Great property for a family with a dog, especially if you like to take your dog on walks in different terrain. Elder Lake is just down the street but there's also the larger Woodland Lake a short hike away. The home was well-stocked and clean.

Great stay, great location, no real issues. Pretty seamless.

We were attending a wedding at the nearby venue The Greenhouse, so my girlfriend and I, her mother, and her niece (and 3 toddlers) stayed at the cabin. It was a busy weekend, so we didn't get to relax and enjoy the amenities as much as we would have liked, but it's a great place. GREAT internet, which is rare in places like this. The kitchen was used extensively, and generally had everything we needed. We also brought our dog along, and he enjoyed the stay as well. Plenty of room for him to do his business. Lots of great walking routes too. This is listed in the description, but for further info for those that want to stay - the residence is situated on the crest of a hilly area. This means both routes to the house have considerable steep inclines to reach it. Our vehicles (VW SUV and 2WD Tacoma truck) were able to do this no problem with good weather. In winter I would not doubt the warning - bring a capable vehicle and probably chains. Overall we really liked the place and will likely try to stay again.

Fantastic cabin, super clean, beautiful and equipped with everything you need to just have a good time with your loved ones. It is also very well located, with a gorgeous view to the lake. It is now on my favorite list. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin. So pretty and nicely decorated. Loved the huge “mud room” that connects the main living area to the outside deck. Very clean. Loved the close proximity to Elder Lake as well as the short hiking trail to Woodland Lake. Very nicely maintained property. We were sad not to be able to have nightly fires at the fire pit as the fire pit area looked so fun to gather around, but that was due to the fire restrictions in the area. Beautiful deck to relax on. Overall a great stay and we would rent again when coming to this area.

Very clean, comfortable cabin with incredible deck to hang out on and view the wild life from deer to coyotes and water fowl. Close to town and very quiet.

We were all thrilled with this cabin! It is beautifully decorated and every square inch of this place from top to bottom, inside and out, was immaculately clean! The furniture from couches to beds were super comfy and having the extra sheets for our pets was so nice! We felt right at home here! The ktchen was well stocked, had everthing we needed and more! Basic spices to get you started, some ziplocks and foil etc...the appliances are new, clean and efficient! And the entire kitchen is beautiful! The deck and view amazing, quiet, safe neighborhood.. we didnt catch any fish here, but not for lack of trying! Its was really fun to walk right down your driveway to the lake! The outdoor gated area for the dogs was perfect and just what we needed! Allowed them to be safe and secure when doing their thing! We did bring a fold up card table to block off the stairs so they could hang out with us on the deck! I am so glad we rented this vrbo and we WILL be back! Dont hesitate to rent this place its awsome!

This was a perfect getwaway for a much needed long holiday weekend. The property and its location were amazing.

Beautiful neighborhood, great yard with rocks and decorations. Lovely patios! We didn’t know there was a cabin directly below the front deck with a large noisy family and a terrifying booming barking Rottweiler or whatever breed. We would not have booked the cabin if we knew the proximity of the deck to the house below. because that is where we spend most of our time.

We had such a great time at your cabin home. The back deck was such a wonderful space and we enjoyed walking to the lake and in the neighborhood. The home was so clean and my questions were immediately responded to when they came up. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Very easy check-in/out. Lots of games to keep entertained and a nice patio to relax and hangout. The lake was a short walk away and could be seen from the patio. Would stay again.

Very comfortable to sit out on the patio among the lush green pines with a lake view. It was also very quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was peaceful and serene. The house was clean, comfortable, had all of the comforts of home. :-)

We had fun fishing and hiking. It was very spacious and relaxing.

This property was great. The location was amazing and close to multiple lakes for fishing. We brought a small dog and the house was perfect for the pup. We had 4 adults and had plenty of space for all of us.

We went to celebrate my daughters birthday. We were worried as it had been raining the whole time getting there. The road to get up to the property is dirt and steap. We had no issues one of us in a clutch and the other an SUV. The property was amazing. Very clean and fit the four of us nicely. We loved the fireplace and the quite. We would love to come back to the property in the summer.

Everything was great!

Really beautiful spot on Elder Lake. Quiet neighborhood. Saw deer grazing and playing in the yard/nearby. There's another amazing lake within walking distance and it has a great walking paved path, tennis courts, hiking trails and playground for kids. So much fun. If you are going in a rainy or wet season, you definitely need 4 wheel drive to get up road to the property. Would definitely consider renting again! We had a great time.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, fully stocked with everything you need, great location, pet friendly, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend for others is bring a flashlight for the enclosed dog area, there is no lighting if you need to take your dogs out after dark.
