First trip to Hilton Head - everything was perfect! We will be back!

We had a great time staying in sea pines with our family. House had great space for us to enjoy games, sitting on the deck, and eating around the table. Enjoyed riding bikes around sea pines and the pool and tennis/pickleball courts were fun as well. The trolley to the beach was a great way to access the sea pines beach area.The owners of the house were great in reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this house if you are thinking about staying in the sea pines area.

A beautiful house, very short drive to local amenities, on a small bayou where you can occasionally see an alligator! There is a large master bedroom suite with closet and full bath; two bedrooms up to short stairs which share a bathroom, and a half-bath on the main floor with the large living room, kitchen, and everything on main floor opens out to a deck.

We've stayed at this property numerous times. The owners are wonderful people. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Lovely, comfortable and spacious. I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer this year.

I would give this home and its property managers more than 5 stars. Clean, comfortable and by far the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated; comfortable beds and a wonderful lagoon view. Enjoyed the deck with the retractable patio awning as well. I cannot say enough good things about this home. We will be back for sure.

This house was amazing! From all of the amenities you would need to the decor of each room, it was absolutely spectacular!!! The house comes with bikes already provided. We were positioned right on a lagoon which allowed us to watch the alligators!!! Everything was top notch! The owner even texted me to check on us and make sure everything was ok. You can’t ask for a more professional, courteous service! We loved the place and would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!! We will be back!!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. My family loves this house and my kids call it our summer home. Description is 100%. Beautiful, clean, spacious house located in Sea Pines. Bike ride (bikes included) away from Harbor town, lawton stables, or Sea Pines beach club (these were our stops on vacation). You will not regret reservations at this location.

This was a beautiful home with a very nice deck overlooking a beautiful quiet lagoon with fish , alligator, many birds to watch. Nice seating and awning and gas grill to enjoy the beauty of the spot. Community pool and tennis was always available and not crowded and both well maintained in a nice setting. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed and beds very comfortable with TVs in every room and great internet and cable access.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Directions to the property and the check-in process were clearly communicated and easy to follow. All the rooms were very spacious (bigger than the photos) and immaculate! The decor was charming and bright. The kitchen was well-stocked with essential appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. Plenty of plates, glasses, and mugs too. It was very obvious that the owners have taken great care to provide a comfortable, welcoming vacation home to their guests. We loved the deck overlooking the lagoon and enjoyed watching the neighborhood gator glide by. The set of bikes were in good shape and provided a fun mode of transportation around Sea Pines. The neighborhood pool and tennis courts were never crowded. We really enjoyed these ammenities. Thank you Stout Family for sharing your slice of Hilton Head paradise!

We enjoyed a tour with Island Skiff Adventureson the water and saw many dolphins. My son took junior tennis lessons at the racquet club each morning. Great property and vacation spot.

The place was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures. When we had questions, the hosts were quick to respond. Being on the water was a plus. We enjoyed a lot of time on the deck. Saw the gator a few times. The only thing that was an inconvenience for us is having to purchase things like dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, condiments, etc. when you are only staying 5 days. Since we were flying, we could not bring anything home, so most of those items had to be left behind or thrown out. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs, and it is nice when the previous guests or hosts leave behind things like catsup, mayo, detergents, etc. There was spices and storage bags, foil, wrap, and coffee, and that was much appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone. We loved it!

Great property and an excellent location in Sea Pines. This property has wonderful views on a lagoon. House has (8) beach cruisers to use and has local restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach in close proximity. We will be staying again and for longer next year. Owners are very communicable and helpful. Property has everything you need for a great vacation.

Our stay was amazing. This home is the perfect stay for your family. My two children loved exploring the beaches, Harbor Town, looking for alligators and we as a family were able to unwind and relax. Cannot wait to book this place again.
