Very comfortable with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. It's a great house for hanging out and spending time with the family--complete with board games and puzzles :)

This house was absolutely perfect! My sister, aunt and I all traveled to run the San Diego Beach & Bay half. This house was perfectly located, was so easy to access the freeways/beaches/bay, and was absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time outdoors and the kids loved the yard space to run around and play. We will be renting this one again for the race next year!

Came for our son's wedding. We had 6 additional family members for the Friday wedding. We stayed additional days and enjoyed every minute. Great views, well stocked. Great location. 15 from everything! I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. House is a good size, we had 12 people, between 3 families. Backyard is great for kids. Front shower is the best, other showers the water barely got luke warm. Location is great and very easy to get to. View from the back porch is beautiful and like having the upper deck. We would stay here again in the future.

Kerri and John were great to work with. This was my first experience with a VRBO vacation home, and it was great being able to ask lots of questions! The home was exactly as pictured. It was wonderful having the granny unit downstairs so family could have quiet time if they wanted. I would definitely recommend this home to families traveling together, and I’d stay here if we traveled to San Diego again.

The location was great, we never had more than a 15 minute drive to all of our destinations, which was great when traveling with a toddler. Great communication with the owner!

We arrived in what would be the heaviest single day rain fall in San Diego history and with four children under 12, we were still able to have a great time. Board games and DVDs to occupy the family and the basement apartment was great to take space or set the kids up with a movie when the adults need a GD moment of silence. The property is walking distance to Coronado's Brewing Company and local gem Rose's donuts. Telacote park is nearby offering indoor/outdoor play. Ralph's and Target a short drive away for your food/incidentals. Great view of Mission Bay and 10 minutes to Mission Beach.

We were from New York visiting my San Diego son who lived a few minutes away. So convenient. My 2 small New York girls had a ball in the yard on the down times. The house was spacious and perfectly set up for our needs. It’s a quiet residential block. The location is so close to beaches and fun places. We love the area and will definitely come back to this house. Contacting owners was super easy. Stay here!!

Our family of 6 adults came into San Diego for a wedding. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed, and then some. Even though it was a bit cool we enjoyed the outdoor living spaces. The pear and lemon tree, and the grapevines were an unexpected surprise! All this and only 15 minutes from the airport!

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego! This house was very centrally located and easy to get to every attraction we were headed to. The house had all things baby which made our stay with the littlest member of our family more enjoyable! The host was very responsive to our questions. The only downside was no air conditioning but there were multiple fans that we used to cool the house down at night. We would stay here again if ever in San Diego on the future!

The property was as described. Everything was clean with lots of space. We enjoyed a couple nights of fireworks and survived a historic tropical storm comfortably. The lication allows easy access to stores and recreation.

The house was as lovely in person as the pictures, which has not always been the case in my experience. It's spacious and has a great kitchen. My grandkids loved the backyard and the patio is perfect for cookouts. My favorite part was the views from deck, especially in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions or issues, which we really appreciated. We definitely plan to come back here again!

The place was very private and amazing.

We had a lovely stay! Watched the fireworks every night and the kids loved the play set. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The separate guest apartment was perfect for grandma and the teenager to share. Being from TX, we were surprised at no A/C, but honestly the weather is so nice that we were comfortable w the windows open and fans on. We’re not looking forward to going back to the 100+ degree temps!

It was so nice and well equiped. Furniture was beautiful. The view was so nice.

Perfect house for family reunion and wedding prep for hair & makeup! John & Kerri were amazingly responsive and accomodating. The yard was great for adults and young children alike. There’s plenty of outdoor space to converse and enjoy each other’s company. The Friday night fireworks from Sea World were an unexpected bonus! I highly recommend John & Kerri’s place and would stay again if the need arises!

Beautiful house. Very practical for a family. Back yard was filled with adventure for the kids. Great neighborhood. Easy access to Interstate highway.

Relaxing and feeling like a home away from home.

This property worked perfectly for our needs. We had 8 people staying between the ages of 5 and 64, and everyone had a wonderful time! The home was inviting and comfortable, and the back yard was the perfect place to relax and let the kids play. Location was no more than 20 minutes from all the major tourist attractions and the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Very comfortable and convenient to everything.

Host communication was excellent - they were very responsive to us. We had 9 adults and were very comfortable with accommodations. Other friends & family (including 2 under 5) were able to join us for a meal and the house held everyone comfortably. Board games galore.Amazing view of Mission Bay and Sea World fireworks. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Our wedding venue was in Liberty Square and we were able to travel back and forth as needed quickly. Airport/Downtown is 15 mins. away. Thank you for making such an important travel weekend feel like we were at home!

We were very very comfortable here in this roomy home. There were nine adults and three children, ages four, five, and 11. They have plenty of kids stuff and backyard climbers…. The children were never bored. The adults were able to sit in two different outdoor areas with room for everyone to visit. We enjoyed a barbecue on their provided grill as well as able to prepare meals in the house. Everything you could possibly need is provided to serve 16+. We felt secure as the neighborhood is nice. The home is well furnished and although the guest house is attached, it was private so you can share a stay with others. Thank you all so much for the ease and comfort - will look you up if ever in San Diego again! Oh - perfect location to everything!!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, the view of the bay is outstanding. My family and I all loved the home. The communication with the PM was prompt. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
