Our stay was wonderful. The walk to the beach was really short. The beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The furniture is in need of a good cleaning or just replaced but already contacted the owner regarding that. We had a great time!!!

We had a great stay during spring break. We had plenty of room for our family of 7 ( mom, dad, 4 teenagers and one toddler). The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for everyone. Condo was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Best part was the view off of the large balcony and proximity to the beach.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful place to stay. We loved every minute and can’t wait to come back again next year. The owner was wonderful and kept in touch. The condo was very spacious. And even with construction in the lobby there wasn’t any noise or issues. Everyone we met was very nice. The condo was very conveniently located close to shopping areas.

The property is in good condition. The only problem we had was a locked up garbage disposer. The maintenance staff contacted the owner and replaced it the same day we reported it. The master king bed was too soft for our liking so we moved to the other room and found the king bed there was more like what we have at home. We would also like to say that the home owners were extremely helpful and communicated extremely well. We loved our time there and will be back.

Absolutely loved staying here! The place is cozy, the view is spectacular, the place has everything you would need, and the owners are awesome. We had to come in a day early due to a blizzard hitting where we live or we wouldn't have made it at all. I contacted the owners and they were able to get us in. And didn't even charge us. We are already trying to figure out our next trip to stay here.

I stayed with my husband and 3 adult sons, daughter in laws and 2 granddaughters! It was very roomy, nice furniture with enough seating for us all! We enjoyed the tennis courts, raquet ball and splash pad! Very clean and nice with a beautiful view! The host were so pleasant to work with! We hoped to go back next year!

Overall we loved the place. The view was amazing. The beach and emerald waters were clean and beautiful. The staff were nice. The location was near a Neighborhood Walmart and local restaurants. If I would have to complain about one thing it would be the elevators. They have 4 elevators but it just didn’t seem like enough for the amount of people that are in and out of those things. Also the pool could’ve used a good cleaning. What seemed like a blob of built up sunscreen was floating around the pool at times.

We had the best time, the condo was great for our family: especially loved the splash pad outside for our little ones. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo, and communication with the owner was great! They were very helpful and nice. The condo was clean and well decorated, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed and more (plates, cutting boards, pans, spatulas, even kid cups!), plenty of towels, and a pack n play which was a nice addition that we used for our baby. All the bedrooms had good blackout curtains (especially handy with two little kids that I wanted to sleep past dawn lol, which they did)! The view from the balcony is beautiful. My only complaint is the blankets on the beds are pretty sad, but I think that’s a management company issue, not specific to this unit. And we still slept well. But if I stayed again I’d bring my own blankets :) Thanks Tom & Debbie for a wonderful place to stay for our very first vacation as a family of four! We hope to be back!

Our stay in this condo was amazing. We had the best time. The condo was clean. Everything was as pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was available anytime for us, and he sent us many recommendations in the area. The kids loved the pirate splash pad and both pools! This condo is in a great location- we did not even have to rent a car. We walked to dinner reservations/stores nearby or used driving services. I would absolutely stay here again!

The three bedroom condo was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and spacious. There was plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining table. .The view from our balcony of the ocean was amazing. The surrounding area had plenty of eating places to choose from, with lots of souvenir shops and nice grocery stores.

My family & I visit Orange Beach at least once a year, every year. This would make our 7th trip to the area. This condo was by far thee BEST! We cooked a lot of meals during our visit. We were a party of 6, with 2 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen lacked absolutely NOTHING. Every appliance or kitchen tool you think you MAY need, is here. Every size pot x 2! A plethora of serving dishes and every storage or prepping tool has been provided. If you plan to cook, don’t bring anything but the food… lol… Seriously! The rooms are very spacious and there’s ample amount of seating for a very large family in the living room. Extra bedding can be found in every closet of each bedroom. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony are amazing. I don’t have ANY complaints. All instructions for check-in were communicated timely and clear. Tom was kind and accommodating from the very beginning. He supplied his personal number and made sure we knew we could contact him at any time during our stay. Although we didn’t have to because everything was perfect, lol. We had a wonderful stay!!!

The property was everything we expected. The condo was very nice, clean and in a wonderful location. Planning on a another trip in 5 months at the same condo!

Unit was great, as described but, 5 yr grandson fell on the splash pad needing 4 stitches and security guard sent us a text asking for information and ended the text with “LOL”. This isn’t a unit issue but more Phoenix.

Very nice condo with great view of ocean front. Nice layout and beds slept great. The tub/ shower unit in each bathroom could be updated but we’re fine.

We come to Orange Beach each year for Christmas and enjoy being close to the beach. The balcony view is beautiful.

Everything was great except the $50 issue for parking pass was excessive — $150 for 3 vehicles. In off season should b reduced rate or even free.

Beautiful condo, exactly as described. Stunning views and so clean! Our group was 4 adults, 2 9 year olds and a 2 year old, great setup for us. Large balcony—can see the pool and splash pad. Check in was a breeze, I even had to overnight a medication and the front desk was so helpful! Owners are just so sweet and so forthcoming with info! Thank you for letting us use your space for a great vaca.

What an amazing property! Absolutely beautiful. This was exactly the vacation we needed and had been looking forward too. The condo is exactly like the pictures show. Very comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen amenities, and plenty of bath towels to accommodate our family of 9. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit that makes washing towels a breeze. Trash shoot is right around the corner so you don’t have to walk far. The property is filled with plenty to do for the family. Our littles loved the splash pad and the indoor pool when we weren’t relaxing on the beach. The balcony is large enough for most of us to sit on and enjoy it together. Lots to do around the condo and Gulf Shores is just a very short drive down the road. There was one balcony chair that had a rusted arm rest, but was still usable. That’s the only thing that was wrong with the actual condo. The beach has a steeper incline than I like and am used too. There were jelly fish the first couple days we were there, but nothing we couldn’t avoid. Will definitely consider this property again if we decide on Orange Beach for future vacations. Great management to deal with which is always a plus! Thanks for allowing us to be guests in your amazing vacation home.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway with your family and want to have the comforts of home, this is the place to be! Reasonably priced, close to many restaurants and shopping destinations. Mini golf and arcade opportunities are close by as well. Also, this condo has recliners. Can you say “game changer”? The Phoenix V property is just as impressive. Indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, and an incredibly safe splash pad for the kiddos to run around and play. Access to the beach couldn’t be any better, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. We hope to stay again real soon!

I went with a group of girlfriends and this unit had plenty of room for all of us. It was a beautiful condo & the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining, the beds were sooo comfortable, the description of condo is accurate and it is was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, & souvenir shops. I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying at the Phoenix V in unit 1012 on the 10th floor. Views were amazing!!! Regards Chris Hardin

We more than enjoyed our trip! The condo was larger than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice! The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Fantastic location!! We will definitely be back.
