Brought back memories of grandparent’s house. House was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Great neighborhood.

It is great spot located close to the downtown area.

The place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms and beds. It was a nice neighborhood and worked out great.

We were in town for the perfect game tournament, we needed a place to house our family + dog +2 friends. Kitchen was well equipped yard was great, and if you love dogs there are 2 cute ones next door that love scratches. Central to all our games and nice to come home to and relax. Would absolutely book again.

We were there for a family wedding in Roswell. The house was perfect for our family!

Perfect! Location, amenities, cleanliness, spacious. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Huge back yard and awesome covered porch. The basement was a bonus, like a girl or man cave when the girl cousins wanted to sing loudly. They had a blast. Served us well in celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation. Walked to downtown quaint Roswell (just about 1 mile). Communication with Jeff was efficient and checking in and out was a breeze. Definitely would return.

great location for a wide variety of activities

Big back yard and front yard for pets to walk around. Owner was able to communicate quicky with any issues. The backyard is mostly fenced on sides and natural brush.

We were in Atlanta for our son's competitive baseball tournaments. This home was roomy and the location to most of our baseball fields was within 30 minutes or less. We loved the close proximity to downtown Roswell with their cute shops and great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe!

Property is an older home in a very nice neighborhood. It was well located for the event we were attending. Condition of the house was average at best. Owner had to find a last-minute cleaner due to an illness with their regular person. Job was not complete. Laundry was still in the washing machine and the dryer. We made do, but could’ve been a much better experience.

We had a small issue with not getting the access code prior to our arrival. They responded quickly and we were able to get in and they even sent the kids a care package of snacks, which they loved! The house is older with a lot of knick knacks and furniture which makes it feel dated and can be an issue if there are smaller children with you. They certainly are working on upgrading it. The manager was responsive and easy to work with and the place worked out well for us visiting friends! If you plan on having a big group, there was limited silverware, but other than that the place was equipped and clean and in a great location to local restaurants!

The 4 bedrooms provided ample space for everyone (the beds were very comfortable). I had 2 young grandchildren with me and the house was children friendly with a great yard for them to play in. We were visiting family in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody and it was a great location. It made for a great holiday weekend.

Nice place and surprised how well stocked it was. Would stay again. Only drawback was a littler hard to spot the driveway when first arrive. With the big bushes can't really see the house. Not a biggie tho.

We are experienced travelers and enjoy other Lodging options vs hotels. We also were one of about 8 properties in Roswell rented due to a wedding. Our location was by far sub par. Many usual amenities were not supplied as expected. Towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and shampoo/hand soap or dishwashing soap to mention a few. The location was great, beds good and we had plenty of room. Communication was not very prompt. Many of my messages needed faster responses to be able to address the message. There was an odor in the home which made it seem not clean maybe just very old and out dated furniture that retained smells over the years. We could not figure out how to lock the outside door when leaving the home. So many of the other wedding friends had much better homes and we had to actually get some amenities such as toilet paper from them. Purchased many of what we expected there such as paper towel/dish soap and hand soap. I truly hope the owners do put some upgrades into this property for better appeal. We had a gift basket placed in the home while the cleaning people were present and then learned some of the items were misplaced. After searching for what we learned was in the basket, it seemed as if it was out in hidden areas to not be found! So strange since the cleaning person was even spoke to by our friends! It was a great location. Good beds and a good thing we didn’t have many meal plans in house. Roswell is a great city and lots was walkable. Just very disappointed and hope VRBO gets the standards updated with these property owners so others can have a better experience with their stay. Disappointed customers.

When our home experienced some major plumbing issues, we needed a place to stay for a few days while the plumbers completely shut off water to our house. This was perfect for me, my husband, my 2 kids, and our in-laws (who live with us). The girls loved running around the yard, and the home offered all the amenities we needed to keep our routine during construction. The home could use a good scrubbing, but other than that small issue, it was perfect.

Such a peaceful setting which was exactly what we needed. Check in was easy. Jeffrey was quick to respond to any questions! We will be back in November!

We stayed at Jeff’s house while in between houses. He was very accommodating and the house was very nice. The kids enjoyed the big yard and it had everything we needed to make the transition much easier on our family.

Needs some updating, e (e.g. especially on the outside, e.g. some shutters missing). But good location. And all bedrooms were on the first floor. Fairly close to the shops and restaurants in Roswell (long walk; short ride). One sink in master bath not draining and heat seemed to default fo a low temperature. Did not spend much time in house; just slept there, but house did have a nice porch on side and backyard.

