This was one of the nicest condo’s our family has stayed in at Orange Beach! It had everything you could imagine that you might need in the unit for you. Sylvia was extremely helpful and provided all the details before arriving along with answering anything we may need during our stay. We definitely plan to book this one again!

Pictures do not do this place justice!! My wife and I had the most amazing experience, the unit is more like a house, it has absolutely everything we wanted!! The view from the hot tub on the balcony is beyond beautiful!

Enjoyed 4 nights at this generously appointed condo in Orange Beach. Every detail is covered. Anything you need to enjoy the sun and sand. Beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, to name a few. Condo is beautifully furnished and cozy. Highly recommend.

The condo is well stocked and clean. The view is spectacular, and we loved having a grill to use. Finally, the property manager was outstanding, prompt with replies, and very helpful!

We had a wonderful time staying here and our host Sylvia was fantastic and had everything prepared for our stay. The beachfront view is incredible and you’re steps away from the beach. Even on cloudy days, we were able to use the heated indoor pools and hot tubs which was very convenient. Food recommendations were great and we ended up at our favorite restaurant on the last day of the trip called big fish. Would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing fun family getaway.

Our family vacation was scheduled pre-COVID and finally took place. We were hosted by a wonderful host who paid a lot attention to detail and worked to make sure our stay was nice. We loved the view and he amentias we were able to take advantage of. This was our first time in the Orange Beach area and it won't be out last. Thank you Sylvia!

My family stayed here during Spring Break with another family. We both have small children and growing family’s. This property was fantastic and the owner made it so easy from beginning to end. You can tell she has a vested interest not only in her property, but also in the experience she’s able to provide. 5 stars all the way around and absolutely would stay again!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We loved our stay at Pelican Paradise! Sylvia (owner) was amazing to work with, predicted all of our needs, and communicated beautifully about everything. The location is stunning. The view from the balcony for both sunrise and sunset is heavenly. Convenient table for family meals or lounge chairs for restful retreat are on the balcony. Inside the condo is lovely, friendly and inviting. All of the rooms had the most comfortable beds and pillows. Everything fresh and clean and sparkling. Everything needed for a beach vacation is provided: towels, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. We will definitely stay again. Grateful that Sylvia is sharing this beautiful family home.

TQ Place is nice, but resort is overrated. Condo was extremely nice and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the view was great. The property owner was very nice and communicated with us a lot.

This condo is top notch. If you’re reading reviews trying to decide if this is the best one-it is! You can tell how much pride the owner has in her unit by how well the condo is maintained, stocked, and how informative she is before you arrive as well as once you are there. She provided so much information prior to our arrival including the best local restaurants, details about the building itself, local activities, etc. We visited the week after Christmas with our 3 children. We drove so that we could pack extra items not knowing what we might need, but all you need are your clothes! This unit is so well stocked with every kitchen item you could need. It was great to be able to cook, and not have to take our kids to restaurants every meal. The laundry room has any item you could possibly need for the beach including chairs, floats, sand toys, towels, etc. The unit is so homey and very comfortable to stay in. It is very clean. The beds and showers were all very nice! We all LOVED it. The view from this high floor condo is breathtaking. The balcony is furnished with a hot tub, grill, and plenty of seating. You won’t find better!

We had an amazing time at Turquoise Palace this year. The condo owner is wonderful! She made sure that we had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It’s not often that you find condo owners that are so happy to look after your needs as much as Sylvia did. I normally do not write reviews, but hands-down one of the best places I have ever stayed, and next time we are in Orange Beach, we will definitely be staying there again! From our view, we were able to see six or eight dolphins just swimming around in circles and jumping through the air and playing having a great time! It was amazing! Thank you so very much for having us!!!!

There should be nothing you will need if you stay here. Anything you would need for the beach is there. Beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, ice chest, nets, shovels, kid toys, and umbrellas. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the balcony where we saw dolphins and it has a huge table if you want to eat on the balcony. Spacious and roomy. The elevators are the quickest I have ever been on, so don't fret about being on the 23rd floor. Worth it for the view. Sylvia is easy to reach, and will check on you when you book, when you get there, and when you leave. I also texted her when I had a question. There are instructions throughout the condo to inform you. Your parking passes are included. It has a very convenient parking space. The complex is kept spotless, just like the condo is. Highly convient location. There are 3 grocery stores less than two miles down the road. . . 3 of the restaurants we went to were less than 5-6 miles on Canal Rd. We walked to the City donut one morning. (You do have to cross the road, but early in the morning we had no problem.) You will be glad you stayed here. It is a cut above the rest.

