea fishing, how to cook our catch the Bahamian way, renting a jet ski for the day, tour guide, shopping, restaurant recommendations and Atlantis water park for the day, to name a few). When we said goodbye to Jeff we were all very sad as he had become a part of our family. From the bottom of our hearts, thanks Jeff. xo This is a one of a kind property and I am sure we will be back! This beachfront property is magnificent! Beautifully decorated and the location is to die for... the pictures do not do it justice! Jeoffrey the property manager went above and beyond and it was well worth it to hire him for the week to take care of all of our arrangements from arrival to outings and then getting us back to the airport on time. All of his recommendations for activities were spot on. He knows everyone on the island. This property was in a very secure gated community. We joined the clubhouse for a small fee and attended the New Year's Eve party which was spectacular. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a First Class Vacation in the Bahamas!!

Our extended family of eight recently stayed in this lovely condo. The beautifully decorated condo is extremely well appointed with comfortable mattresses, a completely stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner and property manager (Geoffrey) were very accessible and extremely helpful. Geoffrey made our week seamless and helped facilitate additional activities, from a private boat charter for snorkeling to renting a jet ski that was delivered right to our little private beach for the day. The water is literally steps away from the back patio. The entire experience was five star and the property exceeded our expectations. I would definitely return to this wonderful property in the future! Thank you for sharing your wonderful Bahamian beach home with us for the week.

There are few places in the world where I might awaken, look out the window, and have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. Sea Esta is one of those places. Every day was like being inside a Windows screen saver! From the moment we awoke to the gentle morning breezes, to falling asleep in beautiful cotton sheets to the sound of waves breaking on the beach below, we were enfolded in dreamy luxury. It isn't easy to find a place where our family of seven (four kids 17-22) plus Grammy, could all be happy. But Sea Esta had everything we needed to make our family vacation memorable, delightful, and fun. Geoffrey was a god-send, truly the Mayor of Nassau. He found us the really good deals, helped with reservations and arranging drivers, etc. He gave us a beautiful welcome at the airport, as well as a smashing send-off (Sky Juice for the road!) Off the beaten track, it was a perfect spot to get away from it all. If a busy resort vacation is your cup of tea, Atlantis this is NOT. There were never more than a few people on the entire beach, and often we had it all to ourselves. The club house with beach bar, restaurant, kayak rentals, and spa, was just a short meander down the beach. When we did venture down to the port for dinner at Carmines, which was really good, we were grateful to return to our peaceful beach house, away from the noise and crowds. Sea Esta is a place to commune with nature, a healing refuge from the busyness of life. It is a place to make home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, sip wine from the wine fridge, and lose track of what day it is. It is a place where in the evenings we'd pile onto the wonderful cloud sofa sectional with the whole family and watch a Netflix series together, play a game, or simply share stories, hopes, and dreams. With our kids preparing to launch into adulthood, it was a special place to make lasting memories that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. The Cloud Chaise off the Master Bedroom was the spot to get even further away from it all. I would often sneak off after meals with a glass of something and a book, only to be gently snuggled awake with kisses from my honey. So even though this was a family vacation, there was enough space and privacy for romance and connection with my mate. Mwah! Ania, you have made a beautiful place to make memories with your family.
