Home is in great location, walkable to beach, food and Pickleball (❤️). Comfortable and nice stay!

My family and i were here for our yearly vaca. First.time to HHI. Place was impeccably clean! Owner was supper communicative! Location is pretty good in palmetto dunes. Shuttle to beach. Convient to kroger/shelter cove. Over all convenient but would have liked a little closer to the beach. (0.9 mi isnt terrible, and as mentioned there is a free shuttle!) Overall a great place. Would definitely stay here again next time we came to HHI!

Very nice villa in Queens Grant. Spacious, clean and relaxing. Everything you need.

This was a repeat stay for us and the villa was just as lovely this time around. The unit was exceptionally clean, the living area is spacious and bright, the large back deck has high-quality furniture, and parking was never an issue. Family members renting from other locations in Palmetto Dunes stopped in regularly and were wowed by the wide expanse of grass out back that leads to a beautiful view of the lagoon. We had a fabulous week at this location.

The place is exactly as it appears in the description. It's very welcoming and has just about everything you need. We needed to contact the owner and when we did, they responded promptly and nicely. Allowing pets is a BIG plus and we were very grateful for that. They even had toys and blankets for the dogs. The deck is large and faces the lagoon making it easy to watch people fishing. There are two pools that are very near to the house. Overall, no complaints and had a very enjoyable week. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, spacious, well-equipped. We don’t usually travel with our dog, so it was a gift to find such a lovely pet-friendly spot. Very easy access to the beach.

This was a very nice place for my husband and I to stay for a week with close friends and our two dogs. Very clean and very comfortable, and easy check in process. Wonderful experience renting this condo, and we loved the Hilton Head area and look forward to coming back.

We had a very nice stay at the condo with our pups. They love walking, running, chasing birds and playing fetch on the beach and it is no nice to get to take them with us. It was also really helpful to have all of the pet supplies they had on hand at the unit. A couple of questions came up during our stay and Todd was very quick to reach out and help us, which was appreciated!

We loved our stay and have rented again for next year. Great community,,close to the beach. Pet friendly but so clean you don’t feel like you are vacationing with everyone else’s pets. Spacious and every amenity you can imagine. Loved it.

This villa was perfect in every way. The layout was ideal. And our Frenchie was allowed to join us. The villa had a deck overlooking a lagoon. Lovely spot to watch nature and the sunsets. And the location couldn't have been better. A easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We would definitely go again!

Our stay at Todd and Jackie’s villa could not have been more enjoyable. The villa is spacious , nicely updated and the kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The property was clean and well stocked. The rooms were large and comfortable. The owner was exceptionally accommodating and ensured we had everything to our liking. Dog-friendly was a big plus for us. Looking forward to staying with them again soon.

Great location! Able to walk to Shelter Cove. Sunsets on back deck were beautiful. Very roomy and great place for pets! Owners very responsive and considerate of your vacation; but quick to respond if needed!

Staying here was just that relaxing! Very comfortable and clean accommodations. The view from the deck is just stunning - the lagoon, the herons that visit several times daily and the sunset. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is here. I was even able to work from there and it was so peaceful. I can’t say enough about the owners and their commitment to making their guests feel welcome and making sure that the villa is well stocked and clean. My grandkids enjoyed the big open space in the back and convenient beach and pool access. Thank you Todd and Jackie for sharing a bit of paradise!

We had a great time.

We have stayed at over 15 properties in Hilton Head and this is the best for location (easy access to grocery, restaurants, fishing, walking trails and a quick 5 min drive to beach). Condo is as it appears in the pictures with modern decor and comfortable bedding. Porch is large with plenty of seating and the best view of the lagoon. Owner checked with me often and provided all needed info by email. We definitely recommend staying at this lovely home (and our dog does, too).

There were six family members that stayed, but at times we had 8-12 family members for dinner. The kitchen was more than equipped to prepare and serve a big meal! The open floor plan was great for communication and interaction with one another. The Villa is set on open property looking out over the lagoon which provided us with bird, boat and kayaker watching! The neighbors nearby were extremely friendly, and it was great to be able to bring our sweet Lola! Some of our family are from Washington and Oregon and they fell in love with Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head! We had issues with both the dishwasher and disposal, and Todd sent a workman out right away to fix things! Thank you, Todd, for a great stay!

We had a great week in this lovely villa on the lagoon. We liked the open concept with the kitchen looking out into the very spacious living room. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was updated and well appointed, and every room was super clean. We were grateful for the absence of wall-to-wall carpet and so appreciated the clean tile floors downstairs and the updated wood flooring upstairs. A large deck leads to a huge expanse of green grass and a peaceful lagoon beyond. Owner Todd was quick to respond when we left something behind after checkout, and went the extra mile to mail the item to us. Highly recommend this villa!

This was our second time at this property.The owner Todd was so easy to communicate with.Helped us out with a guest pass which we appreciated.Our family had a great time at the ocean which was a 10 minute walk.We rented bikes and a kiddie cart which the grandkids loved.Watching the birds by the lagoon was a favorite pastime.The villa was clean and beautifully decorated.We will be back.

Two couples, two dogs, a spacious condo w/great kitchen and deck facing the lagoon. EXCELLENT location, very comfortable, we didn’t want to come home. Highly recommend!

We have rented several times in Hilton Head and this was our favorite house so far. Everything was perfect - great location, very clean, very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. LOVED the deck/view! We will 100% book this house again.

Property is in a centrally located area for easy access to every place on the Island. Easy drive or good walk, short bike ride to the beach. Villa had plenty of room, with a bit of general wear overall. Master bed and guest queen bed not too comfy and sheets fitted improperly kept slipping off corners. Was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms, particularly counters and sink. Owners were very responsive and great to work with. Without a doubt stay again

This villa is private, spacious and well-equipped. It had everything that we needed to make the perfect vacation with our three girls. Any questions we had, were immediately answered and when a few small issues came up, it was like they never happened. The number one priority on our list was CLEAN. This entire villa was SUPER CLEAN. This alone gave this home 5 stars!!! The previous review statements are exactly how we felt about the inside and outside of the villa. The natural light and blinds inside the sliding glass doors were so helpful in the heat of the afternoon. Unfortunately, we did not spend a lot of time outside on the deck bc it was extremely hot, but we fished in the backyard at night, biked to the General Store everyday, biked to the beach and to Shelter Cove. IT was very difficult eating outside bc of the heat, so we mostly ordered take out. (Our favorites were the fried chicken at the general store Monday-Saturday only and The Dunes House. Java burrito was amazing but not much seating in or out. The kitchen had everything for us to make pancakes, bacon and eggs often. We baked brownies. Every appliance worked well. If you think there isn't something there that you are looking for, keep looking. They seriously had everything. So many items there for your pup too! Our girl was so happy with the cool ceramic tile floors! A few tips: *There are two air conditioners. We weren't aware until we looked out front in the storage area. The upstairs was hot until we realized there was another unit and thermostat upstairs.. HAHA. *There are two pools within a short walking distance. We preferred the one to the left out the backyard. Just walk through the grass to get to it. *There were tons of deer within feet of you! If you are walking a dog at night, be on the lookout! *I don't think any of the tv's were smart, so we couldn't stream Hulu or Netflix, but we just watched some shows on our computer.
