We were so happy with the location and quality of this rental. Everything in the property was as detailed in the listing and pictures accurately reflected the property. The location was ideal. We would absolutely stay at this property again and will hopefully have availability for the next vacation we book to Orange Beach.

The views from the balcony are AMAZING! We’ve never stayed on that side of the beach and I must say it was very quiet. I loved that we could relax without all of the noise.

Relaxing

We’ve been looking for the perfect condo to stay in for our girls trip and this is the one! We can’t say enough good stuff about our trip! From the location to the room and everywhere in between. We couldn’t have asked for a better place! We will definitely be back. Also, the security for the place was great. We have little girls and we felt safe the entire stay.

The condo was very nice, it was clean and had the necessities. The balcony looks out onto the beach, they also have some beach toys. The bedrooms were clean along with the beds. We stayed at this condo for hangout fest and it was perfect, the shuttle picked up right in front of the complex. The pools and amenities are very nice. This room is right by the elevator so you do not have to track your stuff far, you cannot hear the elevators in the room! Awesome stay, would for sure book again! The owners are very friendly and they communicate fast and efficiently!

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and updated. The location could not have been any better! The beach access was very easy. John and Pam were wonderful to work with and communication was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Everything was clean and nice. The only negative was that the master bath shower didn’t drain well. It could use some work. Thanks for the nice home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix.

We enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves while out on the balcony. The walkway access to the beach made it easy to get there with little ones. Grocery stores were a short drive away.

We were only able to get away for the weekdays, but the resort was great, the room was clean and accommodating. The owner communicated with us and was very thorough, which is very much appreciated.

The condo looked just as listed. It was adequately stocked with all that was needed. But the best thing about it was it was very clean! Specifically the master bathroom which means so much!! I would definitely stay in this specific unit again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The unit was clean and beautiful! John was great to work with. The view to the ocean was amazing and the beach was very clean. We also really enjoyed the large pool and other amenities. Highly recommend this place!

Great location and property for a family vacation.

Unit was very refreshing and big enough for 4 adults and 5 littles!! It was very clean and well maintained!! The girls were NOT fans of the sofa bed, springs were constantly poking them!! I used my own wi-fi but the others said they couldn't get any service!! Elevators were very slow and we always had to wait in line to get on!! Pool and pool area was very nice!! Location to the beach was awesome!! We will definitely try to book this unit again!!

All the rooms were beautiful very clean. Easy access to the beach from the building private walkway, kitchen had everything we needed. Tv for the kids in the heat of the day. Perfect view from the balcony, lots of dolphins very playful. Love this place!!!

The condo was in a great location and near family that were there vacationing also. The beach views were breathtaking.

From the time we booked the property all the way to checkout, everything was seamless! The unit was spotless and in a great location. The owners were very easy to deal with and communicating was seamless. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Check in was easy. Amenities were excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to pool and beach. Security guards checked wrist bands and were roaming the property on a very regular basis I felt very safe and comfortable. Beach was very clean! Condo was so comfortable we will book again soon!!

Overall was a great stay. Had some minor issues with check-in. Guard at the guard-shack on night shift was rude to me about having the temporary parking pass while their system was down.

We came to Orange Beach with our son and his family. The accomodations were great, the view was awesome. The property was clean and perect size for us.

After a change of plans, my tennis friends and I decided to find a condo on the beach for a few days of relaxing, good food and some tennis/pickle ball. So glad I found this condo. It was right on the beach, easy to get to, very nice and clean, had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in was easy and front desk personel were friendly and knowledgeable. The owners were quick to respond with information and answered all my questions and concerns. The only complaints I might have is the condition of the tennis/pickle ball courts, which was no fault of the owners. Out of four tennis courts only one was playable and it had pickle ball courts lines drawn on it making it somewhat confusing. The two pickle ball courts weren't playable at all which is why they probably had marked off the tennis court with one. However, there wasn't anyone else there playing, so we were able to use the one court for both. All in all we had a great few days of fun, relaxing, playing tennis/pickle ball and eating some great food. We would definitely return again and hopefully the courts will have been re-surfaced.

The property made our stay so nice. Everything was right across from the best places in town!! Even when it rained, we were able to go places & have fun!!
