Did not eat breakfast but enjoyed the cookies! Stay was good, room clean, friendly staff, etc. will stay again.

I liked everything about the hotel.

The only thing I didn't like is that I haven't gotten my points that I won from the spin the wheel game in January.

The gym and checkout was at 12

What was advertised was not what I arrived to . The room smelled old and like water mildew the wallpaper was peeling and had water stains . The shower was dirty

The people working at this facility are the rudest people ever! The staff working in sales and events are even worse! I had a paid event there and the carpet was disgusting and the rooms that my group stayed in were just as bad. We were charged in the meeting room for food with no exact proof and when asked for proof that apparently isn’t excepted and they go by staff knowledge… sounds fair to me. I’ll pay but with proof. They will charge you incidentals and not drop them into you call. like I stated be careful as a company or group of workers because they will run you for your money! They addressed this situation of the food during my event with guests and attendees present in the hall, super disrespectful and I was corned into paying for the sake of my event and the image these people painted onto attendees.

Breakfast is somewhat okey.

Bathroom was not clean.. (air vent was broken ,several electrical pieces & the air vent cover was on the bath tub. Covied is over but daily clean up the room was not activated(started) I guess cost cutting method (But Room reservation charges was full priced), SOME FRON DESK EMPLOYEE LESS THAN A COURTEOUS . elevator need to clean/replaced.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful!

but the hotel didn't have washer and dryer and no microwave and fridge on the room wish is really convenient for the customer.
