- very good location, 4 min from the underground - self check in and check out - the owner agreed for us to check out 1h later - kitchen (there is dish soap, cloth, but no sponge)

- we booked the apartment for 5 days, after the 1st day we texted that we had run out of shower gel, the owner promised to ask someone to come and bring it. The next day no one came, we texted again, he said they were still looking for the shower gel. No one ever brought it, the owner didn’t even text us again, so we had shower gel only 1 out of 5 days (in the description they say they offer it) - in the bathroom instead of hand soap they gave us DISHWASHING SOAP - Blue Pril. We compared the look and the smell with the rest of the bottle in the kitchen cupboard and it’s the same. You can use it to wash your socks as we did…

the room was really nice and modern, the beds were comfy and the little kitchen had everything we needed.

The instructions for self check-in were easy to follow. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to a shopping mall and public transportation.

Free parking space , nice clean room . We were only stopping for a night sleep . Many instruction to follow in order to get in the room , but quite easy after following the instructions.

The main convenience for us was the nearby Messe /Trade Fair Centre as the trade fair was the purpose of our trip. Very close is also the U-bahn/metro station and the Riem Arcaden shopping mall for what you might need. The apartment is generally clean, but would require more detailed attention. It is tiny, but we neither expected nor needed any extra space. The apartment windows look over a peaceful backyard and residential buildings. Kind communication with the host.

This particular room number 08 had a major issue with the entrance door (photos attached). The door lock obviously had been broken before, and the door frame was dented, so there was a huge gap not allowing for the doors to close properly. The slamming of other doors inside the building made our door slam as well. What seemed like a crisis situation in the middle of the night we mended by stuffing some paper inside the gap of the doorway. Slamming of our doors was solved, but because of the sounds coming through the crack, it was like sleeping on a hallway. We stayed there for three nights and decided not to call the host, as it would take up our time on this short trip. Balcony size and shape hardly offer any meaniningful purpose (other then for smokers).

Apartment is too small for couples and a a bit far for walking from train station.

The appartment was very small, the bed looked like a double bed but it was two single beds maked up as if it was a double bed (there was a wood in the middle which felt really uncomfortable to sleep). I felt unsafe there also, because all of the doors use codes, and once someone learns it, they can always come in. For example: the previous person in my room knows the code and could theoretically come inside. The TV is not smart. Besides that, I asked the owner to change the dates of my stay and the owner simply refused it, giving some excuses about covid.

Very good room, everything new and quality, comfortable room, good bathroom

Stafff...very bad staff. The big problem is to check out 8 o'clock in the morning. They not let you to wake up properly, to take bath, to paking your bag. 8:30 morning come one woman to tell us need to go. I pay for 1 day (meaning 24h) but you can't check in if you reach early (like12:00), only after 15:00 and they force you to left room 8:00 morning. That woman start to scream very bad when I told her to give me 5-10 min to paking. She call boss and this man start to call us continue...like he give us this room FREE. Very very bad persons in staff...very bad and parking problem they say have parking free underground but in reallity they told us to pay 17 € or we have option to parking in street with our risk if police come

The toilet was spacious and clean. The balcony had a shield that can be activated down automatically with a button to block light fully and provide full privacy.

The room was too small, limited space to open our luggages and only 4 hangers inside the cabinets.

I visited München for the second time, this time attended a football match of my beloved German football team Vs England at Allianz Arena. This place met my expectations. It is clean, tidy, spacious, freshly smelled studio. Nice wide balcony, very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. All facilities were there, you feel like you are at your home and you need nothing more, generously supplied with toilet papers, detergents, cleaners, body shower/shampoo etc. Working lift, Good wifi signal, good location; it is 5 minutes walk from the Messestadt West U bahn station which takes you everywhere in München, also a 6-7 min walking distance to the Riem Arcaden shopping mall, there you find all you need, butiks, restaurants, supermarkets etc I had a free of charge early self check in upon requesting this vis Booking messaging, nice staff, we communicated via phone and text messages. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with adequate amenities. It was within a walking-distance to a shopping centre i e., Riem Arcaden, which had a supermarket from which I bought my groceries to prepare for my meals. Checking-in and out were speedy and hassle-free. The person-in charge, Mr Koller, was very helpful and assisted me in many ways, including talking to the taxi driver the direction to the accommodation on my arrival, as the taxi driver was getting lost in trying to find the place.

I would like to suggest providing a small kettle (FYI, I had to boil water in the pot to make my tea) and a couple of small bowls for eating cereals.
