Unit 704 B at the Ritz Carlton Residences was not to the standard of cleanliness we expected, including urine stained bedding and other similar problems. Cushions missing on outdoor furniture, no extra blankets or any change of linens. We bought our own bedding and used it. The facility itself was outstanding as were the people there. Great pool areas and common areas. Great gym. The area is next to a park which is noisy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, with lovely views of the ocean. The two swimming pools and gym provided terrific workout options. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked and had everything a gourmet chef could want. The owner was a pleasure to work with. All in all, a perfectly delightful visit!

We had a great time in the Palm Beach Gardens area, and the condo was as usual very lovely will definitely do it again

This was our second time staying at the Residence, and we absolutely love it. This particular unit is amazing. As you may expect it is clean, very comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation stay. The balcony is fantastic, wide and spacious with incredible views. There’s a dining table along with a separate seating area & two lounge chairs. The pictures do not do it justice, and the balcony furniture has been updated since they were taken. It’s really a great space to enjoy morning coffee or just lounge around. We didn’t spend much time cooking in-door, but did reserve the outdoor grills on several nights for cookouts. This is a fun way to be outdoors casually, and not have to cook in. The restaurant on property is perfect for pool side lunches, snacks and drinks. The kids enjoyed having Pina Coladas poolside. The restaurant staff are really lovely and accommodating, as are most of the staff at this property. There is a closet full of beach toys for all ages in the condo. This was fun for the kids and made it easier than having to go out to purchase these items. We had brought some puzzles and board games, but again that wasn’t necessary as there are plenty in the condo. Something to consider, we were on an extended family vacation and rented two separate units in the building. This condo on the 7th floor & another higher up… the elevators do not allow for stopping on floors other than where you are staying, and of course we understand this safety procedure. However, it was a bit inconvenient when we needed to get to the unit where my in-laws were renting, or when they wanted to come to us. If this is a consideration for you, I would either recommend units on closer floors that are walkable by the stairwell or trying to work out arrangements, if possible, in advance for access to each floor. Mary was a wonderful host. We didn’t have much need to communicate often during our stay, but the few times we did, she was super responsive. There’s nothing that I can recommend that would make this condo better…. We will be back for a third stay, and hope this unit is available next time! Tips - -The immediate area doesn’t offer a lot in terms of higher end restaurants or shops – you may consider renting a car or be prepared to Uber if you are planning on dining out -Sunday brunch at The Breakers is a really unique experience --Pack tennis rackets for the tennis courts next door

Beautiful and clean apartment with phenomenal views throughout. Great location with restaurants and stores nearby...some within walking distance. The property has two beautiful pools and beachfront. Mary was very responsive and courteous...a pleasure to deal with!

Lovely place for a beach retreat! The condo is immaculate and the building, community, amenities and service were all top notch. The apartment is clean, well appointed and is equipped with high end furniture and finishings. Lots to do in the area as well - scuba and snorkeling are right off of the beach. Sailing and jet skis available at the nearby marina. Palm Beach access is easy. Very much appreciated that there were toys and things for infants which meant that we didn’t need to rent additional equipment. Would (and probably will) stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our second stay at Ritz Residence on singer island. Great location. Beautiful beach and pools. Poolside and beach staff very friendly. This unit is spacious, immaculate, very well decorated and has a spectacular view. Great parking . Easy walk for local eating or shopping. Short drive to malls.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The property was spotless and very comfortable. We love the ocean views, the 2 pools and the 5 star facilities that come with a Ritz Carlton property. We would definitely return!

This condo is absolutely amazing. This was the second time we stayed in the Ritz Residences and highly recommend. The condo is gorgeous. Very well maintained. We had a small issue and Mary was so nice and quick to respond and remedy. The view is nothing short of spectacular. The property. Is next to a public park/beach so there are no other high rises obstructing the view. The condo has a huge balcony with really comfortable furniture. Parking is secured right under the building. Makes it so nice and easy to enter and leave. I love how secure the Ritz is and the facility is the tops. The two pools are wonderful. They have a private beach, so it’s never crowded. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

The property was spacious, contemporary, peaceful and upscale. The location was away from the noise and traffic of Fort Lauderdale, which was great for us.

We had another great vacation, we've rented from Mary a few times now and the place keeps getting better. It has a nice big balcony with amazing views, perfect for relaxing. The condo itself is spotless, plenty of room to spread out ,floor to ceiling windows, nicely decorated to feel light and airy.The kitchen has everything you could need and more. The Ritz grounds are beautiful, 2 pools, 2 hot tubes , a private beach, plenty of chairs and towels, restaurant, NO crowds to fight, everything you would hope for. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful, starting with Mary. She takes great care of their condo and is very generous to share it. We plan to return again and again. Thank you Mary for a wonderful vacation.

It was a delight to stay in this amazing condo for the second time. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer as some other lucky people booked it first.

The Ritz is beautiful. You can't go wrong with any of their properties. This one particularly is special because it is residents only. Therefore, it is not a party scene. It is much more laid back if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended for families and those looking for a beautiful low-key vacation where you are truly pampered.

We enjoyed everything especially the expansive balcony. Great sunrises, meals, relaxing, watching the yachts and cruises come and go. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I just spent a month at this beautiful and well appointed 3 br condo. Our kids came to visit us during our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property is beautiful with super friendly staff and wonderful amenities. The building is directly on the beach and has two large swimming pools, hot tubs, restaurant, gym and movie theater. The view from the condo is gorgeous. We watched the sunrise over the ocean almost every day and at night you see the glowing lights of West Palm Beach. Mary the owner was very responsive and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

The unit was spotless when we arrived and the balcony was amazing. We were spoiled by the entire Ritz staff but especially Tricia and Gabe. We are already planning on coming again. The week couldn't have been more perfect. The bedding was luxury and we slept like babies all week. We used the grills, the well stocked kitchen and only ate out once. No complaints at all except for the fact we had to leave! 5 stars all around!
