We have been to Telluride a dozen trips always staying in mountain village we decided to mix it up and stay in town this time and loved it! It was so easy to get to the mountain with the close location to the gondola and ease of using the ground floor locker provided. Everything you need is within a couple hundred yards including the conveniently located wine store downstairs and breweries on either side of the building! The unit itself was as pictured and quite comfortable for our group of 6 adults. I got sick towards the end of the trip and the steam shower and window seating with the south sun coming in sure helped make it not so bad! The owner provided all information we had no issues or questions the entire week. If this unit fits your group size you won’t find a better place for the price.

This was a great rental that was very well stocked, clean and close to the ski lift. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. You can walk everywhere no need for a car. I would highly recommend this rental for your winter vacation.

Not often you find someone who cares as much about their rental home and their guests as Angela. We had a wonderful week in Telluride. Located in the heart of town next to Gondola, Restaurants and Market. We would not hesitate to come back!

Great location near the gondola - great view of the mountains, well stocked, very clean, and comfortable! This was our first time in Telluride and we are so glad we stayed in town. Very close to a market, bakery, and Coffee Cowboy. The owner answered our many questions before our stay and offered great advice. We hope we get to return to Telluride and would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location - a block from the Gondola and restaurants all within walking distance. The place is very clean and set up was great. I would stay here again for sure.

I have lived in Colorado for over 50 years but never made the trek to Telluride it was great I certainly will come back the property was delightful. We had great weather and took some great hikes the only drawback was I couldn't get the TV to work in the bedroom but no big deal. Thanks Dan

Angela's condo is in an awesome location for a stay in Telluride. Smuggler Brewpub next door, Liquor store downstairs and Last Dollar Saloon 'rooftop' 2blks up the street. Gondola and USA Today's best brewpub "StrongHouse" 1 blk away. Oh,and Angela was a pleasure to work with; outstanding hospitality and communication. Truly "Gawk-worthy" views of Bridal Falls. Book it!!!

We stayed in Angela's Telluride condo for a week in August. We have been renting properties on VRBO for about 25 years and this is probably the nicest one we've ever visited. The unit is clean and updated, very well laid out in the design, has pretty much every amenity you could want and the mattresses and bedding were all comfortable. The location is a couple of hundred yards from the gondola to Mountain Village and only about 3 blocks to the most popular part of downtown on Colorado Ave. Very easy to access pretty much everything in town. The only issue we had (which is not a deal breaker) was some local noise at night. We were sleeping with the windows open for cooler air. On the weekend nights there were periodic groups of people on the street below coming home at late hours from partying. Also, there are 3 restaurants in very close proximity to the condo that had delivery trucks unloading between 5 & 7 in the morning on a couple of days.

Exactly like the listing shows. Great location to everything and the views are amazing In the living room. Kitchen is well stocked, including the stuff needed to make adult beverages!!!! Would stay again

Our condo was perfect - we truly enjoyed the beautiful 3rd floor views. The interior was nicely furnished and functioned well for 6 adults.

This past week was our 4th stay at Angela's Telluride condo and we hope to come back for years to come. Her condo has perfect location--it's a short walk to the gondola, Town Park, the library and shops and restaurants. It's a few minutes walk to the popular Bear Creek Falls trail and not too far from our favorite hike, Jud Wiebe. Her condo is always clean and gets better with each stay. Over the past few years, she's remodeled the entry space, added a third bay window seat and redone the kitchen. There is a perfect view of Ingram Falls from the bay window seats. After an active day of hiking or biking, it's nice to relax with a book and watch the waterfall. Angela is a local and is always super available and has great tips for activities in and around Telluride. It feels like she has a genuine interest in making our stay the best it can be and helping us love Telluride as much as she does. This visit, we had 2 adults, 2 young adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of room. Having the three full bathrooms is great with a party of our size. I truly couldn't recommend this condo enough! Wonderful stay in a well-appointed and spacious condo. My family loved the location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the gondola. Town Park is very close so makes attending any festival activities convenient. Angela was readily available and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Angela showed consideration to anything and everything we would need during our Telluride stay. I realized I had left my device chargers at home and soon found out that there are chargers for any device we use throughout the house. The house was flanked by a microbrewery and restaurant. This third floor 3B/3B condo was a perfect location for my family of skiers. Angela, the owner was very attentive to any issues we might have which was almost none. Very clean, open & spacious We loved our week in Telluride Dianne

That location is absolutely superb. Angela was wonderful. Love the way that the condo was decorated, and it’s fully equipped with everything that you want. We are returning next year!

This was my 5th trip to Telluride and the nicest lodging I have had. The host was readily available and easy to communicate with. The location was great. The condo amenities were wonderful. I would recommend this condo to any group or larger family coming to Telluride.

Angela’s condo is in the perfect town location. It’s convenient to everything, no need to drive. The 3 bedrooms are great for a large family like ours. The kitchen is small but packed with everything you need including condiments and spices. One thing to note, it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator so the first couple of days we needed to adjust to the altitude. Overall, a great stay for our family ski trip.

Magnificent property within easy walking distance to free gondola, lift 8, restaurants, and all Telluride has to offer. No car needed, although parking is available. 3 BR was just the right size for my family of 5. Ski lockers on ground floor. Just know that it's the 3rd floor - spectacular views and location; be prepared for stairs. Plenty of activities for non-skiers too. Host was exceptionally organized, proactive, and helpful. Lots of extras: board games, DVDs, well stocked kitchen implements. Very thorough documentation for TV, recycling, restaurant recommendations, etc. Great experience and highly recommended.

Do not pass this place up!!! If you're torn between 2 properties you MUST pick this one. The view from the living room cannot be beat. On top of that, the rooms are wonderful, this home is completely stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly dream of AND there is a steam shower (complete with disco lights 😉). The location of this home is perfect as well. The gondola is right up the street and everything is within walking distance but you're set off the main street so there is some tranquility in that. Angela is by far the best host. She is super responsive and accommodating. She went above and beyond for our group when she didn't have to and I cannot express how appreciative we are of that. I've only stayed in one place so far in Telluride but I don't even see how any other places can top this one overall.

Perfect location for any special event atTown Park, (Jazz Fest). 70+ years young and was walking back and forth two and three times a day. However, there are two flights of stairs which feel like six because of the altitude. Great place!
