Our stay was amazing! The condo was so beautiful and the location was excellent. Restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores were all very close. So many were within walking distance. Panama City Beach was absolutely gorgeous and didn't disappoint!

The condo was just as pictured and had amazing views! it was in a great location with Wal-Mart less than half a mile away and bars and restaurants across the street. This made our grocery pick up a breeze!

The property was even more than we could ever ask for!! Beautiful and clean!! Everything you need and more!!

Ray and Susan are wonderful hosts! They responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The condo was just as described but was actually more beautiful in person! It was super clean and they had it well stocked! All we really had to buy were groceries for the week. We had the best time during our stay thanks to Ray and Susan! Parking for the complex was super easy as well.

Very clean, many items available to utilize. Many reminders within the condo to ensure great communication.

Condo was as advertised, well stocked for a family. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything you need to cook a meal, bonus was going down an elevator and right onto the beach! Would book again when staying in this area.

The room was very nice and updated. All the switches had labels as to what each one went too, that was very nice instead of flipping them all. Many things there to take to the beach for the kids, even beach towels. They had a starter pack with what you needed on your first day so you didn't have to get out as soon as you got there. The outlets in the bedrooms had USB ports, well thought out there for sure. 2 fans, which is a great idea , now I did not use them but the ones that did said they did not put out very well. We used the ceiling fans. The kitchen was well equiped except for a bigger skillet which we needed because we had 5 adults and 5 kids. The bedroom with the queen beds the ones that stayed in there said one of the beds that they rolled to the middle. My mother slept in the king master and she had no complaints. The room we slept in the bed was comfortable but I felt like I would roll off the side. I think it might have had a mattress pad and maybe just needed to be straighten out. The bath/shower combo is slippery so a mat in the tub might be a great idea. Our toilet had a leak we called Ray and he was right over there to fix it. You have to park across the street so there is a walk involved, my mother couldn't do that but we just let her out at the door. The resort does have a lot to offer. All in all our stay was great. Ray and his wife put a lot of effort in the way things are done in his condo. He was great to rent from. One thing, walls are paper thin!

The condo was very nice. Only problem was we couldn't figure out how to lock the patio door in living room. Once I mastered it we had no worries about the 2 year old opening up the door. Wasn't happy that the indoor pool was closed.

We came to PCB to celebrate a 16th birthday! We had a great time. Great beach access! Condo was awesome….with plenty of extras! Will stay here again if we come to PCB…. One downside is the plastic covers on the mattresses. I understand the reason for it, but it makes it very hot to sleep!

The view was beautiful! I appreciated the rocking chairs on the balcony. The condo was decorated very nice. Seemed senseless to have decorative bedding that needed to be removed and put in a basket. Unfortunately, the sheets on all the beds were stained, as well as the pillows. I had to wash all sheets and remake beds. In all fairness I didn’t contact the owner as we had 11 people trying to get organized. The property market had excellent breakfast options. The H2O poolside was also delicious and had great menu options. I didn’t care for security checking for wristbands several times a day even if the same guard was checking. By day 3 you should know I’m a guest. First resort that didn’t allow drinks poolside. And no fun for the kids to throw a ball in the pool either or security was reprimanding them. There were just too many rules and we won’t be back.

The condo was very nice - clean and up to date with modern appliances and features. The hosts had a plethora of supplies for us including beach chairs & toys for the kids along with a nice starter pack of spices, paper goods, laundry & dish washer pods, etc. Beautiful view from the balcony & the trash chute just outside the door was SUPER handy. Everything was simple & honestly we didn't need to contact the hosts for anything until we checked out. Would definitely recommend this condo!

We spent two weeks at this place and it was awesome!! Ray and Susan have thought of just about anything you could need while staying there. The place was very clean. The view from the 16th floor was amazing!! We saw all kinds of sea life. The beds were super comfy. There is a closet full of beach things that is a nice bonus. We actually added a few things to it when we left. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rent it again if we’re back in the area.

My family had a great time during our stay. The owner were great to work with and responded to each request very quickly. We would definitely recommend this unit and owner to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

While the property and owners were great. The rules have become more strict in the complex than when we stayed previous years, in which would make me not choose to stay at majestic again.

The property was very nice and clean. A few issues with the elevators a couple of times, but our condo was great! We spent a lot of time in our condo due to double red flags, but being with family made this place feel like home!

This property accommodated 10 of us. Very comfortably. Good communication with owners. Wonderful views of the ocean. We would stay here again.

Property was as described. Lots of extras for your stay. Owners were very receptive and helpful. All you had to do was ask. Location was perfect and water was fabulous.

The condo was very spacious very clean well stocked and the view from the spacious balcony was breathtaking! We will definitley be returning in the future!

This unit was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. The cleaning crew could deep clean a little better but did not affect our stay. The property itself was perfect for our family of seven. We still would have had room to sleep 2 more adults and 2 children plus use a sleeper sofa if needed. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again The host were perfect.

Our family stayed here in December and the condo was beautiful! The hosts provide a wonderful "starter pack" of things you may need while you're there. There was also a closet with everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, etc. The view from the condo is breathtaking. Ocean as far as you can see. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would most definitely stay here again!

We were impressed with our stay at Ray and Susan’s condo. It was very clean and welcoming. We traveled from NJ with our 3 little kids. It was the perfect location with easy access to the beach and pool. We loved that their were beach toys and chair available. They even left us a little starter kit.
