What an amazing place to vacay! The unit is just as described! The choices of wall colors, furnishings, appliances, linens, even the kitchen spices were all top notch! The spacious balcony had eight beautiful rocking chairs that made the view, watching the sun rise and set all worth it! Check in and out was a breeze, we had beach chairs at our leisure and I loved this condo for vacationing with 3 generations! They have real cable which allowed us to watch live TV! Turquoise place has all the luxurious amenities with state of the art workout rooms, beautiful pools, lazy river and of course the beautiful beach! I definitely recommend!

This was the perfect setup for us to vacation with our two kids and my mother in law. When we arrived the listing did not disappoint! It was super clean, very spacious and decorated gorgeously. There were so many things for us to use in the condo so we didn’t have to pack extra. Dana was amazing the entire time and the check process was so seamless. We will definitely be staying here again!

Not only was the property and condo in pristine condition, our host Dana was wonderfully accommodating and communicative with us. Prior to arrival, she kept me in the loop on some of the changes going on at the property which resulted in the closing of a few amenities. This was so helpful so we weren't disappointed upon arrival! To help offset this change, Dana comped us tickets to a dolphin boat tour which was SO wonderful and fun for the family! This host went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous week, and we're already looking forward to booking our next stay.

We had an amazing time in Orange Beach, AL. The Dolphin Cruise our property manager recommended was amazing and certainly worth going on, they were phenomenal and we saw tons of dolphins. We have been going down to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for quite awhile now and this was one of my favorite places we have stayed. The place was so nice, weather was amazing which can be iffy this time of year. Our children had a great time. The hot tubs on the balcony's werent available as they are being replaced but the property manager did a great job of communicating that in advance. All in all a big thumbs up and very kid friendly.

Condo exceeded expectations. Communication with property contact was excellent. Very pleased with everything and I would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Overall a great time. The hot tubs were out and a swimming pool in the place was out. We understand its winter months. Higher commodes would be better for older adults, maybe a bar in the shower. I loved the couches, but again the older adults had a hard time in and out. We all enjoyed the space and it was decorated beautifully. We loved the rocking chairs! The table in the dining area was sticky. We played a lot of games and our cards stuck to it. But that didn't keep us from plaing! All the extras were great!

Condo is just as shown in the pictures. This isn’t a photo of when the condo was new and you get there and it’s a disappointment. Decorated beautifully. Kitchen is better stocked than most places I’ve stayed. Very clean. Plenty of seating for everyone inside and out. Loved having a grill on the patio. Obviously view from the 20th floor was flawless. Not only is the property conveniently located to everything but the condo itself is Just convenient. The assigned parking space is steps from the elevator. The elevator is steps from the condo. (But very quiet) Would be great for anyone with mobility issues. I’d definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at Turquoise multiple times at different units depending on availabilty. Dana's unit was no exception as it had all the amenities that you would need. Plus Dana was much more involved and available for questions than most all other owners.

My family and I had a great time here. The condo was wonderful!!!! Everything was clean, comfortable and more than we could have asked for. Super location on the beach. The overall property as well as the condo was fabulous. Also the assigned parking was a great feature. One of our favorite stays for sure!!

Communication could have been better (and more friendly) but it didn’t take away from the great views and family time! I do recommend bringing your own garbage bags (we were given 1 for 5 days) and toilet paper (not the 2 per bathroom, but we could be just a one-off occurrence with this issue). Master bed was not the most comfy but when I tell you we passed out hard from fun in the sun, it didn’t matter! And that AC worked better than ours at home! Chairs on patio were rocking chairs and thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails overlooking the gorgeous Orange Beach. A few things we LOVED: beach towels, cooler and sand toys to use, Multiple options for coffee, HUGE kitchen area STOCKED! (Only thing we didn’t see was garbage bags and ziploc baggies which we didn’t expect but would be good too for those one-off items). Outdoor grill was used daily! Netflix already on the tvs were great for the kiddos before bed calm down. THE BEST MASTER SHOWER!! And really comfy living room furniture and overall atmosphere. Another thing we really appreciated was the detailed paperwork and recommendations of local attractions and restaurants from the host. This Condo is at a great location both on the beach, and in the building. Right by both sets of elevators and the garbage chute. Overall, I definitely recommend this location and specific unit. We will definitely be back to the Turquoise Palace!

Property was as advertised. Views and sound of the ocean were wonderful. Convenient and comfortable.

This condo had a beautiful view that did not disappoint. The 3rd bedroom was perfect for both our Families kiddo's. The only disappointment was with the property, the outdoor pools are not heated. The only heated pools were the indoor pool and lazy river. The first few days the lazy river pool heater was broke so it was cold. The beach and boardwalks were amazing!

The owners were super friendly and helpful. And the place itself was so clean and homey. We loved our stay and will be back!
