This was a great place to stay with your family. The condo was centrally located on the island. The condo was clean and bright. The owners and customer service representative were very helpful and communication was fantastic. I definitely would recommend this condo

This place is beautiful and is in a great location! The pools and private ocean lagoons were great places to relax and the condo itself had everything we could need. There was food, drinks, coffee, and a market within walking distance. Otherwise it is an easy drive to anything else you need

The property was outstanding! The condo was spacious, beautiful, quiet and clean. The lanai balcony was with best feature- we ate all our meals there and enjoyed it all day. Pools were gorgeous- our grandson especially loved the little lagoon. Grounds were beautiful and maintained perfectly. We especially liked that the resort was quiet and not overcrowded. Certainly the best of all the resorts in the area. No complaints.

Check-in to out was a breeze. Location was superb and amenities are great too

Calm and very comfortable. Location is perfect, walking distance to plaza. Clean and calm water beach. Our place had everything necessary for staying with small children.

We had a great stay! My 5 and 7 year old loved the pools and beach. We got to have other local relatives over for pizza using the owners lounge which was perfect. The property and grounds are so well kept. I did not miss the “bells and whistles” of the pricier adjacent hotels. I loved how convenient the little shopping center was. I could walk over to get 6 am coffee while my family members slept in. The lagoon beaches are perfect for young and old. My husband loved using the gym. Had a great time on our family vacation. The condo was awesome and just as described and pictured. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. Not a lot of people (like a typical resort), which is what we wanted. Beach was super close and even had boogie boards and snorkel gear for the fun. Close to golfing and some restaurants and local shops. Would definitely stay here again.

From the time I inquired about this property Mike has been very helpful with my arrangements, villa was nice and clean but the view was blocked by palm tress so there's not exactly an ocean view. The master bedroom bathroom shower door was very noisy when opening and closing, the ceiling fan was a little difficult to get the right speed since we couldn't actually go elbow the a/c temperature which was put out on the control panel. My family really enjoyed staying there and had a wonderful time just enjoying the accommodation. The only other complaint I have is that one of the hotel staff manager just let himself in the villa asking if the painter was in the villa.

We appreciated having everything we needed - 2 pack & plays, high chairs, as well as the pools for kids and beach access (and things for the beach). We very much appreciated being able to do and Instacart delivery pre-arrival and staff out away refrigerated items. All around nice staff, good location and good accommodation.

Great property for families! Clean, plenty of space to spread out. Beach chairs/umbrellas, life jackets, beach toys, snorkel gear, wagon all included for use which was super convenient. Could not ask for more as far as location -- right on the beach. Short drive to dining options, not too far from Honolulu. Will definitely stay again for future vacations :)

Loved this condo. The place was very clean and well stocked for all kitchen and beach needs. The grounds were well kept. Our family loved the pools and hot tubs. The lagoons were a lot of fun and easy access to lagoon #2 which had good snorkeling. This area is away from the city and for some that may be a drawback but was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again here.

We had a wonderful time here. The beach and pools were great for littles. The condo accommodated the two infants as well with two pack n plays and high chairs. So nice not to pack them!

We spent an amazing 9 nights at this condo, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Just the perfect size for 6 adults & 2 year old granddaughter. Master bedroom, felt secluded and it’s own separate space. We appreciated all the beach chairs, toys, cooler & snorkeling gear. Beautiful lagoon, and walking paths to other resorts. Shopping down the street, close to condo. Costco & Target only a few miles away. Sad we had to leave. For sure would come back here!

Check in process and confirming times, etc. was not great - but it all worked out. Check out process was super easy. Property itself was nice. Could use more kitchen supplies to make the in home stay easier, especially with no restaurant on location - but we made due. Cleanliness was good, view was great, staff was attentive (taking care to remove screaming kids from the quiet pool), beach and pool areas were awesome.

