Everything was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. There were 8 of us and everyone had a comfortable bed. Three levels so lots of stairs, but this was fine for our group.

Our family stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. The host and staff are amazing…easy to communicate with and very attentive to guest needs. A perfect location close to everything, shopping, eating and steps to the beach front. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Extremely clean and great communication with management! Plenty of space. Not the best equipped kitchen if you really plan to cook--dishes, utensils, cookware really need updating. Light bulbs out and some hardware sitting around that needed to be installed--we fixed the hardware issue, but we did not replace the burnt out bulbs. Easy 3 block commute to beach. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, this might not be your choice--lots of noise from neighboring townhouses.

The property was very clean and as described in the listing. The property manager was very communicative and provided a link to a guest portal to easily access need to know information throughout our stay. The location is very noisy, however, with street traffic at all hours. It didn’t bother us, but something worth considering.

The house was very clean and spacious. The parking spots were easy access to load and unload the car. Would have liked more outdoor furniture. We usually like to sit outside as a family but there were only chairs for two.

We attended a wedding for the weekend and we were in the perfect location staying here. The accommodations were excellent for the six of us. It was exceptionally clean and plenty of room for all of us. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. The wedding venue was a short drive from our stay.
I would definitely return and recommend this house and would enjoy staying here again.

We had a wonderful visit - lots of room for the family and a great home base. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. Kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed. Great vacation

Great place if you want to be near the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again. If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you. We had left an item accidentally after check out and owners were helpful allowing us back in to retrieve it.

We rented this condo for a girls weekend away in Virginia Beach. It was very clean and spacious - plenty of room for four of us. The kitchen was nice and having laundry and 4 bathrooms in the condo was great. It was a good location for walking to the beach, restaurants, etc. We appreciated the noise machines provided in the bedrooms because the street traffic was very loud at night. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again!

This house was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy. We were close to everywhere we needed to go and the location made walking to restaurants very nice. We even enjoyed a bit of the beach. Thank you very much. Hope to see you soon.

Very clean property and only a few blocks from the beach. We were not aware it was 3 stories but were able to figure out sleeping arrangements that worked.

Perfect stay
We had such an amazing time. The townhouse is within walking distance to beach and several restaurants. It was very clean and when we needed something, the owner came to our rescue. Thank you for an awesome time!

We stayed a week with the family and enjoyed the entire trip. No issues with the property at all.

Excellent customer service, the host was very helpful with our needs. We actually stayed for two weeks, the first week in a two bedroom house managed by the same host and the second week in a four bedroom. The host made our transition very easy with no worries. I would highly Recommend staying here and will try to stay with them in the future.

A short walk to the beach
The house was amazing. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, feeling brand new. Beach decor, practical, easy to maintain clean, loved the back entrance and parking. We loved the location, walk distance to the beach, near restaurants and shops, but remember this all attracts night life. Front road is super busy. Sounded like cars speeding, racing, noisy mufflers all night, specially Saturday night. Other than that amazing location for young people to go out and about.

22nd Street is the main road out of town and gets a lot of loud traffic, even late into the night. Folks on that side of the house will need to tolerate that road noise.

Beautiful space. Large rooms. Advertising was accurate. No surprises.
Excellent communication with property owners. We had a problem with the company they use to rent a grill and the owners were very helpful and stayed on top of the issue. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

I thought the listing said there would be a grill but that didn’t really take away from the experience. We plan to return next year.

Stayed at the property with friends for MDW. Place was clean and perfect for our stay. Able to communicate concerns very easily and had a great time. Would recommend!
