This is a great condo. The views are spectacular as is the location. Only reason for 4 stars is the mattresses need replacing. If we slept better it would have been perfect!

Overall it was a nice place to stay. A few things that weren’t the greatest, first was the water pressure every 3-4 minutes the pressure would go to a trickle. I did notify the property mgmt and he said it was fixed the night before we left. Which we could tell because the next morning it was much better. Second we traveled with our fur baby and I worried all along she would bark and cause a disturbance but she did great. The first night she barked a couple of times when the elevator would land on our floor which was the 8th floor, the top floor. Maybe the elevator needs to be looked at since it does make a popping noise when it would stop on whatever floor it was supposed to. The bad thing is the main bedroom is right across from the entry door so you do hear a lot of the comings and goings of the other on your floor and again can hear the elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. And was an awesome kitchen at that. I have it five stars on everything except the cleanliness. I think the people who clean could do a better job. But that is my opinion. We would stay there again especially since we travel with my fur baby.

The property was just as shown in the pictures. The balcony has incredible views and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable and sturdy. A great spot to watch the dolphins in the mornings and the sunset in the evening. The location is great in that you are close to shops and restaurants and can get around quickly. The beach is a very short walk from the building (50 yards maybe) and the pool is large. There are chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be rented or you can bring your own. The sand was soft and white and the water was warm and clear. Check in and check out was very efficient and reaching the owner was easy. This property has reserved covered parking which was also convenient. The kitchen is a good size, the appliances are very nice, great coffee maker, the furniture is comfortable, as are the beds. The bedrooms are down the hall from the living area and kitchen which made the rooms very quiet and having 2 bathrooms was great. The indoor pool at the complex is small but we did see a family utilize it. This is a corner unit so there are extra windows and light in the condo. It was the perfect home base and a great vacation. We highly recommend #804 and will be back again!

We have rented this room for 3 years now and have always been very happy with it. This year as far as the beach was concerned, there was a lot of rule and regulations as to where you could set up a canopy and ended having to set up a big distance from where we were actually staying which was a chore with 2 small children.

Stressful times so relaxing at Gulf Shores was exactly what I needed.

The condo was amazing. The view every morning was a dream to wake up to. Dolphin pods arrived every single morning around 7 am. Watching them was mesmerizing. It’s the best way to drink coffee and soak up the beach experience.

This was a great location on the beach! Our unit was very well decorated and clean when we arrived. The view was amazing. We were also able to check in about an hour early. The space in the unit was laid out great and was very comfortable for our stay. The only issue was the key to the other areas (salt pool and exercise room) was not working so we were not able to use those areas but everything else was fantastic.

We had a great stay with Caribbean properties. The beach front view and access was perfect! The location is perfect for easy commute to stores and restaurants

Clean, great location, beautiful place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great. The condo could use a makeover or a refresh. I loved the wood floors. The price was a bit over the top for what we were given but we had lots of fun. Maybe stay on a lower floor as the elevator is very slow.

Unit was clean and comfortable and we loved being able to bring our sweet fur baby!

This condo is in a great area and I loved that it wasn't a building with a huge number of rooms. Being pet friendly was a major plus. The view from the balcony is amazing and the master bath was very spacious. My only negatives were that the internet connection wasn't good and the kitchen really needs a full set of drinking glasses. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and in a great location. The views of the gulf are amazing! Unfortunately, it was not handicap accessible for a wheelchair. The door ways are too narrow. There is not enough space to navigate around the rooms with wheelchair. We would stay again if the wheelchair wasn’t an issue.

The location was amazing

The view was great! The furniture was awful outdated and very uncomfortable. The condo was dirty, but the host did make that right with us.

Everything was perfect. Only improvement would be if we had been provided with more bath towels and wash clothes.

We stayed here with our dogs! It was a wonderful condo! Comfy with great decor. Spacious kitchen with all of the amenities. Spectacular view of the beach! Great location close to the best restaurants. We will be back to this condo!

We really enjoyed this property. The sunrises and sunsets were just breathtaking from the balcony. Comfortable home and so happy they are pet friendly.

The home was clean, the beds were comfy, the view was unmatched. Only one elevator on property but didnt have to wait long since it is off-season. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy

This was a nice apartment right on the beach with beautiful views of the gulf. It was very clean and had covered parking. Only reason for 4 stars was that the living room furniture was a bit past its prime and the bedrooms had no where to put your luggage. One small bureau with a cable box on top and too-flimsy drawers left us with only the floor to put our suitcases of clothes. Even just a folding luggage rack in the corner would have been quite helpful.

Beautiful views of the gulf! The condo was well supplied. However, the furniture was not as comfortable as perhaps recliners would be. Also, outdated but than again it is the beach. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms are too small to accommodate the king size bed. I stubbed my feet everyday at least twice per day! The building is old and shows it’s age. The elevator worked well but took a long time when called for our floor (penthouse). The landing to the condo was filthy. A good cleaning all around the property is in order. Apparently, we were there during a swarm of dragonflies…the dead carcasses were everywhere. Not the owners fault but the managers of the building should be diligent and clean this up. Yuk! Overall, it met our needs. Doubt if we will be back because Gulf Shores is just too far away.

The condo was clean and up to date. Appliances were new and easy to use. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The owner was responsive and quick to return any messages/calls.
