It would be helpful if Smart TV's were in each room. We did go out and purchase ROKU sticks for use when we were there. I requested a description of the bedroom configuration for the 2 bed room and was told there was a king size bed and a queen but on arrival it was a queen and double bunk beds.

The condos were perfect for our family of 8 adults and three littles age 2 and under. The view from the balcony was perfect. Orange Beach was a nice place to visit.

We love the area however we will not stay at this location again. It was not clean at all… the floors, linens, dirty dishes hidden in cabinets etc. The sliding doors were broken . I expected so much more especially considering the cost. So disappointing!!

We had a large group: 6 adults and 6 six kids. The place was perfect for our needs, and we didn’t have any issues that came up. The beach was never too crowded. Would definitely stay again.

The double condo was perfect for our 9 adults and one teenager. It was quiet at night and an easy walk to the beach during the day. The kids went deep sea fishing and scored a bunch of red/black snapper and one hooked a shark. It was a great week. The owner was so nice to work with when there was a small leak in one of the bathrooms. The condo's two kitchens were well equipped to cook anything for dinner. Thanks for a memorable experience.

We had two sets of grandparents, three teenage girls and one late teen boy and had plenty of room. Main Kitchen in 405 was well equipped and the location on the beach was great. Great communication from the property owner. The Phoenix facilities do a nice job with maintaining the properties. Also had 4 elevators which is a huge plus...and more than other locations.

Very nice, lots of space. Mainly used the bigger/nicer kitchen. Well stocked. Walking distance to some restaurants. Indoor pool access was clutch for the kids.

We had a large group of 17 people and this place was more than accommodating! Plenty of space for us to spread out and the double kitchen was an added bonus. The 2 balconies were also a nice feature as we spent plenty of time on them. The indoor & outdoor pools were very nice and the close beach access was ideal for our group. We’d definitely be back!

This condo is phenomenal! Lots of room! 12 family members stayed here & 13 additional family members joined us for meals. We never felt crowded, more than enough room for 25 people, 4 generations ranging in age from 9 mos to 84 years. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach & in this condo! We will be back again!!

The combination of both condos was the perfect fit for our stay with friends! View was great and very comfortable. We had 5 motorcycles and they were very accommodating!

We loved the location and was well worth it!!! Great communication. Will rent it again. Had an issue with one of the washers. ( as we rented 2 units. And owner made it right. They had a new washer installed during our stay. Owners are top notch. I recommend you stay here.

One of the beds were broke and the owner quickly resolved it. We made lots of memories and the condo was spacious enough for our company.

awesome week and nice property. needs some updates (stove old, sinks in bathrooms stained, cosmetic mostly). unit met all of our functional needs in everyway. The owners need to discuss the elevator situation (3 of 4 were down at one time). overall great week. we are bikers and had great rides.

We had a great stay here. We always struggle to find enough room and parking passes for our big family, but this worked perfectly; we traveled with 16 and everyone had plenty of room. It was a great condo, convenient to all of our favorite places to go and having 2 washers/dryers, 2 kitchens, etc. was definitely a perk. The owner was very easy to communicate and work with. We would definitely recommend.

Everything went well!

We rented this condo for an extended family vacation and were pleased. The double condo is laid out nicely with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living room areas and 2 kitchens. We utilized all available sleeping space, including the two pull out sofas in the living areas. Overall, it was nice, but could use a few updates and a deep clean (the floor made our bare feet dirty from day 1, the dust ruffles on the beds were dingy/dirty, the tubs/shower need a scrubbing), but we enjoyed our stay none the less. We checked in well after 4pm and the cleaning crew was still there when we arrived and there were no clean towels (they were in the washing machine and hadn’t been started yet), but this wasn’t a big deal for us. The building is in a good location with lots of restaurant, grocery and entertainment options nearby. The pool area was great and we never had to fight for chairs or space and they are very tolerant of adult beverages by the pool and music. There are several grills for guest use, as well as a couple large tables for picnicking. The gym had treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and a few machines, but no free weights or very much space for non-machine workouts. The beach was busy, but not overcrowded and there are chair/umbrella rentals available. The building has 24/7 guarded entry and you do have to pay for parking. Would recommend and stay again.

We had a great time at this condo. We loved the size of this double condo. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for all. It was great having 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms. Our group ranged in age from 15-71.

My family and I had the 5 bedroom that sleeps 18 although we did not need all the space it was perfect!

The double condo was wonderful for several families to gather together. Children could use one living area and adults the other living area. The balcony and view were perfect.

While there were inescapable circumstances that shortened our trip, I would be remissed not to give a solid review based solely on the property and is owner. Gerarda is exactly the type of owner you would want to rent from. She was prompt in her replies, very engaging, and I enjoyed multiple conversations where we learned of each other's families. The units were a perfect fit for our family and would recommend anyone looking to enjoy some time at the beach to stay here. Thank you!
