Loved the amenities of the property! The condo was super clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need.

Every aspect was on point- no complaints

Every thing was great, except the TV was to complicated. I think the remotes need new batteries?

We had a great to Orange Beach and our stay at the Phoenix6 Condo. This 2 bedroom condo was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. We will be back again...hopefully soon!

Our stay was very nice. The only problem was the painting of the balcony which we realize has to be done but made it difficult to set out or have our door open due to the smell being so strong.

This property was charming! It was the right amount of beachy with an upscale touch. Meticulously clean, beds slept great, and perfect roomy balcony. A nice selection of music available to suit any vibe.Would book this same condo again.

Furniture not very comfortable to sit on. Needs serious updating. Bed was very comfortable. Condos by pool should be monitored. They had 2 families next to each other smoking marijuana on patio day and evening. Also, smoking by pool area marijuana. Other then this, I would stay again.

Loved this unit! It's perfect for 2 people who like their own space. High quality TVs, tons of natural light, and a breathtaking view of the beach.

When everyone is still talking about the vacation then it was a great vacation! Even my 90 year old mother. Everything was as pictured but even better! Every detail down to the porch chairs was chosen for comfort and to make your vacation easier. It was perfect for us! Thank you! We will be back.

We enjoyed staying at the Phoenix VI. It had lots of amenities for our kids and kept them really busy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a busy week for vacationers, but we never felt crowded at the pool or beach.

We really enjoyed the stay. Condo was very suitable for 2 couples. Everything was as described. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Property was just as advertised--and super clean. We met friends and had a wonderful week. Kitchen was well supplied. Would have liked a little book suggesting favorite restaurants by owner and renters as well. We had "the best shrimp in the known civilized world" at Doc's and we agreed with the ad. Would definitely rent from this owner again.

It was just my husband and I on this trip. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and everything was perfect. The balcony view and chairs were great!

Lovely location and plenty to do in the area.

The highlight of the unit is the balcony with extremely comfortable furniture. Here we spent many hours enjoying the view and sounds of the gulf while visiting, reading, enjoying meals and painting. The unit itself is very well stocked (we enjoy cooking on vacation) and was clean and comfortable. So happy for Wifi and cable access...we brought along our Roku for streaming and smart device to catch local news. So, in addition to all the enjoyment of the beach, we had some tastes of home and regular life. Loads of good restaurants close by and unending trails for hiking, too.

Condo was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. We were done for business so we’re not able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked. But we were able to enjoy the balcony and saw beautiful sunsets and sun rises.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The property was very clean and matched the description and pictures. The location was perfect being close to restaurants and shopping in a very safe area. The indoor swimming pool was perfect and the views and beach was great. However, the keypad to get into the condo didn't work properly. You would input the code and the keypad would turn green and you could hear the door unlock, but the door wouldn't open. You would have to input the code numerous times, at times up to 5, in order to open the door. I tried calling the number for the company in which I booked, but they were closed and did not offer to leave a voicemail or after hours number. The front desk could not do anything. I emailed and someone called me stating they know of the issue and had parts ordered and to get a physical key from the front desk. However, when I went to the front desk, they had no idea what I was talking about and refused to give me a key. So, we just had to risk it during our entire stay hoping the door would open .

This property is beautiful. We visited off season and were happy to have the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi amenities.

We really appreciated the pair of onsite Level 2 EV chargers. The property is nice and we enjoyed the local restaurants.

We always love the orange beach area. The condo is conveniently located, clean and safe. The kitchen is well stocked with anything we needed to make small meals. The pool area is nice, and the beach and beach view from the condo could not have been more perfect. Can’t wait to go again!

Our 11th-floor suite at Phoenix VI offered a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the Perdido Key jetty, both teeming with dolphins (and jellyfish) as the calendar turned to October. Several affordable waterfront restaurants are within a mile, including a short beach stroll to Latitude 30, which is well hidden within another resort. Our 7-year-old granddaughter enjoyed the little Adventure Island amusement park nearby. We walked miles in Gulf Shores State Park but need to take a bike next time! Autumn, of course, is hurricane season, and Ian was ravaging Florida at the time, but the Panhandle weather was spectacular. We'll roll the dice again next year.

Lots of amenities, had tons of cookware and anything you would need in the kitchen! Plenty of towels and washcloths also. Clean, beautiful decor, comfy beds.
