Went up to move our son to college (Flagler).
Took an extra day to chill. We have been in the moving process for the past month.
We were able to walk to the beach and to multiple restaurants withing a couple of minutes from the house. Hoping to stay when we come back to visits our son in November.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Location is great, it's clean, has everything you need, and communication was easy. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Property was great! Super easy walk to the beach, house was clean & had all of the necessities for beaching and hanging out. The outdoor shower was great, especially with the dogs. The fenced yard was convenient for quick potty breaks, and the garage was great for beach accessory storage after a long day.
Our only complaint was that there was a couple dog poops left by the people before us that our dogs stepped in upon arrival. Would recommend having the cleaning crew check this more thoroughly at turnover.
Otherwise, would highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay again!

After staying in many VRBO homes in different cities this may have been our favorite. The location was within easy walking distance to beach and shops, the kids loved the bikes. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Host checked in after first day to make sure everything was going well. We are within driving distance so brought our own beach set up but didn't need to. This home had chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys and wagons in great condition which has never been my experience with beach homes. If we come back to the area would stay here again in a heart beat.

We unfortunately had to leave the Monday after we got there on Sunday. My husband's mother passed away over night. Needless to say we had an unfortunate vacation.

This beach house was wonderful! A short walk to the beach, the, pier, shops and restaurants made it a perfect spot for our stay. We hope to return again next summer!

Nautical Smile definitely is the perfect beach house inside and out! Our Kelby girl loved the back yard!
Decor was on point, had everything you needed, and the host was quick to respond to any and all questions!
Location was excellent! One block to the beach, easy access, close to restaurants, and the best part was we were smashed between two Ice Cream shops!!! lol
We will definitely stay here when we next visit St. Augustine!

The property is just as described. Very close short walk to beautiful beach. The house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. Very cute beachy decor.
Owner was very responsive. Answered questions quickly. Check in was a breeze.
Nice quiet safe neighborhood very close to many great restaurants. Publix close by.
My husband and I and our 2 shih tzu enjoyed our time at this house and we hope to return.

The house was perfect for our family. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. It had all the equipment we needed for a fun at the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys, etc.
We had plenty of room with a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The outdoor shower was perfect for a quick rinse when returning from the beach.
We would love to return soon and would definitely recommend for families visiting the area.

Excellent location, within in walking distance to some great restaurants, pier and beach access. Great cozy house with a large fenced yard for our dog and also a great place to barbecue.

This house was a perfect location to walk to the beach and to restaurants/coffee! It had a great backyard for our dog. A few things can be improved. We had a crawling baby that revealed some less than clean floors, lots of dust, couple of broken drawers on dresser, wobbly toilet. Kitchen and bathroom had everything you need. It was a great place to sleep and have as a home base. They have everything you need for the beach! Thanks for letting us stay!

This was our first time in St. Augustine and this location had it all. We appreciated the beach wagon and sand toys! We found the location perfect and the house well stocked with basic necessities. Publix is super close if there’s anything you need and lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The fenced in yard for our dog was a huge plus. It’s a truly lovely little house with great hosts. We will definitely be back!

Property was very clean and is well maintained. Love the fenced in back yard for the pups and the paved patio area. Stayed here a couple of years ago and the property is still in excellent condition. Convenient and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This home is everything and more than described. You have that home feeling. The home has such an amazing vibe and the theme is so perfect! Even though its by anything you may want or need, its very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I brought our 2 dogs with us for a brief mid-week visit and thoroughly enjoyed our time! We found the property to be exactly as advertised and in wonderful condition. The fenced backyard was an awesome playground for our dogs to explore, and aspects of the property met (and in many cases, exceeded) our expectations. The owners reached out to us shortly after arrival to make sure everything went as expected, and we will be sure to check their availability for future stays in this area.

This home is perfectly located. It’s tidy and nicely stocked. It was easy to walk to the beach with our kid and two dogs with all the beach gear that was available to use during our stay. Being able to enjoy the historic district just minutes away was priceless. And most importantly, having a fully fenced in yard for our two dogs was priceless!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful little cottage! The home has a nicely appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture. Our dogs loved the privacy fenced back yard. The owners are awesome and always very responsive! We will definitely be staying again.

So thankful to the Wilson’s for sharing their little slice of paradise with us. The extras such as beach chairs and a secluded outside space, made the trip simpler and homey. Our portion of the beach was our favorite - within easy walking distance to the SA pier, clean and not crowded. We never heard a peep from the surrounding homes. The Wi-Fi and tv’s worked perfectly and all of the beds and furniture were comfy and much appreciated after a day of surfing and sunburns. We loved our week in SA a million times over.

The house was absolutely perfect for our St Augustine beach getaway! The fully fenced yard and patio made evenings wonderful for us and our dog. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Several great ice cream places to walk to. Short drive to the visitors center in downtown St Augustine. This location is perfect and the house is wonderful.

The house was the perfect size and location for myself, spouse and dog. You could walk everywhere, the beach, restaurants, donuts, ice cream, etc. Will definitely stay at Nautical Smile again.

Nautical Smile was the perfect house for our stay in St. Augustine Beach. The house was well appointed, in a great location and our little toy schnauzer lover the fenced in backyard! Donna checked in to see how we were doing and had some great advice for the local beaches. It is very easy to highly recommend this wonderful property!

The hosts did a great job of providing a comfortable, clean home in a great location with pretty much everything you might need. Hosts were very gracious and accommodating with quick replies to all questions put to them. We would most definitely stay there again without hesitation. Very easy to access entry and exit.

Location is fabulous! Short walk to beach and a number of restaurants. We enjoyed walking the beach to beachcomber and took advantage of Cafe Eleven happy hour - great food at both places. Pups loved fenced yard. We enjoyed the patio and the outside shower made it easy to rinse off and keep sand out of house. Beach cart, chairs and towels were an added bonus. Donna (host) checked in to make sure we were comfortable to make sure to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely return.

Fantastic property. A very short walk to St Augustine beach. The home was clean and very well equipped. It was great having a gas and charcoal grill. The yard area was very comfortable, the table and chairs were good quality. The inside is well laid out and the kitchen was very well equipped. The living room furniture is good sized and comfortable. The mattress was also comfortable. The area is fantastic, lots of restaurants and places to go for ice cream.
We would recommend this rental to anyone.