This home is in a safe location and is near so many coffee shops and restaurants. I rented the home for 4 weeks as a place me and my extended family to stay while visiting my sister(with cancer) in Roswell. We needed a place outside her home. Jeff was so understanding and compassionate during this tough times. We mostly stayed out on the enclosed patio to visit. Both bathrooms were updated and remodeled. The beds were comfortable. Both of these accommodations are a must for most people. ✔️ The kitchen was fully equipped. With pots & pans. & crockpot. All appliances we in good working order. Trash bags, detergent, bath soaps, shampoo and sanitizing cleaning supplies were all provided. Thank you Jeff for all you provided.

When booking the property, everything was fine. I let the owner know that I was coming up with my elder parents and have been cautious. On arrival, there were 2 used masks at the front door along with 2 other cups and the front door was unlocked. We were tired from travel so we disregarded this after checking to be sure no one was inside. We left the items at the front door because given covid, we did not want to handle items used by strangers. On the surface, the home appeared to be ok but we quickly found there was dust everywhere, while trying to get the TV to work and searching for the remote which we never found, I went to look under the couch and was sincerely horrified at what I found underneath. It had clearly not been touched or the floor cleaned in a very long time. There were full length hairs in the bed covers of the room I was to sleep in and within an hour of being there I began to feel ill. That is abnormal for me as I do not experience allergies so I knew something had to be wrong. My father's COPD began to flare up and my mother became worried that given the uncleanliness that proper precautions had not been made to disinfect the house from the last guests that had left just the day before. We immediately packed up & left as quickly as possible as we did not want to prolong our exposure, particularly for my father who has become ill since. The owner and I spoke on the phone and while we did not argue, he responded antagonistically via messages saying he was going to call the police to be sure we were out, which we were, as well as threatening reporting us to Vrbo. He claimed that there has never been an issue with his cleaning service which seems impossible but given the current state of things and the concerns over the spread of the virus, it was incredibly dangerous for us to remain in a situation that was not clean. The Vrbo rep I spoke to was unhelpful and said that a refund was up to the discretion of the property owner. She logged into my account to review the messages and agreed that it was not wise for us to communicate directly. Vrbo has not taken proper action and I have yet to hear back from the owner about correcting the situation. The rep expressed that we should have taken pictures but we were honestly so nervous to increase exposure that I couldn't think clearly enough to do so. I would not recommend this as a safe or clean stay, especially after such a negative experience with the owner.

We really enjoyed the location of the house. Roswell is a beautiful place with lots of parks, hiking trails & water features. What we didn't enjoy was the cleanliness of the home. There were lots of bugs in spiderweb in the master bath window & the shower curtain was nasty. There was toothpaste on the bath mat in the 2nd bathroom and a nasty smear in the kitchen window by the table. However, the owner sent housekeepers to take care of those issues. The toaster was disgusting but we cleaned it with Clorox wipes. The oven was disgusting but I notified the owner after we left that it should be cleaned. Also, there were a lot of roaches which I told the owner about when we left. There were no remotes for any of the tv's except for 2 Roku remotes with no instructions on how to use Roku. The 2 remotes in the basket in the living room didn't go to any of the tv's. Also, the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was horrible! It was as if a 500 pound person had slept in the middle of the bed for years! My daughter & her husband kept rolling into the middle & were very uncomfortable. However, the master bedroom mattress was very comfortable along with the two other bedrooms! We had an enjoyable time in Roswell. This house would be GREAT if all the issues were taken care of. The owner wouldn't call me even though I left a voice mail. I was having a hard time communicating through VRBO & was really frustrated trying to tell the owner everything. It would have been so much easier to talk with him.

My friends came to town for my daughter’s bridal shower and the property was perfect. Everyone had a bed and with two bathrooms and five women we were all impressed we never ran out of hot water. Quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from Canton Street. We spent Sunday eating and touring the town. We would totally stay here again.

I think the best part about this rental is the manager Jeff, he was always in touch and very helpful. Plenty of room for a family along with a spacious front and back yard. We really appreciate him allowing pets it made our stay less stressful than a hotel. A short drive from Roswell we enjoyed many restaurants and got a good feel for North Georgia in general. We would definitely stay again!

A lovely warm, cozy home. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Home was very clean and comfortable. Look forward to renting again when we come back to Roswell.

Older ranch with nicely updated kitchen and baths, and very comfortable beds. Great location, perfect for traveling with pets, and great outdoor space. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay! As a note- the TVs are Roku and I'm not all that familiar with that, but just as a heads up, there's no regular cable or satellite TV here. We got by with signing in to Netflix and using CBS online, but if that is really important to you, just plan accordingly. I would definitely stay here again. The proximity to the quaint downtown area cannot be beat.
