I'll start by saying the accuracy of the listing was spot-on! This is a stand-alone villa in quiet little development of maybe 20 total properties. There are 2 large beautiful pools as pictured, one that is quite literally right outside the patio gate of this home and one that is maybe 100 ft of so towards to front of the property. Plenty of lounge chairs available at both pools and on-site daily maintenance. They are both immaculately kept. The beach is incredible. There are stairs down to the beach, as the property is set above. We stayed the 12/31-1/6 and while there were certainly people down on the beaches, you never ever felt crowded. There are locals who walk around, the typical wanting to braid hair, jet ski rides, parasailing, etc. but I do have to say they were MUCH less obtrusive and respectful than almost anywhere else we've been. As for the house itself, the first floor has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. The upstairs has a large master suite with a large walk-in shower, and another bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds. The living-room sofa is a pull-out that we used for our daughter. I would say with 6 adults showering everyday, it would have been nice to have 1 more bathroom, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. The kitchen is nice, with a dishwasher, full fridge, etc. but it is very small. Making big meals was challenging. John, our host was on-site in a near-by villa and was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!

Lovely villa in a perfect location, steps from scenic beach on quiet secluded property. Very clean with all the amenities/conveniences. The owner was very friendly and helpful, great suggestions on dining and activities. His assistance with retrieving a lost item was invaluable. Would definitely stay here in the future.

The whole family enjoyed #15. Private, abutting the pool plus only about 80ft to the sandiest beach you’ll ever walk on! It’s only a few minutes to the Atlantis resort. All the facilities you could ask for.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Prior to arrival we received thorough emails about what to expect and suggestions for enjoyment. Donelle the house manager was kind and wonderful. She was available to answer questions and guide my family on this adventure. She was pleasant and responsive. The villa itself was clean and well cared for. It contained all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool was fun for the kids and we all loved being steps from the beach.

The property was exactly how it was described in the listing, and perfectly located near the beach. The inside was very well maintained, and cozy. The communication with the owner, and two property managers was great, and any questions or concerns we had were answered swiftly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Jonesville, it in the Bahamas. Just got back from a family (girls) trip to Bahamas and stayed here. The location was great as it was easy to get around the island. The pool was nice, there was a restuarant as part of the hotel and the beach was literally in our back yard. There was a grand staircase that led you directly to a sandy beach. The unit had beach chairs that you could use. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very clean and nicely decorated, lots of space so we didn't feel cramped, great proximity to the beach and pools. There are a couple of flights of steps that take you to the beach and they can be tough after a long day of swimming. Viola's was very good and has reasonable prices. It's has all outdoor seating. The property manager and her husband were more than accommodating throughout our stay.

This was our first time visiting the Bahamas and we are so thankful to have found John's 3 bedroom rental property. The location is perfect, literally steps to one of the most beautiful beaches, Cabbage Beach. The rental was spacious and clean and the onsite Viola's was an added bonus. Service is slow there, but the food is delicious with great prices. The best part of this rental is Donella and her husband Ravin who manage the unit. Donella shopped/stocked our groceries for us and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Ravin also provided taxi services a couple of times. Thank you both! John was also great to communicate with. We will be back!

The property was nice but there was mold in the 2nd floor shower. Also there should be an airport shuttle to and from the airport for complimentary service.

This was our first stay outside of a big resort internationally. We have outgrown hotels with 5 kids and decided to try John’s place instead. It was an incredible stay. The place was as described, well-equipped and we never felt unsafe. Our 3 and 1 year olds were able to nap while both my husband and I sat at the pool with our 9, 7 and 5 year old because it was mere steps off the back patio. We had the pool essentially to ourselves for the entire week. The beach was pristine, and there were maybe 2-3 other families/couples around. Our kids played and ran around without us ever feeling like we needed to be on top of them. It was a nice 10 minute walk from the overcrowded Atlantis beach. My kids walked down that way with ease. We felt like we had the best of both worlds. It was nice to have such a relaxing beach day then to be able to walk down to the Atlantis and explore the grounds. Donella and Robert were absolutely exceptional and recommended local restaurants and things to do for the local experience. They were very prompt and professional. They are absolutely essential to this property. It was nice to have someone who lived there and didn’t make commissions off their recommendations. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay as much without them. John was very prompt with communication and we will certainly be back!

Wonder stay Staff was great!

So many things to consider when planning an out of the country trip - especially where to stay. It can literally make or break your vacation. John's condo was exactly what we were looking for based off the description and reviews. It did not disappoint! Everything was wonderful & John was always immediate with any response to any question we had. HIs detailed description, instructions and reviews put our minds at ease to just enjoy our trip! Any staff we ran into were always extremely friendly and helpful. Make sure to check out Viola's, too!!

This villa was well equipped, in a great location and was beautiful inside and out. We could not have been happier. After 2 nights at Atlantis it was a well enjoyed 4 night stay. The beach was very quiet and clean. It is half way between Atlantis and the Four Seasons so lots going on if you wanted to go up the beach to a busier spot. Violas Restaurant is also a hidden gem. Loved everything about this stay!

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay at your amazing condo at the Sunrise Beach Resort. The accommodations were clean and very well appointed. The water cooler was a definite plus. This was our second visit to the Sunrise and it is such a special place. Private pools and separate beach access were exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back. By the way the guide you provided was so helpful especially the recommendation for transportation service. They handled grocery pickup, infant car seat and even helped with a photographer. What a great place to get away to! Relaxing, and so very close to the beach that you can see it and hear the pleasant sound of tipping waves. We absolutely recommend the stay here at Paradise Island and John was a wonderful host. The space was clean, tidy, and well kept. Thank you for a great stay!

Staying at the Sunrise Beach Property was a great experience. The place was clean and quiet. It was exactly as described from the listing. John, the owner, happened to be on the resort in another property, and he was attentive and helpful. He knew the area well, so he gave us suggestions for great places to go or restaurants to eat at. The restaurant on the property, Violas, is a hidden gem. The staff was friendly and personable which added to the overall experience. I am looking forward to staying here again!

Great location on beach, with chill restaurant on the property. Hardly anyone on beach directly in front of property. Apartment is spacious with central AC and ductless units for maximum cooling. John was very quick to respond to any issues we had. Highly recommend this property!

We were hesitant to book here, since we've always stayed on resort on island trips. But in all the ways that mattered, this place was great. It was clean, fully appointed, safe, close to the beach, with a quiet pool nearby, and a good restaurant on premises. We were surprised to find a water dispenser, and a keurig, shampoo and plenty of paper products. we had a few minor maintenance issues but the owner fixed them immediately, and went out of his way to answer my messages quickly and even gave guidance for things to do around the island. We walked to Atlantis from the beach, and had the pool practically to ourselves everyday.
