We had an extended stay as a large family and traveled to the Orange County Convention Center for a volleyball tournament. The drive to the CC was manageable and traffic wasn't too bad. The location of the home was convenient when traveling to the grocery store. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the privacy and ease of having our own private pool. We did use the clubhouse/community pool one of the days we were there and the gradual depth was nice for the young toddler. The home was large and had many bathrooms which was very accommodating to our large group. We would stay in this home again.

The property is very quiet, which we liked, Michelle, was so accommodating, we had a couple of minor issues and they were taken care immediately!

we had a great time at this property, everything was as shown in the pictures. We had an all adult group from 23-84. with the down stairs bedroom it was great for grandma and grandpa. very hard to find one like this. very clean, pool and hot tub great. Golf courses within 10 minutes. Disney about 20-25 depending on traffic. Will be back

Michelle was so very helpful and addressed any concerns we had right away. We loved it her, we had people arriving and leaving different days. Was conscientious to the airport and to freeways. A good family spot. Would stay again ! March 2023- April 2023

Management was excellent with communication and the home was cleaned and ready fo us to come in. We did not have any problems while in our stay. We enjoyed our stay in the home and would recommend others to stay here as well.

The house met all our needs. It was big enough for the 11 of us who stayed there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was very quiet and grocery stores were close by. The owner was very responsive to any question we had. It was nice coming back to after a long day at the parks.

This home is perfect for a big family get together. Master with ensuite main floor & the children and grandkids upstairs all with their own room was perfect. Many screens for entertainment, and a double garage with a pool table and table tennis. Kids & parents had fun.
The pool in the lanai was a huge hit with the everyone. The proximity to most attractions was great. All in all, a great time for everyone ♡

It was a great stay had a great time, great neighbors. House is perfectly set up for big groups. Stocked great for at home cooking. Pool and hot tub was clean and comfortable.

We had a great time at this home! It was definitely worth paying the extra for the heated pool and hot tub! The house was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 15! It is 35-45 minutes from attractions depending on traffic so plan accordingly. Michelle was a great hostess and checked in several times. Will definitely consider this house for future trips

We had to evacuate the Gulf Coast during our vacation because of Hurricane Ian so, in a panic, I went on VRBO and selected sleeps 8 and thankfully this property popped up! We booked it immediately for the remaining 5 days of our family vacation and we were not disappointed! Lovely gated community, beautiful, properties.

Most of the mattresses need to be replaced, a big red stain in one of the upstairs bedrooms, mold in window above living room, baking pans rusty, some of the slates in the blinds were broken or missing. It's a nice house, the management needs to update many of the items in the home. Basically it has been neglected and should be redone before renting out again.

This is a vacation rental, there is some wear and tear, that is all. Nice neighborhood, we heated the pool, rented the grill and enjoyed family time after the parks. Michelle is ver accommodating. The paddles and balls for the ping pong table were broken so it was hard to play. It would have been nice to have more cooking items and dishes that were mostly the same.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is beautiful and is was very clean. The kids loved the pool. It was very clean. Checking in the house was very easy. We will definitely be booking here for our next family vacation!

The house was at best a 2 out of 10. We had pillows with yellow stains, the bed cots had yellow stains and you couid tell the rugs were pretty old. The 2 coffee makers are broken so we bought 1 and left it there for the next people. The TV kept going out downstairs and the jacuzzi didn't work till about Friday morning (4 days after we decided to have it and payed for it)and then it went out again. We couldn't use 1 room when we got there because we needed to call pest control because there were to many bugs fling around in it. The couch was broken and very hard and uncomfortable. Other then all the easy fixes that could have been done to make this house great they decided to put the bare minimum into the house.

Everything was great, there was more than enough beds for 16 people. Nice and spacious house. The only thing we didn't like is that we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub, it wasn't hot at all. The kids enjoyed the pool though.
