Advertised as one bedroom and it was. Was also kitchen and bathroom, basically a hotel room with kitchen. Still was nice just not advertised properly which was disappointing.

Very clean Studio with everything you would need, including washer/dryer in the unit. Owner is pleasurable and great to work with. Fan quit working the first night, but I contacted the Owner and a new one was shipped that day. Right in the Heart of Waikiki 2 blocks to beach, 1 block to bus stop, shops and restaurants. Building personnel was friendly as well. I would recommend this for a single or a couple. I stayed a little over 5 weeks and love every minute.

The unit is small, and so it is a very good price. It has security guards at a lobby desk, so I felt good staying there.

The property was in a great location. Everything we needed was within a block or two radius. Owner was great to deal with. Susan saved our vacation, we had booked elsewhere and got a last minute cancellation and Susan was there to save the day/vacation. Have no problem in recommending this property.

Unit is clean comfortable and close to everything in Waikiki. Rooftop views are spectacular and pool is inviting. Good security in building. We look forward to our next visit to stay here!

The condo was well stocked with anything needed. Super close to everything in Waikiki. Walking everyplace was nice. Also great parking garage for when I needed to go to the other side of the island.

Our stay was wonderful! It was very neat and clean, along with comfortable and had everything we needed. Owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating on some of our needs. Response time was very quick! Great time and would definitely stay again in the future!

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything and a short walk to the beach, a couple blocks. View of water from the terrace to relax and eat breakfast before you start your day. Awesome owner and great to work with. We will definitely stay her again!

This condo on the 19th floor was very comfortable. We loved the ever present breezes as we sat out on the Lanai for Breakfast and Dinner. Thank You.

We enjoyed our stay here and will return next year for 4 months. It is clean,convenient and comfortable for a short or long stay. It is very well equipped and the building is clean and secure.. we enjoyed the rooftop heated pool hot tub,sauna and barbecues and wonderful views.The owner is always quick to respond if there is a problem but no problems this year! This is a great condo for 1 person or a couple. It is next to the Ala Wai canal with a partial view of the golf course and some partial views of the beach and Diamond Head. It is only about 3 blocks from the main street through Waikiki. Easy walking distance to anywhere in the downtown Honolulu/Waikiki area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The condo is well appointed, clean, and in good repair. The best beach chairs ever with built-in cooler & shoulder straps are provided and made for easy carrying to the beach. Also close to public transportation; we rode the city bus most everywhere, with the stops only two or three blocks from the condo. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I was so impressed. I could not believe how nice this place was. My only regret is I could not stay longer. Susan was very helpful in my last minute reservations. I loved this place. Gorgeous views, very comfortable room with everything you could need or want. I cannot say enough good about this place or how easy Susan made the stay. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Oahu in the future. Thank you Susan.

My husband and I stayed in this sweet little studio for a week in early May. It was extremely clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels, linens and beach gear. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and was nicely organized. There was full cable with a DVD player, a small love seat, a small dining table inside and also one outside on the lanai. The views from the lanai were great! The mountains were to the left with sweeping views and to the right, peekaboo views of the ocean. The unit is also situated within a 7 minute walk to renowned Waikiki beach as well as many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. It comes with one assigned parking space (very important in the city) and has access to the rooftop pool, hot tub and grills (which we used more than once!). Our only "complaint" was the placement of the air conditioner - it was on the floor beside the bed and because of its location, the cold air was mostly blocked from getting into the rest of the room. Also, we would have liked to have had lighter blankets for the bed. The sheet was not enough but the comforter was way too much. Other than those two things, it was perfect and we would certainly stay again!

The rental process was easy and the owner pleasant to work with. Overall this unit is a great value and met all our vacation criteria. Located in Waikiki, there is a pool on the roof with bbq grills, a parking space (a must in this area if you rent a car), washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen and balcony. The 19th floor is high enough to overlook surrounding buildings with a view of the canal, mountains and a peek at the ocean. The furnishings, in a tropical motif, make good use of the space. It’s very clean and well maintained with plenty of linens and towels both for the bath and beach. Extras included a small cooler and beach chairs. We especially enjoyed the balcony, watching the sunrise while sipping coffee in the morning, relaxing with a drink at the end of the day and at night the lights on the mountains and Waikiki. Cons: The bed sits in front of the air conditioner located on the floor and blocks the rest of the room from the flow of cold air. Whoever sleeps on that side of the bed really needs the comforter. The trades weren’t blowing during our stay and the air conditioner was a must during the day and at night. There is a microwave but the plates and bowls aren’t microwave safe. The only pantry items included were salt and pepper. We expected to buy perishables but the added expense of sugar, cooking oil, condiments and a couple of spices was disappointing especially since they had to be disposed of at the end of our stay. Exceptions aside, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this unit.

Aloha ! Yes this is a studio condo but it is equipped with SO MUCH which takes the hassle out of your vacation time to set up things ! Location is fantastic ! Building is safe and so clean ! Great security .Close to all your needs ! Parking is included which is a bonus since it is hard to find parking right in Waikiki. The view from your lanai is awesome ! We have been renting this exact condo for many years ! Love it ! Totally enjoy the BBQ on the roof top . Lots of many extras that you cannot find in other condos to rent. And the owner is so great to work with ! Mahalo

This studio suite was very clean. We found the pictures on the site were accurate and reflective of what you can expect to find. The location is excellent, close to transit, beaches (about 3 blocks away) and many restaurants. There is a reasonably large grocery store ("Food Pantry") a half block away that stocks pretty much everything you might need in the way of supplies. The appliances worked very well. The view from the lanai was very nice and there was minimal road noise from outside, even though there was some construction in the area (i.e. International Marketplace and some in-house/building renovations). The pool, hot tub and barbeques on the 29th floor were all clean and a wonderful treat to come home to at the end of a long, hot day. If there was one thing that didn't quite work as expected, it was the location of the bed in relation to the air conditioner. The AC blew right into the mattress and as a result didn't maximize its effectiveness, even when using the supplied fan. It should, however, be noted that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. One thing we should point out is that while the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware, it did lack a few "nice to haves" in the way of basic starters or cooking helpers such as basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, cooking oil, spices and barbeque sauce). Salt and pepper were helpfully provided. These would have been nice to have since we stayed for a couple of weeks and as a result we needed to go and purchase quite a few items which we have found in other VRBO units to be included. Renters are typically encouraged to leave these useful items for other renters rather than throwing them out, which is the case here. One other thing the owner did which was a nice touch was to provide emergency contact information in case assistance was needed. This provided good peace of mind. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here, would highly recommend it to others, and can't wait to return to Waikiki!!

This studio was everything I was looking for. It's close to the beach, in a safe area, across the street from a grocery store, clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, comes with pots/pans/cooler/beach towels/chairs/desk/etc. etc. Very lucky that I was able to stay here for a month and thank the owner for keeping great care of the rental.
