This was a really cute house in a lovely location in the heart of W. Hollywood, within walking distance to the Walk of Fame and fun shopping. This little craftsman had all the amenities you need to address the creature comforts of home. Adam, the home owner was a gracious host who was more like an old friend welcoming you to his home for a visit. Definitely will rent again the next time I'm in LA!

We stayed in this property for 16 days during a family member's recovery from a major surgery. It was absolutely perfect for us - a beautiful home, perfectly clean, replete with everything needed for day-to-day life, stunning and comfortable outdoor area, impeccable Wi-Fi, enormous TV with streaming, and in an incredibly walkable area. I particularly appreciated the fact that a Whole Foods Market and numerous restaurants for takeout were located within a few blocks. I also greatly appreciated the owner's accessibilty, attention, and graciousness. After many years of VRBRO rentals, this was our best expereince of many good ones.

This is a very nice house with a wonderful yard in a location that’s convenient to so much. We had one glitch - the freezer didn’t work - but our host quickly provided a reasonable solution. Highly recommended!

Adam's place is exactly as listed and we loved it. Will plan to stay there again when visiting family in the area. Lots of thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Relaxing backyard perfect for our dog, comfy beds (including the pullout) and the living and dining areas were perfect for relaxing. The giant TV is really nice too. Adam was great at communication and really cared about making us feel at home!

The property is pristinely maintained, the amenities thoughtful, and the deck and yard transports you to a cool lush and soothing oasis. Adam communicates well and makes sure you're comfortable. Tough to beat!

Lovely, well-maintained craftsman cottage in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. My family and I stayed here following a family member's surgery at UCLA, and the location/amenities were perfect. Best of all was the backyard, which felt like a secluded oasis during the day and an enchanted garden at night. Adam was responsive, helpful, and easy to coordinate with.

Great location close to everything. The backyard is amazing to have especially for two small dogs who loved it. Adam is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Very nice bungalow in a convenient, walkable neighborhood. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. The home is nicely appointed but the best part was the shady & private deck/backyard—great place to relax, read a book, listen to some tunes. Adam was a very accommodating host.

My husband, mother and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was a perfect location for us (my son lives just blocks away). Close to everything- the Monday Farmers Market at Plummers Park was a bonus. Our host was incredibly responsive, though we really didn’t need to reach out that much. (One small glitch in the check in was my inexperience with digital locks- after that it was perfect!) The best part was the outdoor space- incredibly beautiful- we spent many hours relaxing out there, morning and evening. I would stay here again and recommend this location without reservation!

We found ourselves needing housing for a month and a half because we had water damage in our home and we didn't want to be in a house that was going through demolition and reconstruction. I had seen Adam's listing on VRBO and just looking at the pictures of that heavenly backyard sealed the deal for us. True to his listing, the place was wonderful. We wanted to stay somewhat close to home and this place met that need. Additionally, Adam was very receptive to our dogs and they had a great yard to hang out in. I spent the majority of my time in the great deck and listened to music while working. It really did feel like we were on vacation. The house is wired to play music in different rooms, with speakers in every room. The bed in the main room was very comfortable as was the fold out couch in the 2nd bedroom. Adam was there when we arrived and he is a very nice and responsive host. We stayed in touch throughout our stay and he was very responsive when we had questions. The house is in a really fun part of town and there is a burger joint and 7-11 about 2-3 blocks away and a few blocks further, there are bars, restaurants and shopping. It is also not far from the Sunset strip and all the Melrose shops. We highly recommend this place, especially if you are coming from out of town and want to do some walking and exploring, but don’t know the area. Here you are very close to the famous Sunset Strip and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

This was a fantastic house for myself and a family member recovering from surgery. We needed a location close to Cedar Sinai Hospital and also needed to be able to walk daily. We were in this house for about 5 weeks and grew to really enjoy the house! It has a really secluded and beautiful outdoor space.

We had a great stay at the house. Exactly as described and as it looked in the pictures. Adam was very helpful and check in/check out was smooth without problems. Instructions were clear and helpful. The back yard was lovely. A great plus with enormous tv with access to every streaming site you could wish for. We were two adults and two children aged 10 and 12 who stayed for 10 days and the size of the house and the location suited is perfectly. Thanks for a great time!
