Stayed at home while attending a conference with several colleagues. Plenty of room, easy walk to waterfront conference center. Living room is beautifully decorated.

This was a girls trip. The property is in a great location with so many bars and restaurants nearby and very centrally located to all that you will want to do in San Diego. JD, the property owner is incredibly responsive and was very helpful.

A great place to stay for a local convention - went very well. As advertised and no issues!

We had a great stay! The only thing to note is that upstairs there is one bathroom inside the primary bedroom so the other two guests will need to go through the primary bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not ideal for an all adult group but we managed. Otherwise we loved the home. It was clean and exactly like the photos. Beautiful decorations, art, and furniture. The updated bathrooms were beautiful and had great showers. Clean kitchen with coffee. Would definitely recommend! Host was available to answer any questions and the check in process was simple.

JD was a great host: excellent communicator, friendly and easy to chat with. Property is very nice and well cleaned. Location is very good, and walkable to many activities.

JD is a fantastic host, detail-oriented, and very communicative. The interior of the property is beautifully designed. The house is well-stocked and full of amenities, which is rare for many rentals. The location of this property is within walking distance of several attractions. JD has the house well-secured, so we felt safe while sleeping at night. We would definitely stay here again!

House was very comfortable and perfectly located downtown. The kitchen is very nicely set up and the grocery stores close by made it very convenient to cook at home.

Unique spacious home designed with high-end flair. Beautifully laid out over three levels to provide maximum privacy. Perfect location for Gaslamp Quarter and the Convention Center. It was nice to have a garage, but once the car was parked, it hardly moved since we walked almost everywhere. JD is an exceptional caring host and everything was in tip-top-shape! We LOVED our stay!

Our visit to San Diego was for an event at the Convention Center. We walked each day to and from the center without any issues. Was nice and quiet at night. The place was very clean and had no issues with anything at the property. I recommend going out at night with more than one person. The homeless population is growing and you have to walk in the street in some areas. We did not have any issues in getting around, but definitely something to be aware of as you go out at night.

Beautiful property. So rare to have so many separate beds. Communication with owner was easy, quick, and accurate. Had a great time and would stay again.

The condo was a good find for a group of 40+ friends vacationing in San Diego.

The layout worked great to have a couple people on each floor with plenty of room in the living room, a great kitchen and good accessibility to downtown. Super helpful host!

Attended a seminar and place was in a nice location and very comfy. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room.

Everything in the home was top notch and lacking nothing. The beds were all very comfortable and the decor provided for a very relaxing atmosphere.

We had four old friends attending a meeting at the convention center. BD’a place is a lovely 15min walk - and easy walk to waterfront locations. Some of us also worked remotely some days- and the place is set up for privacy (and 2 outdoor locations have great WiFi too) BD was very accommodating with a minor issue, and we were able to store our bags before checkin. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great for a weekend in San Diego!

This property is exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect spot for a girls getaway and the property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

The property was perfect for our group. Enough beds for everyone, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was also close to many of the places we visited. Host was great as well!

The condo worked perfectly for our needs - easy to walk to convention center, restaurants, etc. Having a garage was key for us as we also needed a care while in town. With only street parking available, this was a wonderful benefit. Sadly, San Diego is overrun with homeless who have a street encampment just on the next block over. We were always in a group so we didn't feel it was unsafe, but could be unsettling for children or someone traveling alone. It's too bad they can't find a better solution for these people because it seems like a public health issue - especially during a pandemic. Otherwise - the condo is GREAT - owner was GREAT! Would definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for the 7 adults that went to the GCSAA conference. The house was a 10 min walk to the convention center. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough out of the downtown Gaslamp district to have a quieter area to sleep. Beds were very comfortable, house was well stocked and appointed. I highly recommend. JD (owner) was easy to communicate with and answered all questions before they were asked.

The property was amazing in a prime location allowing us to easily travel to multiple attractions and dining.

JD was very helpful with recommendations for food and entertainment. He was very quick with responses. The property was clean, comfy beds, great linens, well-stocked kitchen... most anything you would want is there. There was an issue with one bedroom being accessed thru the kitchen. The bedroom door is a sliding barn door, and our guest in that room commented they could hear everything from the kitchen and living room. So we would try VERY hard not to make noise in the morning making coffee etc. but it was difficult. Or watching tv in the living room adjacent to the kitchen. The loft bedroom has no bathroom so the guest has to go in the master bedroom and use that bath. There is no hall or common area bathroom. Only baths in the bedrooms. These weren't huge problems, just inconveniences. All stairs on 3 levels so probably not a great choice for families with smaller children.

Very good. Only cleanliness issue was all of the windows need cleaning..

We have stayed at this home in the past and enjoyed the location, house decor, and easy communications with the owner.

The house is gorgeous. It is so well done, spacious and has everything needed. It’s also in a great location with easy walking to the Gaslamp, pier and park. I had 8 people stay, and everyone loved the house. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The hosts are great and so accommodating. They’re right there if you need anything, and are willing to help. I appreciated being a guest in their home. I would definitely rent this house again.
