My husband and I had an excellent stay in St Johns! The house had everything we needed and more. Extremely clean and well stocked.

Lovely little property in a quiet area very close to downtown. Great bed, great shower and all the good things and more that other reviewers have written. To sum up: stay here if you can, you will not regret it!

The reviews of the property were bang on. Great communication from owner John. Check in was easy, email received a few days before arrival with all the information needed to check in. The area was within walking distance to all amenities. Parlour coffee shop around the corner great start to the day coffee and baked goods. Venice pizza great meal for the long day of sight seeing. Needs convenience store on the corner has all the basics. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Updated and everything you need for a great vacation. Only negative is two level of stairs , but that would be common to all the beautiful jellybean homes in the area. Awesome property would definitely stay there if I was in the area again. 👍

Very clean and well equipped accommodations. Convenient to walk to downtown and waterfront areas. Parking pass was included and it was easy to find a parking spot right in front of the house. Beds were comfortable. Sofa was was pretty basic, good for watching a bit of tv

I had a wonderful 3 weeks staying at the Tiny Jellybean house. The property is located in a central location in downtown St. John's which allowed for easy access to many nearby attractions. Free, street parking was provided. The house included all the necessities as well as some unexpected extras: umbrellas, bug spray and laundry detergent. The homeowner, John communicated to keep me up to date with things such as garbage collection and street cleaning. I would love to stay here again. Thank you for making my stay in St. John's a comfortable, memorable experience.

The property was spotless and clean, a lovely bright colored home with everything one needs to have an enjoyable visit. The owner really put a lot of thought into this property. Everything was modern and up to date. The beds were really comfortable and ensured a good nights rest. A quiet area close enough to a cute coffee shop and restaurants. Downtown is just a 10 - 15 min walk away. Even though it has plenty steps it was not a problem for me to get around at age 75. I enjoyed staying in this cute home and can recommend it to anyone. The owner was also most helpful and responded almost immediately. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your lovely home John.

The house was very clean and all new appliances that worked. It was very convenient for getting downtown. The back yard needs some tending but overall a lovely little house.

The house was exactly as listed and was a great base to tour St. John's and the rest of Newfoundland. It is close enough to all of the downtown action to be readily walkable but removed just enough that we could get away from the hustle and bustle when we wanted to have some quiet time. There was a Needs convenience store less than half a block away, around the corner, and a take-out pizza place, as well as a coffee and ice-cream shop about a block away from that. Right across the street was the Bannerman Park and at the corner of the park was one of the stops for the Hop-on Hop-off bus tour. Communication with John and Aaron was always very quick and helpful. They were even able to accomodate a request to check in hours earlier than we had originally planned when Westjet cancelled our original flight to St. John's and we had to take a much earlier flight. Couldn't have been happier with everything. Thanks John and Aaron!!

What a great place to stay to see and experience St John's! So centrally located, walking distance to downtown, Signal Hill and Quidi Vidi. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and took lots of care to set up a really comfortable and spotless place for us, (3 adults), to stay four nights. We highly recommend it and would stay again.

Everything worked. It was new. And a great location. Things happened exactly as I was told they would.

very clean , close to down town , ideal for those who want to walk around the city , and the street is very quiet . A small convenience store across the street ( corner ). would return without any hesitation . At John's is a place to visit ( walking )..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, modern updated 3 story home within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, and pubs of downtown St. John's. No problems with on-street parking directly across from home. Fully working kitchen, very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area. Owner very responsive to questions.
