Constructive criticism. New mattresses the current ones are wore out. The dryer didn’t work. Other than that a fantastic vacation with my family in a perfect place. We have already booked next year

We didn't have to load up a wagon and haul it through a neighborhood or across the street. The private pool was a must with little children. The house, pool and outdoor porches are VERY well maintained. The house was very clean. We booked in advance with a separate company to have 2 baby beds delivered for when we arrived. They were not, and the company was closed. I called Tracy with the Gulf Shores Vacation Rental company and she was able to contact them and get the cribs delivered! Life Saver! We had a couple of other minor issues and once again Tracy took care of them immediately. We loved the location of the house. It is convenient to everything but not in the middle of the busy area. We will definitely rent this property again!

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend. I will say if you don’t like a crowded beach you may wanna come in the off season as there is a high rise condo building across the street and the walkway to the beach is right next to the house. The floors have been updated. You cannot see this in the listing pictures but you can see it in virtual tour. The kids loved the tv room upstairs where they could play their games. Overall, a great house.

Stayed to celebrate my 60th with my 6 best gal pals. Fabulous location. Private attached walkway to the beach. Roomy bedrooms each with their own private bath. Roomy living and dining area with well appointed kitchen. Pool was nice with a soothing water feature. Already recommended to friends for their family vacations.

We left a day earlier to beat a snow storm out of Ohio and the allowed us to get in the house a day earlier. We also decided to stay 1 extra day and they allowed that as well. This house has the most amazing views of the sunrise and the sunset. We got to see a Blue Angel fly over as well as some Dolphins right out in front of the house a few days. You definitely want to stay here.

The new flooring is great, but would love to see some furniture replaced. Some of the arm chairs are very dirty & torn. The private pool is perfect for our group of 7. There are lots of pool floats, beach toys & outdoor chairs available to use. The beach front here is amazing! Very little foot traffic, always plenty of space to spread out on the beach & play. I highly recommend this place & we will be back next year!

This beautiful beach house exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice! The check in/out process was very simple. The house was very clean when we arrived and the perfect amount of space for our family of 11. The pool was fantastic and ALL of the toys/chairs/floats were so nice to have. The beach access was the best part of it all. Having our own private walkway made hauling tons of toys, chairs, coolers, etc. down to the beach a piece of cake! Not to mention being able to hose everything off right there every night and leave it there for the next day. Highly recommend this beautiful home. If it weren’t already booked for next year we would absolutely be back!

Each couple had their own bedroom and bath, as well as our oldest granddaughter, which she loved having her own room and bath. We were all able to spread out but still able to spend quality time together as a family. The house was stocked very well, we had everything we needed and more. The pool was great and our granddaughters, 11 and 2 years old, loved it.

The location was fantastic. The beach was not crowded at all. And the views were amazing. I personally loved the deck off the master bedroom. It gave me a place to go when I wanted to have some quiet time.

Th only minor negative, is some of the living room furniture is starting to show some wear & tear. But not enough to keep me from staying there again in a heart beat!

We had every family in their own space, being right on the Gulf was awesome as we were able to watch dolphins swim by almost every day. Everything was perfect!

This is a wonderful home in the perfect location. It is right on the beach and it was very quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend for a family gathering. There is plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the views and eat/play games.
