Truly a great place to stay in Indy! Great location with lots of people walking the streets with their dogs and small children. The house was awesome. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a group of 10 adults and we all felt like we had our own space to relax and sleep, but with a common area to socialize. Much better than a hotel because we could commune together in the common space over meals and drinks. The host was the best. Great communication throughout the entire event. When we needed something it was taken care of that day. Thanks Gilia! We had a wonderful stay are looking for excuses to come back.

We chose this house for our praise kidz church group to stay and all be together for our international jr talent competition. The convention center was very close and this house was able to accommodate our group of 21.
The host responded to me and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. It was a lovely historical house that was perfect, spacious and comfortable for all. If we ever come back we would stay here again! Thankful we were able to bond and practice for the competition In this amazing house.

Nine of us comfortably stayed in this lovely home for 9 days during the 2024 Olympic Trials In Indianapolis. A well-stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. And delicious food/drink is nearby at Foundry Provisions coffee house and Tinker House restaurant. Also recommend City Barbecue for take-out (5 mins away).
Lots of families with dogs out walking in the neighborhood. And downtown only 10 mins away. We’ll be back!!

This house was perfect for our group of coworkers It was clean and just as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Gilia was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. There was a great coffee shop easy to walk to and some good restaurants close by. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Indy.

I can't say enough good things about this property and host. The house was absolutely amazing! It was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. The host was so kind and informative. She responds quickly and was incredibly helpful. We had a family reunion and the space was perfect. We were all able to gather in one area and there was plenty of room. Everyone that was there commented on how much they loved the house. We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend!!

Gilia’s home was spectacular! She contacted us in advance to see if we needed extra bedding, answered all of our questions and her home was beautiful and immaculate. The bathrooms were amazing. She even left fresh flowers. We were there for the Drum Corps Finals at Lucas Oil. There was a great Japanese restaurant and ice cream shop in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Three generations gathered at Gilia’s beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in downtown Indy. Morning strolls to Leviathin Bakehouse and evening strolls to the whiskey distillery we’re just some of the fun outings.

The property is very nice. We've stayed there for several years over Memorial Day weekend and hope to repeat. Plenty of space and very clean, with all of the expected amenities. You won't be disappointed.

We had a marvelous time. The house is spectacularly kept. Spacious with a great area for a large group to congregate. The owner was very responsive and would respond to our texts within minutes. Would stay here again when we come back to town.

This was our second year staying in this beautiful home. This home is extremely clean and organized with a well-stocked kitchen. It is in a great location for downtown events. I’d give Gilia 10 stars if I could, she was extremely responsive to every request I had. We had a wonderful stay at the Indy house and would not hesitate to stay there again. Truly fantastic in every way!

We stayed at this property to visit family for Thanksgiving in 2022. The location is terrific, very convenient. The house is clean, very well stocked and appointed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, coffee etc. We were able to host 6 people including us for Thanksgiving using the well appointed kitchen and dining room. The thermostat and door lock pad were easy to use. Gilia was extremely easy to communicate with and was a very responsive host, including sending someone to open a bathroom door that we had mistakenly locked on Thanksgiving day- that was truly above and beyond!

Gilia was a fabulous host with a gorgeous home. Our group consisted of 17 teens/adults and there was more than enough room to host us all. The house is close to downtown and in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We are hoping to stay there again during the next time we come to visit.

I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but in this case, the property looked even better than they did in the pictures. We had a group of 10 adults and two infants, and there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and not be on top of each other, but also be together if we wanted to. The kitchen was the perfect place for family gatherings, and the dining space was perfect for the first birthday party that we had for one of the babies. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Indianapolis. The neighborhood was quaint, and the people were very friendly. It was idyllic. I would definitely use this home again in the future for another family vacation.

We've enjoyed staying at Herron Morton for several years over Memorial weekend. It is our family's HQ for the Indianapolis 500 festivities. The house is wonderful, well equipped, clean and in excellent proximity to IMS and downtown. See you next year!

This property was located close to downtown in a safe and adorable neighborhood. The home was extremely clean and spacious. The owner/ manager went out of her way to add some special touches and was very accommodating. We would stay here again and recommend it 110%!

Wonderful Home!
One of Gilia's gifts is hospitality and my family and I feel blessed by her. We stayed in her gorgeous home over Christmas and when we arrived she had set up a Christmas tree and other festive decorations and we were so touched by her thoughtfulness. My family spent lots of time sitting around her big kitchen table laughing and talking. Gilia truly cares about the comfort of her guests. We hope to stay in her beautiful home again next year.

The neighborhood is delightful, with one of the top restaurants in Indianapolis just a short block away. Excellent coffee place a 5 minute walk away. 5-10 minute drive to downtown and the IUPUI campus. Gilia the owner is extremely easy to reach with any questions, and replies amazingly promptly. I highly recommend this house, and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Indianapolis.

House was awesome. Other than not being able to wear shoes in the house and the stairs being slippery with socks on, the house was very accommodating for the big group that stayed in the house for the week. For a large group, house is perfect for a long stay.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time. The house has plenty of space to spread out. The adult children loved the projector TV and it was located in a very convenient and beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend this house for larger groups. Gilia was very responsive to our needs.

Gilia was a fabulous host we loved our stay - wish we could have spent more time in the home-it is fabulous! Bathrooms are amazing - loved the unique sinks, tubs, showers and especially the faucets!!!

Great Weekend, Large Group
We stayed with a large group in this beautiful home during a major cheerleading competition weekend. This beautiful home was very well maintained and spacious. The neighborhood is adorable. The owner accommodated our large group needs by providing extra beds for the teens. The girls loved having the third floor space all to themselves. The kitchen had everything we needed for mealtime. We had minor issues maintaining the temp on all three floors but otherwise, no issues whatsoever. The owner was extremely responsive to all of my pre-stay questions. The location is very close to downtown. I would highly recommend this home for future rentals needs in Indy. Thank you for hosting our group!

Family weekend
We had a wonderful weekend hosting our families for Thanksgiving and for our daughter's wedding in downtown Indy. The location was great. The kitchen/dining/living room area was perfect for family meals of 12 people! Plenty of space. Would definitely recommend this home to others. The owner was very prompt and responsive in answering our questions or concern.
