The condo was very nice, but needs updating and deep cleaning. The floors in the codo and patio were dirty when we arrived. Throw pillows on couch were nasty. The night stand in one of the bedrooms was broken. There was a musty smell in the codo. The biggest problem was the air conditioner stopped working during the day on 6/7/23. It still was not working when we checked out Saturday morning 6/10/2023. I realize the rental agreement under maintenance doesn't guarentee anything working and no refund or adjustement can be made. I could understand this if the air conditioning was out for a few hours, or even a day. I feel a cost adjustment would just the right thing to do in this case. I know it's not your fault that the air conditioner failed, but it's not our fault either and we paid in good faith that it would be working. The HOA or someone should be held responsible and it not just be tough luck for us. We will never return to a property managed by Pritckett Properties.

We absolutely loved the unit and the entire property! Everything was wonderful. The kids had a blast! We would love to stay again!

I stayed at this Phoenix West property with my husband and 5 children (including 1 infant), my brother-in-law and his wife and baby, and my mother- and father-in-law. The whole first day i just kept saying that i expected the room to be nice from the pictures, but it was SO MUCH BETTER than we expected. The corner balcony is just incredible, and the unit was so spacious. Checking in was as simple as entering our access code to get into the room, and going to the front desk to pay for parking passes and pick up arm bands for amenities. The pools were great. The younger kids were able to play safely in the zero entry pool while the parents were able to relax just a few feet away. The bigger kids and adults loved the lazy river and water slide. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and never crowded at all. The beach was beautiful, and we had a rental service available right there, with a couple of teenage boys who were always happy to pull wagons or carry beach supplies for us. We were even able to get my mother-in-law a beach-accessible wheelchair, so she didnt have to miss out on any of the fun. We were so pleased with our stay. We will be back!

This was our favorite condo to date! It was spacious enough for all my kids & their friends. Teens enjoyed the privacy and the littles loved the pool. We will be staying in this unit again!

This place had plenty of room for 3 families and we never felt cramped. The views are amazing. It was very nice to be able to walk right out to the beach. Nonissues with this place at all. It was a great vacation. Thanks.

We had a great vacation! We were a little nervous about the 25th floor with 12 children, but everything turned out absolutely fine! Thank you for sharing your place with us! (One suggestion….it would be helpful to have at least one towel per person)

Had a wonderful time in this condo with plenty of room for cooking and serving everyone & plenty of seating space. I was worried about the elevators being on the 25th floor, but was pleasantly surprised that we had very little waiting and all elevators were functioning & quick- even with busy spring breaker crowds. We utilized the grilling area which were charcoal grills (had to get charcoal) and brought our food up to eat, and it all worked out just fine. The beach and the lazy river with patio area were very nice. Our young adults used the hot tubs in the evenings. Every room has its own bathroom, plus the additional one in the hallway. It was a very nice place, would highly recommend it.

We had a group of moms and young boys and the property was fabulous. There was plenty of space and the condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We forgot to bring things like toilet paper and garbage bags and had to go out to pick some up for our three night stay as there was only a starter in each location, but I think that's pretty standard now. Fortunately there is a Walmart nearby! We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay a hefty sum to park in the garage, and that amount was not disclosed prior to our reservation but all in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We are a family who for the first time had a family vacation. It was 4 generations. Only 13 could make it, but we had an awesome time together. The condo that we rented was spacious and right on the beach. 4 of my children had never seen the ocean. What a treat! The condo was clean. We had to wait a day for some extra blankets, as the temperature had dropped and when we all got ready to settle in; we discovered the blankets shortage. They were delivered the next day. The only other problem was the dryer didn't work. It took hours to dry a load. We did report it on the day we left so the next occupants would be good to go. All and all we all had a great time and we would highly recommend Phoenix West Condominiums.

Property was fabulous as all Phoenix properties I've visited have been. Check in was a breeze. Easy access to the beach.

Property was large enough for the 15 of us, very clean, and oceanview. Being on the 25th floor made me a little nervous because of babies and a toddler. But overall, we had a blast!

Great beach 🏖 & family time. I loved the view.

Our party was three different families with kids of all ages. This condo was everything we hoped it would be and more! It’s absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. We got groceries for the week and rarely had to leave! It’s beautifully decorated and had room for everyone! The teens loved the lazy River and slide. It rained one afternoon, but we just left our stuff on the beach and enjoyed the inside pool and hot tub. We are already looking into booking our trip for next year!

Great location and amenities.

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was huge. With plenty of space and storage for all of us. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The floor to ceiling windows in every room gave incredible views of the ocean, beach and sunrise. Would love to visit again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Daniel's property! There were just a couple of things we noticed that could be improved. An updated kitchen broom would make it much easier to clean up our sandy floor and what not. And there were a few times while using the dryer that we had to run it multiple times on the same load, due to not drying completely. BUT those two things were absolutely not deal breakers and we've already started planning our next stay! :) Thanks Daniel for renting us your property!

Everything about this stay was easy. The condo view is unbelievable. Highly recommend. There was a couple hickups with the internet while we were there but the folks worked hard to get it fixed. Stuff happens. Highly recommend.

Room for a large family. Condo is in great location.

This was a perfect condo! With a large family, the bedrooms we just right! From the grandparents to the teenage children- everyone was happy! The beds were comfortable! The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, silverware, and more. The open concept allowed everyone to be together even when prepping and cleaning meals. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy there beach times the beach was clean, absolutely no garbage! The best part- the hoses available on the walkway to wash off sand so you don’t track it in! The location of the condo was great. It was quiet and easily assessable. No traffic! Close to shopping and restaurants or the state parks! Great experience! Definitely would return!

We loved the location. The space was wonderful.

Many electric outlets did not work in kitchen. No broom provided for sand cleanup. TV service needed maintenance attendance, as well as for wifi.
