Our unit had a couple minor issues that will need to be fixed, to which we submitted to the property rental agency. Otherwise, it was very spacious and comfortable! It provided everything we needed during our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean!

This condo was very clean, but was NOT OCEANVIEW! We saw water, but no ocean. Very unhappy when i pay a premium price for " oceanfront" and there isnt any. This location is 100% misleading. Also wasnt made aware of construction going on. The owner should give me a partial refund, i will never go back. Ruined our vacation, when im used to listening to waves crash, and you dont hear that at all?? Totally disappointed!

My husband and I rented this unit for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. Wonderful unit with amazing views! Very well maintained and well located. The staff were professional & friendly, food at the onsite restaurants was excellent, and we enjoyed the SiSpa experience.

They do need to upgrade the mattress and have a slow close toilet seat. Very annoying for such a upscale place. Very nice though and enjoyed it.

We had a great time! Amazing balcony! We loved it!

Kids loved the beach and the pool. Tons to do without leaving the property. The room was perfect for a family with 2 young kids too.

Property came as listed. Kitchen was clean and offered all the basics. They provided a few days worth of toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, 2 days worth of coffee. We had access to everything expect the beach chairs which were an addition cost. Excellent view of the intercostal and ocean. Workout room is nice, clean. The food is average and expect to overpay for everything.

We stayed here while my son played in Jupiter baseball PG tournament. What a great place and fun for the boys to hit the beach after the games.

Everything was excellent. No surprises. We were visiting family for the weekend and this was a great place to unwind

The location was great and the overall property was clean. There were several options when it came to eating. I would recommend this property to others.

What a delight our trip was! I was worried about the fact that we weren’t renting directly from Marriott, but the differences were pretty minor. Singer Island Property management was terrific to work with - responsive and helpful with recommendations. The room was gorgeous - brochure-ready views from the windows and balcony, able to enjoy the ocean, the inter coastal, and the beautiful protected land immediately adjacent to the property. Clean and spacious. Full kitchen - we ordered food from Publix and had it delivered, made our own breakfast and lunches when we wanted a break from the beach. Shout out to both concierge- Frank and Shawn - who were very generous with their time and had great recommendations. The indoor bar at 3800 Ocean had amazing bartenders - ask for their smoked old fashioned, you won’t regret it! Pools are crowded but not ridiculous - was able to get a chair pretty easily. Beach was gorgeous. Singer Island is 90% residential, so plan on driving/Uber-Ing if you want to go to off property restaurants. Recommend u-Tiki in Jupiter and Sailfish Marina restaurant. We had a lovely, relaxing trip. Look forward to returning again .. and maybe we’ll bring the kids this time. Maybe.

We stayed at a privately owned unit. We were surprised when they told us to take our chaise lounges that were in the room slightly out of the way near the public beach. It’s a bit of walk through pool area to the beach.

Overall excellent time! Accommodations were very comfortable.

Easy drive from FLL. Nice beach. Well appointed room. Good for families.

Place was beautiful great location. While we didnt book through Marriott directly (we used VRBO) I thought the hotel staff could have been friendlier especially the front desk staff. When we asked for something like toilet paper or a blanket we were constantly told to call the outside owner and not given any assistance

The facility is nice but for the cost you should have at least some house keeping included and more than 1 towel per person for 4 days.

This clean and well-equipped condo, with sparkling pools and beach access offered a wonderful experience for me and my small family.

Property is a fine resort. Obviously a great location and well maintained. The front desk staff are nice and pleasant but certainly not at the top tier of sharp , outstanding approach to customer service . Very expensive and obligatory valet is not acceptable . What about choices?? And there was definitely a lack of a consistency with door men. Brenda the concierge was very nice and helpful the one time I need her assistance. The Starbucks was a convenient service . The staff very dull and lacklustre. Beach service hut not opening before 9am is not conducive to us sun rise guests . But the staff was friendly. All in all a good property and yes I’d go back .

We had a great weekend on Singer Island!

Great property and unit. This was the 2nd time we stayed in this unit and it did not disappoint. Had a minor issue upon check in and the rental company was very responsive and took care of it immediately. Will definitely rent again

Horrible customer service from rental company. Had a couple of issues during our stay and they never got back to us. The building is nice but all units are inidividually owned, so caveat emptor!(the Marriott blames unit owners, and unit owners blame the Marriott). I was told there were 3 restaurants on site, actually there is only 1. The other 2 are just outside bars by the pool and beach. Beach is small and rocky, I’ve been to alot nicer Florida beaches south of here. Definitely overpriced and I wouldn’t be surprised most if not ALL of these 5 star reviews on here are from unit owners trying to get individuals to rent their places!!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone headed to the West Palm area.
