House needs update in furniture and kitchen ware

there are many things that needed to be repaired railings lamps lights the pots and pans were something you would have if you're going camping can opener was even broken it's just all these things detracted from what we came to do which was to worship God it's such a beautiful place it just needs attention thank you

The house was big and accommodated our family of 10 very well. The home needed some repairs but overall was very comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our party was 5 adults & 2 kids and this place was perfect. All the adults got their own space. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. There were enough dishes/cookware/towels for our group.

When my family arrived, the house appeared to be freshly cleaned. After a few hours or so, we began to see multiple bugs throughout the house. We went to the local grocery store and when we returned and began putting the groceries away in the various cabinets, roaches began to appear. Upon checking further in the bathrooms, more started to make their presence known. We also encountered little spiders and bugs in the bedrooms. On our third day of our stay an exterminator came while we were having lunch. I asked if he could come later. He said he was on a schedule and had to continue. He also recommended we leave the property for at least an hour to let the fumes settle. I left a message for Michelle at Ideal Villa Rental but did not get a response. This house needs to be thoroughly cleaned, not just touched up between vacationers, but a thorough clean, shampoo all carpets to address the spider/bug situation, disinfect the bathrooms, bed linens are old and had a musty smell, and furniture needs to be cleaned as it smells like a locker room, probably due to guests sitting on the furniture after coming out of the pool. The game room area (garage) was very tight with extra sofas, which were also bug/spider infested. Because this is an older house, we ran in to additional issues with the circuit breaker. It may need to be updated. If the washer and dryer were being used, if you attempted to microwave something, the outlets for the kitchen appliances would go out and needed to be reset.

The floors needed moped railing that wends to second floor was loose no kitchen utensils their were termites and roaches the furniture was bad when you sat down at the kitchen table it was not Stable the beds were not Comfortable their mold in the master bedroom shower their was no cover over the Light over the deck

Visit before going. This home needs alot of upgrades. Big home though to accommodate your family.

Lots of room. Super comfortable beds. Great pool for after a long day at the parks. Definitely used just to make money. Bare minimum supplied (as mentioned in the listing). Needs to be kept up better. Good communication. Made a good will gesture when the dishwasher died the first night of the stay, and the ice maker needed a new filter and so, didn't work.

We had a great stay. There were 13 of us and we enjoyed the house and pool. We would definitely stay again.

We had 11 guys and we were in the area for one week playing golf. All of the showers and beds worked out very well for us and I would highly recommend the property. We had everything we needed to cook and plenty of room to spread out and eat. The property manager was very helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed and it was a perfect trip.

We were very satisfied with everything except with the kitchen utensils. The knives were dull, the can opener didn't work and the other cooking utensils need to be replaced.

Overall the experience was good. The house could use a few items in the kitchen like better pans and utensils, also a microwave. The size worked great for all of us. If you're going in the winter months you will definitely need to heat the pool.

Nice home in a nice area of Orlando. The check in process was easy. The home needs a few updates but very suitable for large groups.

House is large and close to Parks. Traffic in area is heavy (as expected). Restaurants, fast food, groceries, gas and drugstore close. House and furnishings are showing their age but felt homey and made for less worry regarding kids eating and playing without ruining something. Would recommend and stay again.

We spent a week here with my kids and four grand children. 10 of us in all. Plenty of space and the grand kids loved the pool. Close to Disney world (only a $16 lift ride).

First of all thank you for attentive communication. Even though some requests were not met, it certainly was not your fault for trying. We were grateful for this huge house where we could all gather together. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub and found the hot tub nice and warm even on the coldest evenings. We especially appreciated all the baby gear for our youngest family member. The first notable concern was how dirty the house was upon arrival. During Covid times special cleaning is expected, not hair left from the previous tenant. This house needs a lot of TLC from paint to scrubbing to replacement of a few mattresses. I think our biggest concern was that of safety in case of fire. You have a home that could sleep 16 people with only one exit that worked. We could not get out the garage door nor could we easily get out the sliding door to the back. (Maintenance came out to fix it, but said it needs new rollers). The only other outside exit through the downstairs en-suite had a frozen deadbolt. I’m sure the fire marshal would have a heyday or he were to inspect this home. I must, for safety sake, warn future potential guests.

Very spacious, had plenty of room for my big family of eleven. Conveniently situated to accommodate. The only down fall we had during our stay was traffic when trying to get on the interstate. Construction recently started on the interstate.

This was a great place for a larger group! There were 11 of us and we all had plenty of room. Lots of space! Very clean and wonderful beds. Highly recommend.

This property worked very well for us. It is obviously a rental with the normal wear and tear. It could use a few updates but served us well. Plenty of linens provided as well as kitchen appliances and utensils. Be sure to stop here first to make your grocery list of foods and other essentials. If you rent the grill be sure to pickup metal grilling utensils as the only ones provided are plastic/ silicone. There are televisions in every bedroom which was great to have that option for some of our kids. Enjoy your stay.

Renting this property for a week went very smooth. Michelle the property manager was very helpful.

It was very convenient place to stay for a vacation spot.

1st time staying with Vrbo and had good experience. The house was good but some outlets didn't work. The pool/hot tub was nice.

The house had tons of space and pool was great. Lots of items to use in the house. Very clean. Could use some updating paint wise, but overall house was what we wanted.

We had a party of about 16 and there was enough room for everyone. We really enjoyed the property! And Michelle did great checking in to make sure everything was okay.

The house and especially the lanai were not clean. The screen door broke the first day and would not open. The pool wax green and murky the first three days. This house needs a lot of work! Disappointed!
