My two sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alpine Village Condo! Some positives were a great floor plan, clean, electric fireplace, everything needed for cooking, close to town, and more!! Would definitely stay here, again!

My friends and I had a great time staying in Leavenworth this weekend for an educational conference. The condo is in a great location and the beds were comfortable. The pillows however are quite flat and worn out - fortunately I had my own with me. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated the provided soaps. The condo could use a good deep cleaning but was generally acceptable. Attention to detail by cleaning service could be improved. That said - I would stay at this condo again.

Such a wonderful place to spend Christmas! The condo had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great place for kids and quick access to a playground, park, sledding hill, along with a beautiful walking trail nearby that lead directly in to town!

Condo is equip with all the kitchen items you could need along with ample bedding and pillow options. The location is great and very easy to access. Our daughter has cerebral palsy, so the location was very accessible with her walker. The only downfall, which was mentioned by many, is the beds and couches being so hard. When we came back to the condo for the evening, there really wasn’t anywhere comfortable to curl up and relax. While the idea of the futon couches is great for extra sleeping space, they are so hard that not even my kids wanted to sleep on them. We would definitely consider staying here again if the bed and couch situation was addressed. After a day out in the cold, a cozy space to snuggle up would be great. The queen bed felt like we were sleeping on plywood, so maybe a nice thick mattress topper would help. This condo has so many pros to include location, accessibility, and price. Thank you so much! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We came into town for a fundraiser and had a great time at the condo. It was super clean and the instructions were very clear. Everything was was it is stated.

The location was great. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. The unit had great supplies-except Kleenex. The beds were very comfortable. It had a nice ambience. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Great property with a convenient location. The kitchen was great and comfortable space overall. Not directly on the golf course but a great Mountain View right outside on the patio. We really annoyed our stay and would return to the property.

The place was perfect!! Clean, fresh smelling, comfortable, quiet, plenty of bedding for all six of us, and a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Beds were hard and the couches were just as hard. They should upgrade the couches. The floors were a bit dirty, but. The rest of the condo was in great shape. Excellent kitchen and utensils.

We stayed 8 nights in July. The condo is very well equipped and clean. We hiked, walked into town and did the roller coaster across the street. I highly recommend this property. The host is flexible, accommodating, responsive. The location is great for walking and within about 20 minutes of multiple trailheads. The golf course is nearby too.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The bed in the master bedroom was stuff but not horrible and we managed. The couches are futons not displayed in the actual listing and not something you can sleep on. They are hard as a rock but they are okay for just sitting. The property was in a good location, cozy and a perfect lil air b and b for our family.

The condo is in a great location with a short walk to town. Very quiet neighborhood at night made for good sleep. Furnishings are nice and new. Very cute decor. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. Brian is extremely responsive and accommodating which was most appreciated. We would definitely stay there again. We had a fantastic weekend!

We had such a good time staying here for a friends Bach party! Everything was great and it was only 1 mile from town, we walked it a few times and not bad at all.

We had a great time at Brian's property. The location was nice and quiet; a short 10 minute walk into town. Will be a great spot once the new adventure park opens which is literally right across the street. The condo worked great for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Check in and check out were very easy and reasonable. Would gladly return and stay again!

Nice place for a girls weekend! Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Would have been nice to have hot tub access, but it’s a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Nice and clean.

This was a girl's trip for myself and 5 friends. Plenty of room, location was great. Property was clean other than cigarette butts on back patio. Would stay again

This was a great property for our family vacation to celebrate Grandma's birthday with our 6 year old son. He loved being able to go out the back door to play in the snow while the adults watched from the living room. It was a bit too far for us to walk into town with the grandparents, but it had a close covered parking space so we just drove into town and parked at the park-n-ride. It snowed about 12" while we were there, but the property management were pretty good about keeping the walkways clear and we were very happy to have the covered parking spot. The property had way more kitchen cookware than most other vacation rentals we've had. The queen bed was too hard for me, but my in-laws loved it and the twin beds were softer, so it all worked out.

Brian was a great host for my friend’s bachelorette weekend in Leavenworth. The condo was very close to down town it was walking distance! Everything was great about this air b&b we will definitely be back!
