The location was fabulous. Very clean. Beautiful view. Breakfast was good.

The elevator was scary

Beautiful room with plenty of amenities and very close to everywhere we needed to be !! Coach to the airport was brilliant touch. Staff where very nice !!

Clean and centrally located in San Diego area. breakfast adequate, but few seats so it felt crowded

Rooms very noisy from planes, neighbors (you can literally understand them) airco, refrigerator. Walls look like cardboard. from a hotel next to the airport you would expect that they have thought more about soundproofing. Family rooms small, bed bank very poor (extra bed delivered on request which is a plus), no seating for 5 in own room despite it is a five-person room. Building and decor dated and swimming pool is hardly worth it. We found the price-quality ratio to be wrong.

The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. Paying 19.00 for parking when I was charged basically over 300.00 for a room that is worth about 200.00 if that, was not so cool. As far as location, its just like anywhere else as long as you have a rental car the location is great. The pool is small but not so many people were using it so we basically had it to ourselves. They said they will be renovating soon which it needs badly. So in a nutshell the staff made a place that normally would get maybe 6 stars 8 stars. If you renovate the rooms, depending on the extent of the renovation you will be around 9 stars and would deserve it as long as you keep the people you have working for you.

Room above me I could hear when walking and room next to me I could hear music, so the walls are maybe to thin or lack sound proofing.
