While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Firstly, the advertised elevator was not working during our visit, which was a disappointment as we had guests who were handicap. Additionally, the pool's waterfall pump was not functioning, which was a minor inconvenience but still a letdown as we were drawn to the property for its beautiful pool features. Furthermore, we encountered difficulties with the fire pit, as it would not stay lit despite our efforts. Even though the outdoor space is beautiful, the cushions on the outdoor furniture were damaged and ripped, prompting us to cover them with towels for comfort. The pool and hot tub controllers were difficult to operate, requiring us to reach out to the property managers whenever we wanted to use them. Lastly, although it was still functional for doing laundry, the washing machine was leaking. Despite these setbacks, the property was beautiful, the location was excellent, and we appreciated the efforts of the property managers to address our concerns promptly. However, the lack of functional amenities and maintenance issues were significant drawbacks to our overall experience. We hope that these issues can be resolved for future guests to ensure a more seamless and enjoyable stay.

This property was amazing, extremely well appointed, plenty of room for everyone. It was quite a treat to stay in the mansion, and we have already requested the future booking at this location. The management team is fantastic and takes care of any requests or questions immediately. I highly recommend this property.

We booked the property for a weekend getaway with friends. Leading up to the property communication was great except for a couple of days when the property manager was unreachable. She did eventually contact me and gave her phone # to text and was responsive after that. During the stay, the property manager team was highly responsive, attending to multiple issues we had (gate wasn’t properly locking, pool was not clean, basketballs and tennis balls were missing / flat). Overall the property is as advertised, but a bit dated from the pictures. The cushions on all the outdoor furniture are stained / dirty. Pool towels missing in the main bathroom (but advertised by property team), and body wash / toiletries missing in multiple bathrooms). Additionally, the pool remote wasn’t turning on all of the pool amenities consistently. The property is massive, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. We had a good time at the property and would recommend it if the property team would make some updates to the potentially visible and quicker to fix issues.

With the amount of money you spend on this rental, you expect everything to work. It does not. The elevator is broken. the handyman told us because tit cost $10,000 to fix the owners have refused to do it because they don’t want to spend money. The house is three stories with long marble spiral staircases on each floor. There is no one to drag your suitcases from the garage on the first floor to the five bedrooms on the third floor. There’s no one to bring the groceries up from the garage to the kitchen on the second floor if you are not in shape this house is not for you. When we arrived at the house, the air conditioner did not work on the third floor, which comprises about half of the entire third floor. There was a loud roaring noise in one of the other bedrooms on the third floor, it was so loud it rendered this room in operable. Again the handyman told us the owners knew the air was broken and chose not to fix it because they thought we wouldn’t notice. I took them three days to fix the AC. It was 90° outside it was miserable. The grill, popcorn machine, the ice machine in the freezer, the washing machine, the fountain in the pool, the hot tub heater, the pool remote, the garage remote, the gate fins, and about half of the TVs in the house ARE ALL BROKEN. All of the outdoor, patio furniture, dining chairs and living room furniture were ripped and torn. Not worth the money. Stay somewhere else!!!!!!

Unbelievable Home, for an unbelievable trip. While there were some minor things that needed addressed - the staff was so quick to attend to our needs.

Wow. We had the absolute best time at the house this past weekend! I was with 10 girls who would also give it a 10/10 review- the place was clean, we all had our own bathrooms (huge) and the staff was overly helpful. Will most definitely be back!!
