Location is perfect. The condo needed cleaning

It's very easy to stay here. It's less than a mile north of the bridge from San Pedro, and there is security up front that keeps track of people coming and going. This particular condo is one of my favorites because you get a nice view of both the lagoon side and the Caribbean side. It's beautiful. They light the grounds up at night, which looks cozy. They also have a really nice pool with a ledge that is less than 12" deep, perfect for little kids to play safely. The people here are fantastic.

Our concierge was on top of every thing … the rental, repairs as needed, excursions, flight tickets & golf cart rental (top notch with Deluxe). The photos from Vrbo were somewhat outdated, but the place was pleasant. The cookware was a disappointment but everything else’s was OK or better. I was super happy to be on the top floor! We had a great view of the sea and both sunrises & sunsets. The crocs in the laguna were a major source of enjoyment.

This condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to a coffee shop, grocery store and other restaurants. The staff are very friendly!

Our stay offered all of the convenience we needed for our long vacation. Simple grocery for cooking in the full kitchen and cafe vibes within walking distance. Pool access when we wanted to stay closer to home. Lots of options for restaurants just a few minutes drive away. During the hot days having AC was a welcome reprieve. Lourdes provided great recommendations for local activities and made coordination for our arrangements seamless overall. For folks looking to enjoy some picture perfect sunrises and sunsets, this is a great place to post up in San Pedro.

I would like to say, I loved this place but I can’t. First, for the money Vacasa charges the home owner, this place was not ready to rent. To start, open electrical outlet boxes. (Wiring exposed)Towel rods missing. Peeling paint, doors that do not shut without binding on the floor. Doors to the outside that do not close, allowing noise from the busy street to enter. Finally, as I was trying to finalize our trip, I needed to contact Vacasa for the gold standard certificate and the itinerary that is required with each person name. The Vacasa web site showed two number, both not working. It took me knowing someone on ambergris key to contact Vacasa to return my call. I will say the security team and front gate team where awesome and fun.

Lovely large condo. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms, and most of what one needs to prepare meals; though restaurants are easy access by golf cart. The lagoon side of the resort is very pretty. The sea view unfortunately is not as beautiful. Construction of buildings and the road was a bit of a drawback. That said - the evenings are pretty peaceful. And Belize is darn special. The folks at Vacasa are very responsive and extremely helpful
