Great place, tons of room and great views

Iincredible view with wrap around balconies. 4 bedrooms were perfect for grandkids. Property management was responsive to issues with water heater. Furniture does need a serious overhaul but was adequate for us. We will most likely put down a deposit and request this unit next year.

Location, Perfect. Views, Spectacular. Cleanliness, Excellent. Overall our family had a great stay in this condo. Each bedroom has an amazing view of the morning sun rise, and the ocean. Having individual bathrooms for each room was a luxury. We did have an issue with the waterheater over the New Years Eve day. The response from Alabama Getaway was prompt and they were able to have a plumber come out that day. We were assured that there was a contingency plan if the water heater was not fixable. Alabama Getaway and the plumber both followed up the next day. What could have been a major inconvenience turned into a minor frustration. The only negative thing that we could take away for from this condo is the furnishings. Although comfortable, they are showing age, and wear. The balcony furniture was not as pictured. However the furniture and water heater issue would not keep us from renting this condo again.

I would recommend this rental to anyone. It was a great experience with property owners!

Was a “girls” trip , 8 of us . We all loved our condo , from start to finish it was perfect . We plan on returning next year .

We loved the corner unit and spaciousness. Played games using the large table. Kitchen and pantry was stocked very well. Unit does need more coffee cups seeing as it can accommodate so many people.

We communicated via text and it made the process very easy and smooth. We didn’t have any issues at all. The only odd thing was that we had to pay for a parking pass once we arrived. As expensive as the property was, I figured that would be included.

Property was as pictured on the site. It is a large property with many amenties. Given the relative size of the property (31 floors) the beach area is set up with chairs and umbrellas 4 deep and the 6 elevators can get crowded. We enjoyed being able to park on the same floor as our suite and found Orange Beach to have what we wanted in a beach community.

This property was wonderful and even better than described. The corner unit has an amazing balcony and is beautifully equipped with everything we needed. Great furniture and beds. Loved the property, the pools, and the beach access. The check in process was easy and the comment was great. 5 star!

This property was PERFECT for our friends summer vacation. 8 adults - look for all in living area and balcony. WE LOVED IT!

Only 2 parking passes allowed for a 4 bedroom Took third car to recommended lot (Gulf Coast Rentals)for 80+ dollars for the week Condo finally offered third pass but offsite lot would not refund for the remaining days not used. Frustrating and disappointing Church parking lot scam

Property is not in a location where you can walk and get food. Tried to get food delivered but no one would. Couldn’t even get take out from across the street. Beach was very crowded. Elevators BUSY. Condo was very nice Balcony is huge.

Overall satisfied from check in to check out. This property is well worth the price. Me and my family will definitely be back Rm 611

Property was fantastic! We really enjoyed the views, the indoor pool since it rained, and the spacious condo! We all definitely want to come back here!

One the best mini vacations we had in a while. The condo was wonderful and the views were breath taking.. everything was wonderful. Visited local restaurants nearby and food was great! Condo was exactly what was pictured and described. Thank you we plan to go again and book this same property 😊.

Easy no hassle

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great.

Check in and check out was extremely convenient and efficient. Condo was well furnished and stocked to accommodate all 9 of us.

The unit itself was nice. The big problem was the parking situation. You will only be given 2 parking passes for a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath unit. Members of your family or friends will have to park off sight! Everywhere you go you will have to go in two vehicles unless you go to the off sight parking and pick up that 3rd vehicle. We go out to eat and shop every night so that was a big problem for us because there are 10 of us in our family who vacation together every summer. We decided to take two vehicles because it would have taken forever to go and pick up the 3rd vehicle and then bring it back to the off sight lot every night Upon check out you have to go through the trouble of going and picking up that 3rd vehicle in all the traffic and dealing with the guard to get a temporary parking pass just to get loaded up the day of checkout instead of the night before. I will not stay at Phoenix West 2 again unless they change their parking policy because of the great inconvenience of the parking situation. They were apologetic but that did not mean anything to us as we were told when I booked in December we would get three parking passes and we were not notified when their policy changed!! No way is it worth the inconvenience to stay there again!!!

The condo was as advertised. Had a great view of the Gulf and a nice breeze during our stay. There are plenty of dinnerware and cooking utensils if you are there for an extended time. Great overall stay in this unit.

Unit was laid out great with 4 nice sized bedrooms - each with their own bathroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room with another half bath and full laundy room. Kitchen and dining room large enough to host 12-16 easily. But the balcony is a game changer. the pictures online don't do it justice - much larger in person and owners have added a nice L shaped couch that isn't shown in pictures and a separate dining table/chairs. The balcony turned into our primary Living room space effectively. 6th floor so high enough for views without making you queasy! plan to return next year

This was the perfect place to spend a little pre-Christmas time with our three adult kids and their significant others.

This property was a fluke that we booked. We realized how BIG for such a great price it was and we could actually have more people come with us! The room was HUGE with a great view. The owners gave us a 24/7 number to call or text when needed (nothing went wrong- just to check in/out) and we had zero issues! Can’t wait to go back. Great place, clean, spacious, easy to get to. Love the code to get in instead of keys! Love everything about it!!

My family spent Christmas in this fabulous place. Like all places I’ve stayed there were a few problems: toilet not flushing, ice maker not making ice. But unlike other properties, the management immediately sent someone to help. 5 stars!