Well-stocked, clean, 3 BR condo right on the beach. I appreciated the beach gear stored in the condo (coolers, chairs, umbrella, snorkel, fins, boogie boards, etc...). Lagoon 2 is the least crowded of the 4 close lagoons. Disney, Marriott, and the 4 Seasons each fill their sandy beaches with lounge chairs—-this Beach Villa resort keeps the shore clear of pre-setup furniture, resulting in a more tranquil swim and uncrowded experience. Plenty of paved walking trails along the beach and golf course. Car travel to other fun spots is between 30-60 minutes (including the Polynesian Cultural Center, Laie Temple, North Shore, Pearl Harbor, Manoa Falls, Dole plantation, Waikiki, and the weekend flea market at the Stadium). This VRBO is for people who like spacious, quality accomodations in a top-rated location, outside the busy Waikiki tourist scene.

Overall this was a pleasant stay and we would stay again. The pool construction was loud and unfortunate timing but it had to be done some time. Just our luck it was this week. Stafff very friendly all around. Thank you,

This room came with three bed rooms and two and a half bathrooms. Ideal for a family of five two of which are teenagers. Although you can see the ocean the view is somewhat blocked by the palm trees. We had a few issues upon arriving but they were addressed quickly. The kitchens pans could use an update and the oven and stove were slow to heat. The facilities that you have access to were outstanding. It’s a lovely place to stay and many things are close for you to do. Our vacation here amazing.

My family of 7 enjoyed this property for 6 nights in June 2019. The check in process was fine, but we had confusion over the parking space assigned. We were told one number and our host Tiana was told another. Then when we got to the space she told us to go to, our van would not fit because of the wall. However, Tinana was able to get a different space for us outside and it worked perfectly. The location of the villa in the complex is perfect and is tucked back into the corner with the peek a book view of the ocean. It was quiet, clean, updated, well equipped and we all felt very spoiled. The pool bar was wonderful and the hot dogs were a treat. The lagoon was amazing and we walked over to Aulani for a Dole Whip. We used the pool once and it's a great feature. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shops in Ko Olina. The only mishap we had was in the master bathroom on our first night. My mom was using the hand held shower wand and when she went to put it back the plastic holder broke. She uses one like this at home so she knows how to do it and was surprised that it broke. I let Tiana know the next morning and she put a maintenance ticket in. However, no one ever came to fix it so we were basically down to one shower for 7 people our entire trip.. But, this was just a minor inconvenience. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

If you want a place that is amazing and away from the hustle and bustle of Wakiki then this is your place. The grounds are amazing, the pools are amazing and the sunsets at the Tiki Bar is absolutely gorgeous. The staff, hostess and workers are wonderful. I highly recommend this complex and condo. Very spacious with gorgeous views of the grounds and the ocean. Very clean with everything you need including beach items. We loved it!

Great place, great people, great area.

This Villa is exceptional and truly has everything you need. Our group had 6 adults and two kids under 4 and we had a tremendous time and the villa itself was a perfect setup with tons of room. The couch could be more comfy and maybe more seating in the living room but that’s picking hairs! Also the dryer needs replacement clothes don’t dry but it didn’t change our experience. Of the 4 resorts on this coast this villa is the best. It’s quiet, kid friendly and amazing onsite staff. If you want a dream vacay this is your place we spent 13 nights and could have stayed for a 100 more! We had Maui lovers before but now they are converted lol! See you again Kolina Beach Villa, forever a memory.........what a find!

We had a wonderful time at your condo, Angelica was the perfect hostess. It was the perfect fit for us as far as rooms and bathrooms. The two pools were nice and the gravel beach for children at one end of the pool was a perfect playground. However, we had a few issues with the condo's rules. The first was no umbrellas allowed on beach, which meant you had no sun relief near the water. There was palm trees back from the beach you could get under but only in the morning. The second was no alcohol allowed on the beach. Personally I love to sit on a beach and drink a margarita. The third was no internet in the bedrooms, we had to use our cell data while in bed. There was internet in front of house which worked fine. The condo was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. All in all we had a nice time, just be prepared to pile on the sunscreen and hide your drinks!