Such a wonderful time! Condo was exactly as pictured and described; clean and charming. We enjoyed the time spent here so much we are already looking at future dates to return.

The owner of this property is so far above and beyond anything we expected or have had in past rentals. She has taken every extra effort to make this beach property feel like home but also feel like an extravagant get-away. We have a new standard for VRBOs after staying here! We have 4 small kids and this was a mom’s dream. More beach/pool toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, gear than we would ever need. Extremely comfortable beds and large living spaces. High end appliances and furniture from the kitchen to the couches to the balcony furniture and hot tub. Every thing you could even dream of doing during your stay had a label and instructions right in front of you. She has really thought of everything!

Property was very clean with lots of amenities. Location was perfect for us. Owner was very responsive with any questions. The whole process was easy.

From booking until checkout everything was outstanding. The owners of this property are amazing. Sylvia went above and beyond for our stay making sure everything was good. I had a tire to go flat after our arrival and she called to check on us and I told her what had happened and she immediately reached out to find someone to repair our tire. She also followed up to make sure we got it taken care of. She treated us as if we were family. The condo was wonderful very clean and had everything you could and could not imagine. She has everything written that tells exactly how to work the appliances, which are all top of the line. If I needed anything or had any questions she immediately responded gladly. I wish everywhere I went was like that. We travel often and has stayed at this resort NUMEROUS times but this has been the very best experience as far as hospitality from the owners. I will definitely return. If you are undecided pick this one you will not regret it !!!!!! Sylvia is just beyond words !!!!

First of, let me start by saying we go on a few vacations a year...and I was blown away with this one! First of all, the check in process is so very quick and easy, access to tons of great parking spaces, plenty of luggage racks to get all of your belongings to the condo, and a couple sets of elevators which made going to the room so quick. Once entering the room.....my goodness!!!! It is the cleanest place I have ever vacationed at. I have a special needs daughter who scoots on the floor, I cannot tell you how many times I have vacationed places and on the 1st day I have to mop....the floors in this place were spotless! I usually have to bring a ton of things from home (I am picky with my kitchen things, as I cook a alot on my vacation) and this kitchen was so well stocked...crock pot, coffee pots, lots of pans, BBQ grill tools, etc. The condo is very centrally located and close to liquor stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, souvenir shops, gas stations, etc. I texted Sylvia for a good nail shop recommendation on one of our rainy days....it was where locals go...and it was amazing also. She has vetted everything and has you covered for your entire vacation! Sylvia was such a gracious host and I she sets a very high bar! We were there when Hurricane Ida was tearing up my home state of Louisiana and she provided me several options to try to take that stress off of me. I will definitely be back and I will not stay anywhere except her unit! Thank you again! Cannot wait to visit soon.

We loved our stay at Turquoise Place - Pelican Paradise! We are a large family of 7 with kids ages ranging from 5 to 19--and there was something for everyone! Big kids could play at the beach while the little kids played in the pools OR we could all head to the beach and hang out together. The location is perfect in relation to grocery shopping and restaurants. The condo is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a long stay at the beach -- whether you choose to cook, dine at local restaurants or even order takeout! The owner, Sylvia is the best communicator and is available for anything questions or concerns that you might have! We left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip. Sylvia was fantastic to work with every step of the way. The unit was furnished with such comfortable furniture and housewares, it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable for a great meal at home, and there was a nice binder with local recommendations for restaurants if we wanted to venture out of the unit. Sylvia even had a laundry room stocked full of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for fun days at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to book this unit again in the future!

We stayed at this property a few weeks ago and it was wonderful! The property owner is amazing, always available and super responsive. She sent me detailed emails with everything I needed to do for check in and check out process along with everything that I would find in the property. The property was beautiful! The kitchen was so well equipped that I felt right at home, although there are plenty of wonderful restaurants really close by that we also enjoyed. There are several pools you can enjoy in the property if you wish to get a break from the beach. But I think our best night was spent in the hot tub while the husbands grilled on the brand new grill in the amazing balcony that overlooks the beach! I really enjoyed our stay and I hope we can do it again!
