The house was perfect for our family spring break. Really liked the location of the house. Not right in the middle of all the attractions but just close enough.

10 of us and we never bumped into each other! Sleeps like a seven bedroom five bathroom fantastic beach house! Didn't know how to lock the upstairs door on the porch, so if you go and stay you lift up on the handle and then turn the knob Locker. The pool is the size of a Jacuzzi so don't expect to be doing laps, but it was fun for the little kids to get in! The beach is steps from your back door. The boardwalk is fantastic. We didn't have to use the elevator but it is there. Washer and dryer is quiet. Dishwasher actually washes the dishes. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. And the best part is our downstairs master had the best firm mattress out of our last seven vacations!

The open view to the ocean is beautiful. The balconies are spacious and plenty seating. Even though we didn't get to spend time on the balcony we enjoyed our morning and nightly devotions and playing games. Summer Lovin is located in a great area and if you want to cook it is very well stocked. We could not lock the back door so called them and someone came out very quickly but it turned out we just didn't know how to do it. You have to lift up the handle and turn the lock at the same time. Lol The elevator was a great plus. I recommend Summer Lovin and we will be back.

We loved our stay and found the accommodations great for our family of 11, which included four couples, including one couple with a disabled young adult, one couple in their nineties and who needed the elevator, and two other adults who needed their own rooms. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, the easy and private access to the beach, the large deck, the fireplace, and all the natural light in the common space. Might want to update a mattress or two in the bunk room, install grab bars in one of the bathrooms, and allow more time to get dishes cleaned and put away and towels washed. At the end of our visit it seemed that the fridge/freezer were not cooling adequately. Would love to make a return visit to this spot of paradise!

Perfect house for our group of 9. Enough seating in the living room, dining room and the Porch outside. Walk out to beach was perfect. We politely request that the living room furniture be replaced. One recliner was broken and you sink into both couches. They are past their life. Hopefully the owners will do that and we will go back next year. No need to hunt for another house. This one was perfect.

This property checked all the boxes for us . Any complaints I have would approach nitpicking. I would rebook this property if we revisit the area

We loved our stay at “Summer Lovin’”. From the time we arrived til the last moments of our stay we felt at home and comfortable and safe. The elevator was key for our needs. There were some issues with different aspects of the house, but Susan always responded promptly and had the problem resolved in a timely manner. Great location, great management, beautiful beach. We loved the boardwalk as well and the outside shower.

Location was great, right on the beach, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Three generations. Children from 10 mo. to 12 yrs. Plenty of rooms and privacy for all. Convenient access to the beach that was a game changer for parents of young ones. The small wading pool was a cool respite for the young ones, also.

We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Lovin’. The property was beautiful and was spacious enough for all 14 of us! One of our grandsons is in a wheelchair and the elevator came in handy. The only negative is the condo across the street with public access to the beach. You have to set up very early in the morning or people will set up directly in front of the house. By mid morning the beach was very crowded. Other than that the property was perfect!

Nice to have a second refrigerator downstairs for drinks. The carport is perfect for setting up cornhole boards! The chairs on the beach facing patio are the perfect place for morning coffee. And of course being beachfront was perfect! Already booked for next year! Also we did Sandcastle University! She came right to us at the beach in front of the house. It was so much fun. Ate at The Flying Harpoon which is a favorite!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house was setup perfectly for a large group with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was large enough to feed everyone at the same time, and stocked with everything you need. The back porch is amazing. Loved our stay, and will definitely be back next year!

The views from the decks were amazing. The sun room on the top level and the covered decks were perfect for the days it rained. We had extended family with all ages staying here and it worked so well--the shaded porch was really comfortable on hot days and the boardwalk made it easy to go back and forth to the house. My MIL really appreciated the elevator--it helped her be able to participate more! We highly recommend this property.

We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family and friends. It was clean and had lots of beach accessories and the shower to rinse off before going up was amazing! We really enjoyed our trip and will be back again!
