This property was amazing and so was the owner. Upon our arrival, we had a welcoming bag. Jenny thought of everything and if you have a question about anything, she will respond quickly. All the bedrooms had access to a bathroom (One jack and Jill downstairs) and all comfy king beds. The kids room was awesome, not just because of the bunk beds but there was a video game, wall ring toss, wall connect four and a chalk/magnet board. It was a short walk to the beach and chairs and umbrellas were in the garage along with body boards for the kids. The pool was kept exceptionally warm which was wonderful for this time of year as the ocean is still pretty cold. We had a wonderful family vacation and would highly recommend this rental. We travelled with our “framily” - all together we have 7 kids ranging in ages 4-14. 11 of us stayed very comfortably, plenty of space! The house has all the perks you need and the hostess is wonderful. She provided a little goody bag with mini sized essentials like dish detergent, dishwasher pod, hydrating water packets, basic medicine, and even popsicles were in the freezer for the kids! We had a very minor repair to take care of the first day and when we let the host know, she immediately took care of it and refunded a little bit of our money for the trouble. That was unexpected but so thoughtful! The location can’t be beat. It’s towards the end of the island not near all of big condos so the beaches aren’t crowded, even in peak season! You literally walk around the corner and you’re at a public beach access point, 2 minutes walk, maybe 4 with beach gear and young kids in tow. It was great to use the pool as well, the kids loved it when we didn’t want to go to the beach again. It felt like bath water in late July but the kids didn’t care, lol. The beds were all very comfortable and the a/c works GREAT. She also has box fans in every room which was amazing, because all of our crew uses a fan in the bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked, no issues cooking several meals. Highly HIGHLY recommend this home! If we come back in a large group to PCB, we’ll rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Nice property that was kept up. Not far from beach access. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking coffee. The pool was a nice size and we all took advantage of it since it was too hot some days for the beach and not to mention the red flags. Whoever cleans the place did a really nice job and the beds were comfy. Nice location and easy to park. So glad i found this place!

This house is perfect from the minute you walk in you will be delighted with all the details in every room. New appliances and everything you can think of is in the house. Beautiful inside and outside. The pool area was a big hit with our 4 grandkids. Also the beach is just steps away. This beach is fantastic and not overly crowded like some. Pictures are exactly what this house is and Jenny is very easy to work with responds very quickly! Fantastic place!

First trip to PCB and we absolutely loved this house! Would definitely book again!

House was as described and beautifully decorated. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.The renovations which included a shower in the upstairs bunk room was a big plus! The pool area was a great place for the kids to hang out(with supervision of course) and play while others were getting showers. The location was great and close to restaurants and grocery stores. 2 minute walk to beach with tents and wagons was great. More of a residential area so the beach was not crowded at all. Jenny was great and quick to respond with any questions we had. She even had a full sized ironing board delivered to the house so we could press dresses for beach pics! Thank you Jenny for a wonderful family vacation and lots of memories made!

Easy access to beach with a private pool which doesn’t exist with homes directly on the beach. House is great. Able to walk to a few restaurants (Schooners, Shore Shack, Sombreros).

Convenience of location,spacious, attention of manager, ease to beach, bonus of pool, (very nice)…..comfort!…amazing sunsets!…..just add family!

Everything went very smooth. Check in was a little rough because our code to enter the house wouldn’t work due to the battery on the key pad being dead but besides that we had an amazing time and we were all satisfied with our stay!

We are a family of 11, three of those being 5 yr old triplet girls. The girls learned how to swim, go under water while retrieving plastic fish & snorkel in the pool -- this was their main enjoyment after a day of boogie boarding & building sand castles. The adults loved how close we were to the beach, shops, restaurants & St. Andrew's Park where we took full advantage to do some snorkeling of our own. Everyone had their own space when needed & the community areas supplied plenty of room for sharing over meals. The stairs most definitely aid with any missed workouts while on vacation; however, my 79 yr old mama climbed them just fine. We "all" enjoyed our stay but the triplets cried for just 5 more days-- aah beach life☺️ ⛱️.

Everything was great!

This was a big trip for our family and we had a wonderful stay in this amazing home. There was plenty of space for everyone even when we cooked a couple dinners in the house. Our grandson’s (3 & 6) really enjoyed the pool. Although the adults did enjoy it in the evenings after the littles were put to bed. The location could not have been better. We have had longer walks to the beach while staying in large developments right on the beach. The beaches are amazing as always but this beach was perfect. It wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of space to spread out our large group. Jenny was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful beach home.

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 5 children (ages 2-15). We had plenty of room to hang out together and also get away from each other when needed. 😉 Bedrooms are more updated than expected. Kitchen had everything we needed. It is a very quick walk to the beach, and it was not overly crowded.

This is a great place for the family to stay.

This was a great place for our family from 4 different states to meet for a few days. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. Owners were great with communicating and responded promptly to our questions/concerns. The pamphlets provided gave us a few ideas of things to do in the area (WW1 Museum was enjoyed by some) but would’ve liked some restaurant suggestions as well.

We were on a 1 week family vacation with friends and family. The house was clean, updated, very comfortable and convenient to the beach. The layout was perfect to accommodate multiple families with several children. The pool provided great entertainment for all and was a perfect way to keep the kids busy while not at the beach. Location is perfect; short walk to the beach, away from the heavy traffic of PCB, but close enough to easily drive to any location. This area of the beach is very low traffic due to no high rises. Owner was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The only issue we experienced during the week was an inoperable dryer which they had replaced in less than 24 hours! Will definitely re-book and recommend to all!

We loved everything about this house! Very spacious, well stocked, great location, and best beach area we’ve ever had. Not crowded at all!!!! I was pleasantly surprised that the bedding had been updated from the photos! Highly recommend this property!

We have come to PCB for over ten yrs now and always stayed at a high rise condo…..never again! This house had so much room, cooking utensils, fans, blankets and swim floats! I could go on and on, but we had so much room - private pool- and 1 min walk to beach! We loved that we just pull up to door and no waiting on an elevator! Great location! The mgr responds very quickly! Only negative- the TVs needed remotes to work the cable and only the living room worked! I would suggest labeling the remotes! The Mgr would have fixed it but it was no big deal! Also I wish we would have had a mop to clean the floors! Overall - best stay in ten yrs !

The house was great for 5 adults and 8 kids!

This place was perfect. The location could not be better, the owner was easy to deal with, and the property was very clean. The beds were so comfortable I didn’t miss my bed at home. We go to PCB a few times each summer in groups for SCUBA diving trips. This will be the go to property for us from now on.

Great beach house within walking distance to the beach. Great space for extended family!
