This is a nice, cozy, spacious unit right in the heart of the little surf village of A Street. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, surf shops, bars, all within minutes walk. Great beach and a laid-back environment make this one of the best places on Saint Augustine beach.

This was our third trip to this condo and it’s always a great stay!!!! Dog friendly neighborhood and beach!!! Also Zabas is right across the street wonderful breakfasts and amazing grilled cheese😁

My husbands sister used to live in St Augustine and we missed coming here so this was our first vacation finding a place to stay. I have no idea how I lucked out on this condo but perfection is how to describe it. Location is amazing - 5 minute walk to beach and the best part - a lifeguard is right there! Always feel so much better being at the ocean with a guard. You are a 3 minute walk to Coffee Shops, best taco/burritos, sandwich shops and beach restaurants. Can rent surfboards on the way to the beach. Tom was the best host - met us at the condo to show us everything and was very attentive to any needs we had. The condo was spacious enough for our family (17, 18 and 19 year olds) and plenty of parking for family that came to visit. Oh yes - Publix is only 1 mile away. Will definitely make this an annual trip for our family - so glad we found it!

This was our third visit to this property. Su Augustine Beach has become our regular start to Summer vacation. We, again, enjoyed easy access to the beach and area restaurants with so much being within walking distance from the property. Hoping to be back next year!

Location is a very short walk to the beach and short walking distance to many restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. We enjoyed our stay!

Property just barely west of A1A Beach Blvd. Close to casual food and coffee shops. Park with scoop bag stations steps from the door. A/C worked great and owner was helpful with local orientation. Great smoothie place across Beach Blvd. No problems whatsoever. Would rent again.

I would book this property again and again. Everything was very clean and in a perfect location! Tom was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The AC in this place works like a champ too! Such hot days but the house was very comfortable.

Property is centrally located with plenty of local restaurants , bar, coffee shop, and shopping all within walking distance. The beach is a block walk away. Tom, the property owner communicates via text or call during your stay and is on hand for any issues. Property is perfect for a family with kids coming to the beach. Must visits are Mango Mangos (Across A1A by beach), Zaba's Coffee Shop (at the corner), and Burrito Works Taco Shop a block away on A1A. Recommend using Drifters for rental of beach shade tents, chairs, games, and/or bicycles. They delivered to the front door and picked up when we left. Then there downtown St. Augustine. AMAZING rich history and plenty to do with kids or adults. We spent 3 days downtown and loved it! Plenty to see and do. Thanks Tom!

After finding this end-unit townhouse during an online search for an 8 day Covid getaway during Spring 2021, this was our second stay at this property. In the midst of this 12 day vacation, we booked our 3rd stay for the same time period in 2023 (15 days). Walk to the beach multiple times per day. Walk less than a block for morning coffee and smoothies, grilled donuts, breakfast food and great conversation with the guys at Zabas, walk to Beachcomber, Burrito Works (best burrito in the world) and many other great casual restaurants. Solid beach neighborhood feel all around…this has become “our spot” to come and unwind. We are a family of 5 (kids are 19, 10 and 8) and we all love this spot! Much appreciation to a great host, Tom. Can’t wait for next year!!!

Walk across the street to the beach! What a great location. House was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for any better and Tom is easy to contact. Great rental. Will definitely use again on next trip

My family and I had a great time! The place is excellent. Great location to everything. We walked to the beach (5 min) and everywhere we needed to go. Tom was great. He was available if we needed anything. We would stay there again.

Convenient location, clean, well maintained. Not a big place but plenty of space for us (4 adults and 2 dogs). The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Really close to extra parking and a dog walking area which was extremely convenient. I appreciated the willingness to book at the last minute.

Enjoyed the great location—easy walk to the beach, a couple restaurants and coffee shops. Appreciated the holiday lights that decorated the condo. Manager was easy to communicate with.

Our group had a wonderful time staying at your place. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and communication was great. We enjoyed the ability to walk from the house to the burrito shop, kookaburra and the beach. We enjoyed the donut shop the last morning as well. Our group went to play mini golf which was a wonderful time. Thanks for accommodating us last minute for our race. One of our runners placed 2nd overall! We look forward to coming back!

We enjoy our stay. The condo is close to beach and restaurants. It is very good for people that travel with their pets. We enjoyed walking the dog in the park next to the condo. Tom was very easy to work with.

Great time, great place. Tile floors are a blessing as inevitably sand gets everywhere. We would come back here, for sure.
