Girls trip - women 45+ place was immaculate, comfortable, attractive & convenient and the hosts were incredibly accommodating on early check ins and outs etc ! Would highly recommend thanks for an amazing weekend !

7 girls stayed here to celebrate a 50th birthday. Nothing was left out. Every detail was thought of, full length mirrors, blow dryers, laundry soap, snacks, beds for everyone NOT bunks, but adult beds. :) Our host was amazing and accommodating in every way. Every guest was impressed as they arrived and loved all the decor and setup. I would stay here again for sure!! Thank you for making our stay amazing.

What a fabulous host to begin with. She communicated extremely well. The house was super clean and furnished very nicely. Extra snacks left out for us was a nice touch. If you are going to Nashville for a family event, guys golf trip (like us) or a girls weekend, this house is a must! Thanks Lauren!

We had an amazing stay!! The hosts were very accommodating and every person on my bachelorette party was very comfortable, plenty of space for everyone!

We had 11 girls go for a long weekend trip and this was the PERFECT house. We walked to Broadway (about a mile) and also ubered when needed (about $7). Lauren allowed us a late check out because of the time of our flight, so thoughtful and very much appreciated. It was a beautiful, well lit clean home with appliances and items needed. It was the the perfect home for our group. There’s a lot of construction but they leave sound machines and earplugs and no construction on the weekends. We would definitely stay again!

We can’t say enough about how perfect this accommodation was for our group. We were in Nashville to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with 6 of our friends. It is so spacious and all of the little extras from coffee to shampoo made us feel at home. Lauren was excellent to communicate with. We would most definitely stay here again.

I was there for my bachelorette party this last week. We had a large and eclectic group (16 women, 4 men and a baby to be exact). We had two of the townhouses side by side (2118 and 2120). They worked so perfect for our group. It was nice to have a space for everyone to enjoy a meal together, converse and play some music. The houses were clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host, Lauren was over the top accommodating for our group. She ordered extra platters and had them delivered before we arrived. We had a coffee pot that wasn’t working and she delivered a new one to the house that day. She also gave us a huge amount of flexibility having different groups leaving at different times. It was so easy to get downtown! It’s completely walkable, a cheap cab ride ride or, as some of our group determined, a quick 10min scooter ride. We had the absolute best time!

I was here with a large group for a bachelorette party. This property was PERFECT. Lauren is an amazing host and was always quick to answer my questions. The property is exactly like the listing. In fact, it’s even better than the photos! Location was great- our Ubers to Broadway were cheap and easy/quick to get. There are also a few bars/restaurants within walking distance from the property. Very clean and beds were comfy! I would 100% recommend to others and would definitely stay here again with a big group. Thanks!!

I spent my 50th birthday with 11 women at this VRBO. It was such a good first experience with renting a VRBO. Lauren was wonderful with communicating and even allowing us to get into the Vrbo early. The house was set up nicely and check out was seamless. The only thing that my guests mentioned was that the beds that are listed as Queens sleep more like full sized beds. We had planned for two people per bed, and it was tight sleeping for the women in the queen sized beds. Other than that, we had a fabulous time at this location and you will not be disappointed. It is about a 30-40 min walk to Broadway but a 10 minute Uber ride. We like staying away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville, but it was quick Uber rides to all of the suburbs like the Gulch and 12 South.

The house was amazing. Location is perfect. Great place to rent for a big group owner of the property. Was there to answer any question. Would love to rent again.

We had a great overall stay at this property. Loved the location. Beds were super comfy and linens were nice. Owner was quick to respond to questions and needs while we were there. Plenty of room for our family of 8 to enjoy!

I booked this location for a retreat for a group of business owners and I couldn’t be more impressed with Lauren and with the property. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is fantastic, everything is exactly as described, we barely left the house and had everything that we needed available at our fingertips. The property manager was not only accessible and helpful, but was a pleasure to work with the rooms are huge, the beds are so comfortable and our stay was incredible. After a lot of searching, I found this place for a girls trip and it was awesome! It’s a real gem and obvious Lauren has put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for all. I love the fact that each room had noise machines and fans! A lot of properties are just okay. This place was amazing, and I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to accommodate a couple of families or large group. I look forward to renting again!

This property was more than we could have ever asked for as a group of 12 traveling to Nashville! Lauren's place was gorgeous and the open spaces allowed for everyone to leisurely enjoy themselves at all times. We would love to come back again and stay here! Thank you Lauren!

This property did nothing but amaze everyone in our group! It was extremely clean when we arrived and has everything that was listed for amenities! Host responded very quickly and was very helpful when I had any questions/concerns! About a 5-10 minute Uber to Broadway which was extremely convenient, cheap Ubers. It was perfect for our group of 12, we will definitely stay again when we visit!

In for a wedding at the Cathedral, great location, easy walk. Rented 5 of the 6 units and it was awesome to have so many family and friends so close!

This house is beautiful and overboard clean, clean clean!!The owners supplied everything! The beds were very comfortable, had really nice linens, and the bathroom towels were plush and plenty of them.. Each bedroom had hugh televisions. The owners answered any questions immediately. You can go wrong with this VRBO!

This home was beautiful and the owner was so communicative! The beds were very comfortable and they had everything you could need in the house! Overall we loved it. The 4th bedroom was not private which was a little bit of a surprise for us but everything else outweighed that and we were very happy and would definitely go back!
